I paid Joe Silent Guardian $5500.00 to install the 8 cameras outside.I waited a few days longer and called Joe for the second time ,this time he called back and said "we will wait for the rains to stop and then I'll call to correct the problem.2 days later the rain stopped still no sign of Silent guardian or Joe. I called for the 3 rd time ,I had to call Joe 3 times to receive the following after I spent $5500.00 at Silent Guardian.Joes response was whrn I called" YOU meaning me the owner "You have a serious attitude problem that's unacceptable"! imagine spending $5500.00 waiting 3 weeks to have your problem addressed then being told I have an attitude problem.Joe still refuses to correct the problem now I have to take him to court because he's not responsible,he's arrogant.now. I decided to go with silent guardian based on a couple of factors; First they showed up on time and very professional for the estimate (which is very important to me being a busy executive), second they were very knowledgable about not only their products but the products their competitors were offering me third, they didn't try to over sell me products or services I didn't need, and last they are a local company that made me feel like I had a personal connection unlike the other big name guys where I was just a number. Well, my judgement servers me right! They showed up as promised, very professional, neat installation and took the time to walk me, my wife and the kids thorough how to use or new equipment. I went with a 8 camera system and video doorbell. They system has been installed for a weeks now and working flawless. I responded no thank you I will go elsewhere. Went to another local locksmith and got the key for 4.99 plus tax! Besides being a rip off they put there stickers on every commercial door! I pealed the ones off my door and within days they put new ones up. I called them and asked them to STOP putting stickers on my door, but they repeatedly continued to put them on our doors.
