You're then directed to email customer support, who don't reply. Charging for express delivery on unavailable stock and ignoring customers is deceptive. This business operates like a scam.

On 19th March 2026 I ordered a second hand Nikon D3100 Body Only online as a gift. When opened it…read morewas found to be dirty around the mounting ring with corrosion on the locking pin. This was eventually cleaned by my son to a stage where the locking pin would work. There was also dirt/corrosion on the SD card cover which needed removing and on the mirrors. I contacted the Sydney store (which I believe is the one which shipped the camera), requesting advice on how to complete the clean and for assurances that (for future customers) staff be advised to check items before shipping. The reply was:- "This type of item is normally has a dent, and dirt. To compensate we would like to offer you a $20 voucher code that you can use on your next purchase. Or if you would like to return the item, we will assist on how you can return it. Please advise" I have now sent a response stating that I am not interested in their offer of a voucher or return but a guarantee that they fulfill the claims made on their website. We will see what happens.

I placed an order on 30/01/2014. I followed the order up with an email to double-check that the…read moreorder would be shipped to me before 07/02/2014 (I was going away on holidays and needed it before I left) and was assured that it would arrive around the 4th. It's been a month now and the order still hasn't arrived. I've sent 3 emails, which have all been ignored. I called once and nobody picked up, I called again and was told someone would call me back and they never did. They're cheap, but it seems like you may just never get what you paid for.

No nonsense name. Like that. Liked more how I was not laughed at the other day. I'd lost my camera…read morecase, and walked in here to look for another. Cameras are a new phenomenon for me, so the thought of walking in to a Serious Camera Shop triggers a feeling of tech-inferiority bordering on taking up sackcloth and ashes and calling myself a Luddite. All I wanted was a case for my digital, and being overwhelmed by the seriousness of the stuff on offer, I asked the nice man where they were. Was very happy to go on from there on my own, but he was extra helpful and insisted on seeing my camera to make sure I'd get one to fit. Clearly 'Knows Diddly About Cameras' was written on my forehead. So I had to bring it out. I was hoping to avoid that. 'It was a present!' I babbled stupidly, trying to cover my shame. 'It's not my fault it's pink, really!' Credit to the nice man, he didn't laugh at all.
