Tech Time saved my crashing har drive and successfully cloned onto a new solid state drive. 2 days later on a Saturday, they responded to my urgent email request for additional assistance within minutes when the system began locking up. I brought in my iPad to have the glass replaced. Which they did, plus added a glass cover. All done in one day! I was very happy to have my iPad fixed. They were very professional and really seem to know their stuff! Highly recommend. read more

My experience with Tech Time was entirely positive. When my wife let a hacker into her computer after an email and phone scam, they were able to restore machine quickly at a reasonable cost. They told us what they were going to do, they did it, and they gave us a printout of what they did; and charged us exactly the quoted price. Nice folks. They installed some anti-spyware software, and told us about it in detail, and gave us a printout of what they installed and how to use it. No surprises; good stuff. read more

I thought I brought in a dying computer that another repair service said was really messed up. Tech Time was able to fix it and get a scanner installed (that started the whole mess) in about 2 days (had to wait for parts). They were courteous, kept me informed before they proceeded with the work, and let me know I actually have a good machine that should last a few more years! I'll be back as needed! Make sure you read their invoice, they add spyware/tracking without approvals. Sneaky and deceptive... Reported to BBB. Beware of this place, does great work but adds without your knowledge or approval! read more

The folks at Tech Time were great to work with. My husband's iphone had quit charging and they were able to repair it immediately, their prices were very reasonable and they gave us good information. Now we know where we will go the next time we have a tech need. read more

Tomsett to the rescue! I was having a bad day. No water. I…read morecalled the City of Rockport, thinking they'd shut me down or something. No clue. They told me that they didn't cut me off of the wet stuff, but instead I should call a plumber, there was a leak that led to someone who came and shut the water off. I called Tomsett early in the morning, and explained the problem. They said that they had a job in Aransas Pass, but this didn't sound like a big job, so they could take care of it immediately. Within minutes, they were on the job. They diagnosed the problem, let me know what was happening, what it was going to take to fix it. We discussed the options on how to fix it, and Tomsett made some recommendations. We immediately agreed, and the plumber made a small cut in the side of the wall to facilitate fixing the pipes, and had everything sealed up and fixed quickly. Chris was very good at what he does. I think it's a husband and wife team who make all this plumbing magic work. Their rates were fair, and their response time was immediate, which was greatly, greatly appreciated. These guys are my new plumbers!
