So after a delicious meal, went over for some tasting. I tried both of the dry reds - the Merlot was the tastier of the two IMO. The dry white had a strange aftertaste that wasn't really my thing. They have a few little sauces and such in there as well, which they also use for food pairing with the wine. The wine, to me, was just okay... but worth the experience of the cute place.

The gentleman working here was very thorough in explaining the different wines, what foods they pair with (with taste samplings!), and the regions the different grapes come from (all Great Lakes varietals). My mom and I were just going to buy a bottle each but ended up getting a whole case to split. Being we usually drink dry wines we were shocked at how much we enjoyed the sweeter wines here. The May Wine (semi sweet white) was my favorite and my mom loved the Mariner's Red (semi sweet red). They offer 10% off if you buy a case. There isn't a bad wine here and depending on your preference they have it covered from sweet to dry in both red and white.

Entry is free however I highly recommend buying some drinks and animal feed to help support the farm! They also offer an Airbnb stay that I will be looking into! There's goats, cows, dogs, sheep, emus, sugar gliders, opossum and more! There are some animals in the back that I recommend asking the staff about. Some animals are still being socialized so they stay in the back and may be brought out under supervision. There's handicap parking and whiles there's not much pavement, there's no stairs. Some areas may be challenging for a wheelchair. All of the animals have names as well and I encourage asking the staff questions. They are all super kind and love the animals. A very unique experience that I recommend for animal lovers and kids!
