Got home and it still would not unlock! We had medicine, money and food in camper. I called our local Forest River dealer - Boyer RV Center - spoke with a very nice and courteous Jason - serve rep. He asked me to bring it in. He came right to me No waiting around. He tried to open but no go. got his boss, Brian, a ladder and tried all the slider windows but nothing was budging.
