For $75 I supposedly got a new battery that now drains immediately. When I went back, the guy told me that's what happens because "it's an old phone." I said it would've been helpful if you would've told me that beforehand and I could've made a decision based on that. Do not get your phone battery replaced here. It will be worse than before. I look on Yelp for phone screen repair and I found We Fix Phones. No appointment needed and was told I'd have the phone back within an hour. Located in a small strip mall, parking is tight. I walk in and speak with the manager. I voice my concerns, will the colors change on the phone? He said not to worry, the phone will look and perform like new again. I came back before heading home and my phone was ready. Sure enough, the glass looks amazing. Great job to the guys at We Fix Phones. It's been a week and there has been no color glitches or touch screen problems. The repair was under $100 bucks after tax. He looked at the phone and advised that the issue was with the case - not the camera. He showed me the parts and cleaned the phone. No charge. Truth is- he could easily have scammed me and I wouldn't have known. His honesty is so refreshing - if you need a screen repair- you deserve honest and efficient service and he deserves your business.
