I asked for the updates to stop so I could be surprised when I picked it up. Day of the pickup they texted me saying they needed me to come in at the end of the day as their quality control team found an issue they wanted to fix. We walk in and get escorted to the vehicle and the PPF and tint look great! There were a few spots where the PPF appears to have minor debris under it which the shop said they could fix if they were still there at the two week follow up. Some of the edges so the high gloss, I guess that's on me for not fully researching where there would be edges that can't be wrapped. We open the doors to check the detailing and found a couple of items that were not to our liking. We spoke up about our unhappiness with these items and the owner reached out personally later that night to resolve these issues. Overall the PPF and tint look amazing!

I had…read moreused Tamiami Collision before for my son's red Hyundi Tuscon, bright metal flake red, and since they did such a great job on the painting of a hard color, I took our S90 Volvo there for the repair. They were very cordial and worked with our insurance company for us as well. The repair came out great even the pulling of the rear quarter panel. But the most important part in my mind is the paint match. It ends up the same gentleman that did the painting on our Tuscon was still working for them. They better pay him well and keep him happy as this guy is an amazing painter! The color match is so beautiful you could not see any difference from the original paint on the car. That is what makes a body shop worth driving 30 miles for your repair. Long story short this is the best paint shop I have ever used and will definitely be returning if the time comes.

My 2024 Mustang was in for repair and I was informed that they would have the car back on a Friday…read more I was informed that Friday morning that the new door was scratched after it had been painted. Needless to say the car wasn't ready on Friday as promised. I spoke to them again on Monday and was informed the car would be ready that Monday and to be there to pick it up by 4:00. When I arrived Sergio informed me that the clear coat had something wrong with it and they repainted the door again on Monday and the door was still off the car. They said it would be done in about an hour. My confidence level was pretty low after all this. They had 4 guys working on the car and they were able to complete the car after 6:00 pm. I needed to be in Ocala that evening and as a result I was delayed. When I left the collision Center I noticed a scratch in my Window tint and my door isn't aligned properly and sticks out about 3/8 of an inch. I called to inform them and was asked to send pictures which I did. I heard back 4 days later after letting them know if I didn't hear back I was going to provide a negative review. On my call today Sergio accused me of threatening them(with a negative review). I responded how do I get your attention and he informed me he was out sick. He said they needed to get me a quote. I said a quote for what? They scratched my glass reinstalling the window because they were rushing to get the job done after all the screw ups. I asked to speak to his manager but wasn't transferred. I can't continue to make trips to Naples to get the car right for their foul ups. I brought my vehicle to them as I had a good experience purchasing the vehicle from Tamiami Ford. I wish I could say the same for the collision center. He did apologize for the delay and rush job at the end but I do expect better service and communication. Oh yeah one other point is when the car was brought in for a quote I was never asked if the car was ceramic coated even though the window tint and ceramic coating was performed by Tamiami Collision Center. This also should have been included in the quote and now I am out of pocket $$ as the claim is over with. I do not recommend going to Tamiami Ford Collision and as a result of this horrible experience I won't be going back to Tamiami Ford for any future automobile purchases either.
