I tried for 2 weeks on the phone with custom service only to find out that this store did not add my information to the account so I can't cancel until the store puts my information in. Went back to the store and they said they couldn't help me and that the person that signed me up no longer works there and I had to go to corporate store which is a half hour away. He came back with the part and worked on it. Then he said the problem was due to power surge and could not fix it. We asked him to return part and at least reimburse us the $150. He left, we never heard back after repeated tries to contact him. He could have atleast returned the calls and offered some reimbursement. Our recommendation is to not use this vendor.
