The proprietor of the store was welcoming and friendly coupled with a vast inventory of spare parts. He was able to facilitate my iphone back glass repair in a couple of hours at an amazing price. In my panic of not having a phone I went to my carrier and they said it was irreparable and I ended up getting a new phone and being extremely upset that I had lost ALL of my pictures and music files that I had collected from the past two years. I kept searching and trying to find some way to get my data off my broken phone and was feeling like there was no hope. Then I decided to call my computer technicians (Crave Systems - awesome company) and they referred me to Milton Wireless. The owner, Shoaib, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I went to his store he took my broken screen off and put a new screen on so we could adjust the media synch settings and then he put my broken screen back on. I went home and was able to upload ALL of my files which I thought I had lost to my pc! I would refer anyone with a broken cell phone to Shoaib at Milton Wireless as he is an expert with excellent customer service and is very reasonable with prices.

Called Platinum after checking out local reviews and went to see Sam. He was able to fix everything plus in a few hours. No "two weeks it will be ready" story. All work done on premises and very reasonable. So good that I brought my new phone in the next day. Factory reset nightmare. Sat and chatted with Sam while he cleaned it up and even set it up to good to go mode. He didn't have to do that but he did. Honorable man and and an absolutely lovely guy as well.
