I called them and they're having a hard time. Finding a technician what I give them three more days. In the meantime my TV is sitting in the middle of my living room floor, my old TV, which does not work anymore. Is on on the wall mount. I needed a TV dismounted from the wall since I was moving - I put in the request 5 days in advance, they ask for 2 or 3. On the 3rd day they call to say they were having difficulty finding someone for the time slot I requested and could I be flexible. I said yes since I really need them to come. The day before the service, still no word. I called and was told they would turn the call over to a dispatcher and someone would call me that day. How do you say RADIO SILENCE? Later in the day and less than 24 hours before the scheduled service I call and get the same answer. After I kept saying What am I suppose to do since it sounds like you don't have anyone. They at least committed to a dispatcher calling me before the end of the day (it was 9:00 EST).... really?! It is the end of the day. Of course no one called me back. In the mean time I scheduled Geek Squad for $20 more than HT was going to charge me. It was worth the $20 knowing someone would show up. I got an email later on the day the service was suppose to be scheduled saying my appointment was cancelled. Unbelievable - drop the mic! Oh, their operators have terrible English speaking skills, I could barely understand them.

He listened and answered our questions. He prepared an estimate that was emailed to us. We approved and paid a deposit. Shortly, after an appointment for installation was set up. The plan-- *Install a new 55" Samsung TV mounted on brick wall above our fireplace. A sound bar was attached to the bottom of the TV. It will improve sound in the large family room with a vaulted ceiling. *Move the 46" Samsung TV we bought from Towne four years ago to another room, the office sitting area. It was mounted on a wall. Service men were efficient and professional. (They removed shoes in the house.) They checked with us about details including appropriate placement. After installation, an informative clear explanation of the remote settings for the tv and for the sound bar were given. They cleaned up. We highly recommend this family owned local business.

Chad showed up promptly at 10 am on Saturday February 4th. He worked relentless straight through to 11 pm without a break. Chad hung each TV to perfection. He has a gift for visualizing the perfect spot to hang a TV. He tirelessly worked to customize and reprogram my three universal remotes. He used a very creative solution to mount Roku 3 devices behind my LED TVs. As a result of this great workaround, I received a double benefit. I did not have to hang A/V shelves beneath these TVs and I returned the A/V shelves to Amazon for a refund. Chad understood exactly what I was looking for and accomplished it. His work and professionalism was flawless. His price was extremely reasonable and he bent over backwards to give me the home theater solutions I needed.
