Worst customer experience and completely false information and fake promises and promotions. The service provided by the agents is the worst, and the reception and response from the store agents are horrible. I had a promotion that advertised getting a $200 promotional Visa card and a waiver of one month's fees when I signed up for the new Home internet. Apparently, all the details were entered by the agent in the store, and they mentioned that I would receive the Visa card in 8 weeks and that the one month's fees would be waived after using the home internet for about 3 months. I was told that I was all set and I need not take care of anything. It's been almost 8 months, and none of the promises or promotions have been honored. When I contacted customer care, they said that the agent from the store had not applied the promotion to the account, and it would be the store manager's responsibility to resolve this by applying the promotion credit. When I reached out to the store, they were unhelpful and dismissive. They were very rude in providing the resolution and instead handed over the cards to reach different people. I highly recommend that everyone not visit this store and T-Mobile needs to provide a resolution instead of blaming the customer and not providing one. It is very frustrating to go through all this nuisance. read more

Walking into this T-Mobile was like going to a restaurant where the chef hands you a phone and tells you to use DoorDash. The associate acted like our presence interrupted the most important event of his day; absolutely nothing. Every question was met with the enthusiasm of someone being asked to solve world hunger. The grand finale? We had to call T-Mobile customer support, while standing inside the T-Mobile store. It was like going to a mechanic just for them to hand you a wrench.At this point I refuse to believe this is a store but instead an expensive waiting room that happens to have phone chargers. So I went in to talk about how I could lower my bill and get a print out so I had something to show my dad and the guy I talk to acted like I was disturbing his break even though I was the only one there and there were three other people working he just blew me off, which made the decision go to AT&T easy as pie. I bought at this T Mobile store a Samsung A21 cellphone a few months ago. Today the phone was "frozen" , I could not unlock it and I did not know how to reboot it I stopped by the store, a young lady seemed clueless and had no idea of how to reboot the phone, she told me to go to Best Buy and ask their Geek Squad to help. I told her that mine was a T Mobile phone, bought at their store, and I expected to be assisted there. She got a bit annoyed and told me that they sell phones, do not service them. I insisted and asked if she could ask her colleague (thete were two employees in the store) if by any chance he could help. She reluctantly did it, and...voila'..in a matter of seconds the guy rebooted my phone and my cellphone was back up and running. read more

I love getting great service I love talking about getting great service even more! My Galaxy S6 phone lost it's ability to charge one night, and of course, since I do everything on my phone, had me a little stressed....to say the least. I stopped in at T-Mobile and Daniel assisted me and found that my phone was indeed defective, saw that I was still under warranty, and placed and order for a replacement to be shipped the next day. All the while, my phone sat on their in store wireless charger. He was able to get me one of those wireless chargers along with a new protector screen for my new phone, and I was able to finance these two items, only having to pay sales tax! So this happy camper, has a charger that will help me until my new phone arrives tomorrow. He also offered to help once I get the phone, to transfer all my apps, pics, and contacts! He was super easy to work with. Honestly, all through the night, and the next morning while waiting to get to the nearest T-Mobile store, I was heavily anticipating this whole transaction to be a big pain in the A$$ but I've been with T-Mobile for over 15 years...maybe I should stop doubting them, because they totally took care of me. Definitely gong back to Verizon, they make you wait an hour if they are currently serving a customer. They don't have any chairs to make the wait more convenient or even try to tell you how long the wait is. Terrible service here! I was with Verizon 10 years. T mobile is different. You have to buy the phone at the full retail price. In that sense, it really works out to be the same cost as Verizon. No great deal there. I just started using the service so I'm not sure how the coverage will be. So far no problems. Justin delivered great service and got us in and out with new phones quickly. I went to this store today to replace my old sim card with a micro one. The moment I said I bought a phone online, sales person changed her attitude and showed no interest in helping me at all. According to t-mobile customer service I will receive a new sim with no charge from any authorized store as I am a loyal customer for more than 7 years. Customer service rep even stated "This is completely free and putting a note on my account". Sales person didn't even care about it and she was arguing for ten dollars by telling it's a corporate policy. Truth is there is no such policy exists and I got sim else where for free. Funny thing is she was trying to sell her service by stating we charge less than Verizone and AT&T. Innocent customers may fall in these type of sales pitch and think they got the best deal but the truth is you are getting tricked. I hope these folks learn the basics of customer service and value customers more than ten bucks. You can go here only if you willing to get robbed with non-existing corporate policies. After months of driving further for a T-mobile store because my experience with this store was so consistently horrible, I caved and went back. My bad. The customer service is no better. The employees seem to think that we, the customers, are some type of inconvenience for them. Had major issues with an iPhone for over a month, had a "replacement" sent from T-mobile, so stopped in this store to see if they could transfer data, took a while but did it. Got home and realized this refurbished cosmetically damaged phone still did not have a signal in my home. I called the 800 # (probably about the 30th time this month alone) and they advised I go back to the store. The employee I dealt with earlier was there and I told him it was no better than the last phone signal-wise. He proceeded to patronize me and stated I just didn't want the phone because it was so damaged, scratched and faded. This was true of course and I had planned on keeping it short term for a month and take my time deciding which "new" phone I wanted to buy. I was ready to walk out since I don't appreciate being spoken to the way this person spoke to me, pretty much calling me a liar because the phone "worked" in the store (he dialed, it rang, but would not connect to his internet at all, same as the other pos) The other employees looked rather bored and I have never seen such a crew of apathetic people who are supposed to be in the customer service and sales business. It was like a morgue in there. I was actually going to purchase over $1000 worth of merchandise (replacing 2 phones) but with this vapid individuals attitude I just purchased one. Of course now I am regretting the rush purchase, yes, I would have made this purchase today but I wish I would have gone to the S Adams T-mobile store in Rochester Hills since they are much more educated, polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products and know how to sell. Do yourself a favor, drive a little farther, it is well worth the time to be treated with dignity and respect and have knowledgable people to deal with instead of lazy narcissistic people. I was talked into switching to T-Mobile and going to this store to save money on my monthly cell phone bill. I am seriously regretting leaving AT & T. First, T-Mobile's service is terrible. Second, when I went in the store to switch they were very nice and happy to have my business. However, services I was told was included with the monthly fee I was told I would have were not included and received extra charges. My bill has not been correct yet, and the person I was dealing with has not returned my phone calls for days - always unavailable. Customer service for T-Mobile has been very confused as to what is going on. Would not and will not recommend. read more

Excellent customer service at this store. Worked with Justin and he answered all our questions and had an all around great attitude. It took a while to get everything switched so plan on spending some time there. We switched from Verizon and are so far happy with the service. The store manager was also great and went out of her way to make the switchover smooth. read more
