Poor business practices. Sent me to a guy in St.Thomas to have parts put on and bolts welded to…read moreaccommodate a new hitch. The guy in St. Thomas was great but Action Trailers in South London rushed me out the door after waiting over a month to have a simple hitch put on my van. They sold me a 4 pin instead what should have been a 7 pin light hook up even after informing them I am pulling a pop up tent trailer! They also charged me for a 2 inch ball and attachment that I never received. Had to buy it off of St. Thomas guy. They rarely answer the phone do I can voice my concerns. Thanks for the rip off boys - not recommending you to anyone. Advice? Shop elsewhere and get better service!

It's too bad that you're too lazy or too stupid to change a part your self (like these guys do in 100 degree temperatures)...and intricate trim and colour parts on a door are worth a lot more at the dealership....go there next time.
