DO NOT COME HERE!!! They put a CHEAP screen on your phone and do it poorly. I came in and they put a LCD on my iPhone X even though it's supposed to use an OLED. Then the screen keeps scrolling on its own. They tell me to bring it in, so I do. I can't replicate the problem (because I'm not a glitch genie? What do they want?) and so they won't fix it without seeing the problem. WASTE OF MONEY AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You'd be better off taking a hammer to your phone. read more

I brought my Nexus 6p in for a basic audio jack repair. Phone Clinic cracked my AMOLED screen in the process of repairing it. They offered to waive the $50 audio jack cost if I payed them the $250 cost of having the screen replaced. I refused their offer and took my phone to be repaired elsewhere. What they're doing should be illegal. I didn't sign any waiver, I just dropped my phone off, and when they "fixed" it, I was being asked for more money to cover their expensive mistakes. read more

Overcharged for repair and did not provide a receipt. When I called to ask for a credit for the overcharge and a receipt, I was told they can't do that. They only provide receipts when asked at time of service. Subsequent phone calls are being routed to voicemail and no calls back. Edit: Was able to get a copy of a receipt texted to me. I took in my Droid Maxx to get the cracked screen repaired. They told me it would take 3-4 hours but then kept my phone overnight without calling me to let me know. They said they were "working on it" for the next several days. Finally, they decided they had to order the glass and LCD as an assembly, which I understood. However, they put no rush on the order, and it gave an estimated delivery date of up to 3 weeks after the order date. They NEVER made an effort to contact me and then completely stopped taking my calls. I got sick of their terrible customer service, so I asked for the phone as it was, in pieces. They were reluctant to give it back, and when they finally did, the pieces were obviously damaged and would never go back together. Plus, I was missing my SIM card and at least 2 screws. I never left the store with the pieces; I took everything out on the counter and began taking photos. The battery was also bent. One guy, Abdullah, asked if something was wrong, and I told him it looked horrible and was missing my SIM card. He got me my SIM card and insisted upon fixing the phone. With it in the condition it was, I gave it back to them to fix since it was their problem. I gave them 2 weeks and went back to check on the shipping update for the part they had ordered. They instead handed me a used phone and told me that it's an updated version of my Droid Maxx, so I went ahead and paid them $100. I asked if they just couldn't fix the phone I brought in, and they said they couldn't. I got to the parking lot and used another phone to look up what I had just purchased, and it was a Droid Ultra - a similar phone to the Droid Maxx I had but $100 cheaper and exactly half the battery power. I immediately went back inside to tell them it wasn't the same model, and hell broke loose. They insisted it was and kept yelling at me to explain the difference, which I had done numerous times already. They kept pulling up a Droid Maxx on ebay to prove their case since it had a photo of the Ultra, but I tried telling them that you can post whatever photo you want on ebay - a fact I suspect they already knew. The argument was going nowhere, so I told them that I would return with documentation on what I brought to them and the difference between the phones. The next day, my brother accompanied me to the store with documents in hand. At this point, I was just done. I simply told them I wanted my broken phone back and a refund in exchange for the Ultra they sold me. They absolutely refused and continued to tell me they were the same phone despite the fact that I had clear proof they weren't. We called the police, and they continued to argue with the police. The cops kept telling them to just get my phone and give me the refund, and they wouldn't shut up and do it. After nearly an hour, they FINALLY did what the police had requested. They lost no money in the deal, but I did. My phone went from having a cracked glass to being in unrepairable pieces. A repair that would have cost $100 or less has now turned into me having to purchase a refurbished phone for more than that. Additionally, I was without my phone for a whole month and then longer as I wait on the refurbished phone I ordered. In summary, their customer service is quite possibly the worst I have ever seen, and I wouldn't hesitate to call them crooks. Both of the arguments I had with them were in front of other customers, and they looked ridiculous. I even asked them why they wouldn't want to just give me the phone and the refund just to get me out of the store, but they kept saying the same things about the phones being the same. I would never recommend the Phone Clinic to anyone. It's totally worth paying a little extra to get service you deserve. read more

Absolutely do NOT go here. Worst service I have ever received. I walked in and the man was very nice and said he'd be able to fix my cracked iphone screen with no problem, i just had to give him my phone number and password and was told to return in an hour. Very easy (very sketchy) but I, a desperate, broke college student in need of a fixed screen, did not hesitate and went about my day, only to come back an hour later with a completely FAKE new phone. A different man had come out to give me my "fixed" phone and "all the sudden" my sensor didn't work (the thing that detects when you pick up your phone or move it) AND the entire LED lighting was off. everything was about 5 shades lighter than it should be. (i.e. my snapchat app was a faint yellow and my Facebook app was a very very light blue). I argued with the man about the fact that the sensor didn't work because it was fully working when my screen was cracked but his argument was that i was wrong and it must have gotten damaged when i cracked it, which was not the case, and then i tried to argue about the LED being about 5 shades lighter. after giving me a death stare the man took my phone to the back and came back to me and basically said they gave me the shittier version and if i wanted the "better version" i'd have to come back in another 2 hours. i said fine. fix it, why would you give me a shit version in the first place and why didn't you ask and who would ever want the shit fake version in the first place. long story short i came back in 2 hours later and they gave me my phone and the screen was normal, how it should've been the first time i walked in their to retrieve my phone and then they tried to charge me $60 MORE than the original said cost which was $130. so now i have waited 4 hours for my phone and when it was originally supposed to be $130 it is now $190 not including tax. so i argued (very politely) with them and told them that was not cool and unfair and i would give them the $130 and go about my day and they threatened to call the cops on me! imagine a 20 year old girl all alone just trying to get her screen fixed and now i'm being threatened by Arabian men speaking very VERY broke english. I was scared, i felt unsafe and i was ripped off. so please do yourself a favor and don't go here. It is nothing but a scam. read more

I took my iPhone 6 to get the screen fixed. They told me it would take two hours and as a result of not having inventory of the black screen they could only give me the white one. After waiting for two hours I got my phone back and realized that the quality of work that was done was awful. The screen had bubbles under the glass and some of the corners were cracked, it looked used. In addition, my front camera was now very blurry. After haggling for 30 minutes about not wanting to pay full price (120) for a poor job, the manager came and made me pay 110. Terrible customer services, employees don't know what they are doing. These are the most unprofessional, rude people I've ever encountered! They treat you as if they are doing you a favor and not like you're paying them for a service. They said my phone could be fixed in about 2 hours....7 days later and still nothing. Well they did give me a loaner phone that wasn't compatible with my provider (after 4 days). When I called a few times throughout the week to check on the status of my phone because no one ever called me...they had the unmitigated gall to treat me like I was bothering them.
