I went in again today, and Erin fixed my hair (free of charge) and it looks absolutely amazing. The roots are blended perfectly, and my root touch up looks so perfect and it is blended seamlessly. She also gave me a free blow out, which she absolutely did not need to, but she did and my hair just looks so great! I am more than happy with it. I also did the conditioning treatment, which revitalized my dead hair. Overall, I would highly recommend Salon J and especially Erin. I have always loved her haircuts, and I'm now happy that I can confidently endorse her hair dyeing and root touch ups as well. They even tried to use a different product when l came in and they quickly changed the bowel and brought the BB. Bottles when they felt that l know how the bb smell and the whole process. She even washed my hair with a different clarifying shampoo brand and got mad when l asked her to use the BB shampoo and told me they all do the same and it's not her first time doing BB!! I was drilled about my education, told that I earned what I earned because that's what happens when you don't have an education(I have both the bachelors and the masters degree) and in what is none of anybody's business not even. Why I couldn't any longer it was also none of their business and I did set the stylist. I was told that they don't have to accept all customers and when I stated that they accepted, the comment was "well we did not know who you were ". I showed her pictures of my short and she did what she wanted to anyway giving me a true pixie. At least it's even... By the time I left I felt like I had justleft Trump headquarters. Why I gave the woman a tip I don't know. I guess I've just been raised right and this is right thing to do. But I sure wish I could extra $10 back. They are not nice people... They are very judgmental and they put their nose where it doesn't belong. I don't care if they're a good stylist or not... They judge you from the second you walk in. I couldn't wait to leave!
