They even helped rebalance a part of a gutter that needed adjustment that wasn't supposed to be serviced. The removal/install/cleanup took about 3 hours. It would definitely take more time if you were having an entire house done. I am hopeful that the new gutters suit my needs. An inspection was then scheduled, but the technician cancelled the same day because he injured his back, which I understand can happen. What's been frustrating is what happened afterward: no follow-up, no rescheduling, and no communication at all, despite the fact that the issue is ongoing and causing continued damage. When a company installs a major project like a roof, post-installation support matters just as much as the installation itself. Delays happen, but leaving a customer without any update, alternative appointment, or path forward while damage continues is not acceptable. I would much prefer to resolve this directly with Linear Roofing, but at this point I'm still waiting for basic communication.

Phillip said after he was done with my neighbor's inspection he would look at mine at no charge. He took about 20 minutes and checked my roof. When he came down from the roof he explained what he saw with photos and laymans terms. He was not pushy and said I did not need a new roof at this time. Fast forward two weeks and another bad storm in Garland. He and one of the owners of the company was back in the neighborhood looking at other roof's. A part of siding had fallen and I asked him how much he would charge to put it back up. He said give him 20 minutes and he will do it. I tried to pay him but he said no charge. They looked at my roof again and everything was okay. The honesty and customer service is off the charts. They did not try to sell me services that I did not need and was honest about my roof. Helping me with the siding issue and not charging was very kind. When I do need a new roof I will call them and if anyone in my circles need a roof I will tell them to go to TC and no one else.
