Everyone at her office has always been able to answer all my questions and any question about coverage. Cindy Lou has even made follow up calls to make sure policy is updated . After filing a claim I was really happy with State Farm and all the help from everyone in her office and all the staff at state Farm that listened to all my claim details. I was upset and they took the time to listen and explain how the claim process worked. Afterwards I was so happy I got to deal with this group. The support starting with Debbies office to State Farm showed me what great customer support. Again Thanks to all. I know if a have a problem they will always be one phone call away. Thanks JT

Through the years she memorized my names (been legally changed), what vehicles I drive, my coverages, and most important she has always given me the best advices to handle any situation. Also, her advices are always in your benefit and not theirs! She really is the agent of the future. Especially now, you would want to have someone of her skillsets. Someone who'll learn who you are and help you with your needs without ever needing to meet with you. So, you guys better hurry before she gets to busy to put you on her list.

Oir homrowners policy DID COVERH the damage after the deductible. However, at the end of the year several months later we received a "dreaded NONRENEWAL LETTER" one paragraph - one sentence, 6 words long ... Our homeowners policy was being canceled ... terminated. My insurence agent Phil Diietz never communicated directly with us ... so much for personal touch.... what crap. We had all of our insurance with Allstate ... 5 policies in total including homeowners, rental single family home. automobile 2 cars, personal liability etc.... we canceled all of them and signed up with State Farm Insurance. So far it has been very good

My homeowners insurance on personal home was CANCELED in 2024... reason given was a claim for repairs required because of a water leak under the Master bath into the finished basement. Actually no reason was given .. the claim was paid total of around $2500 .. and at the time of the next renewal notice instead I received a one line notice saying my homeowners insurance is canceled. That's all. None of the other policies were canceled. I am now a happy insurance customer of State Farm (who laughed at Allstate doing this). Way to go, nice touch Allstate. I had Allstate insurance for 10 years with no claims. F*& %$#@

I was finally able to get ahold of them the day my policy was due and cancel. They canceled it with no hesitation. A few days later I recieved 2 cancelation letters dated for the same day my policy ended/started. The day after those letters I recieved a check, so I cashed it in through my bank and of course it cleared after a few days. Days later my bank said it got returned?!...So now I am baffled, shocked and upset because i NEVER heard of a buisness sending a usable check and taking it back or it bouncing! I dont owe them and technically I canceled before my new policy started which they was going to charge me for both vehicles again when I only had one and they did the claim on my other one. I dont know why they're doing this but I will NEVER recommend them to friends, family, nor strangers as long as i live. My bank account is overdrawn because of them and now my kids cant have a home cooked meal, just noodles again!! This is so unprofessional for a "buisness" to do something like this. Anyways DONT GET THEM!!!
