Teds is the place for quality tobacco product! if you are looking for a low quality cheap hit this isn't your plac. head for one of the many spots where you can get gas, burner cell, roll your own tobacco, and a steel reserve. not certain what you might like? Ask Jay or the other friendly staff members. teds has a wonderful selection of pipe tobacco and a massive cigar selection. pro tip: Ask Jay rather than sniffing the cigars. no one wants something that's been brushed by your nose hairs. I found Ted's Tobacco on accident. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. No high pressure or up sales. Moving back to the area a couple years ago I was concerned I would be able to find a decent Cigar Lounge. Ted's has character, great selection without the over priced inventory. Very clan an well stocked! Ted's was a fantastic surprise. Very clean, Incredible selection, very knowledgeable staff, great prices. I love everything, from the classic overstuffed leather chairs to the hilarious banter of the crew hanging out and enjoying cigars. As a woman, I really appreciated the impeccable bathroom. I don't ever feel rushed or like they have better things to do than help me selct a new flavor. Don't let the unassuming storefront fool you. This place is huge. Actually I'm not sure why the review below is so hard on this business. The help there is great. Would you stare in disbelief if a candy shop didn't have EVERY single candy bar that exists? No. You can't assume that just because Ted's is a cigar shop that they have EVERY variation of every brand in existence, that's nonsense. On to my review. The guys that work there are neat people, they're extremely helpful whenever I go in, and even though they might not always have my favorite cigar in stock, they can always find me one that I will like. Very knowledgeable. The humidor is one of the biggest I've seen, it really impressed me! The lounge is a bit hodgepodged together, but it really creates a comfortable "man cave" style of feel. I stopped in today frantically searching for a lighter. Nothing fancy, just for my bad habit. They could have tried to sell me a $20 lighter knowing that I was desperate and out of options, however he kindly gave me a book of matches. While I did not purchase anything, I think this says absolutely everything about a company. He could have easily turned me away but had the integrity of a truly excellent business owner to go that extra mile. That's the kind of attitude that makes people return again and again.
