Worst customer experience and completely false information and fake promises and promotions…read more The service provided by the agents is the worst, and the reception and response from the store agents are horrible. I had a promotion that advertised getting a $200 promotional Visa card and a waiver of one month's fees when I signed up for the new Home internet. Apparently, all the details were entered by the agent in the store, and they mentioned that I would receive the Visa card in 8 weeks and that the one month's fees would be waived after using the home internet for about 3 months. I was told that I was all set and I need not take care of anything. It's been almost 8 months, and none of the promises or promotions have been honored. When I contacted customer care, they said that the agent from the store had not applied the promotion to the account, and it would be the store manager's responsibility to resolve this by applying the promotion credit. When I reached out to the store, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They were very rude in providing the resolution and instead handed over the cards to reach different people. I highly recommend that everyone not visit this store and T-Mobile needs to provide a resolution instead of blaming the customer and not providing one. It is very frustrating to go through all this nuisance.

After the first week without hearing anything I decided to call and get a status report: they told me I would have to wait another week for the part to come in. After not hearing anything for another week, again, I called expecting a status report. They told me that the technician would be in in about 15 mins and I would receive a call. After not hearing anything for an hour I called and was told that he wouldn't be in for another 45 minutes. All I wanted was a status report! Finally after another hour, I got a call from the technician saying that the part hasn't come in yet. The next day I received a call saying there was nothing else they could do: that the shop I had taken it to before had done damage to it and that the part wasn't fitting properly. They also mentioned that the laptop wouldn't even turn on. I figured that it wouldn't from the start since I haven't been able to maintain a charge... DUH. Nonetheless, they said they wouldn't charge me anything. When I went in to pick up my laptop they couldn't find my charger. Later, upon further inspection when I had taken it to another facility: we noticed that the keyboard had been damaged and didn't work anymore. It wasn't like that when I dropped it off at Battery Shack... The only good thing is that they didn't charge me for the part they had to order. Other than that I can't find any positives for this facility. I had no communication while they were trying to fix it, and they broke my keyboard. I'm beyond frustrated with this experience. What a waste of my time.
