They a short selection there, but this place shines for the want to try something unique for you. Mostly unwrapped, hand rolled, many rings and lengths to choose from. Slow down and explore all the flavor profiles. These are going to be the mass produced, their will be some flaws in the wrapper or burn issues, but you expect that from an honest cigar. Came in to this cigar lounge today to get my Nub or Cain cigars. I didn't realize that they mostly hand make their own brand. I thought I would give it a try since I left my cigar back home in Las Vegas. Service: 3 stars, I was walking around and checking things out. Went into humidor and found one last Nub. Browsed for about 10 min and decided to talk to the guy in the front (Blake) super nice guy and was very helpful once I started asking questions. He walked back with me into humidor and explained that they mainly hand make their own brand and have a limited few selection of name brand. I thought I would try their brand and bought the last Nub. Value: their cigar, the Connecticut Double Robusto was a great value at $5.99. The Nub Maduro was overpriced at $11.80... so, 5 stars on their brand value, 2 stars on the brand name value. The Ambiance is nice, if I had more time I would have lit up in the lounge to envoy... maybe next time. The taste of the Connecticut Double Robusto was actually delicious. First, let me say that as a Texan I know a thing or two about southern hospitality. This place is amazing and the staff is the best. Mark was the gentleman who welcomed us into the shop. He showed us around the humidor personally and recommended two very fine cigars for myself and my girlfriend who also enjoys a good cigar. They have an amazing selection of infused cigars and custom hand rolled. Upon selecting our cigars mark escorted us to the lounge at the back of the shop. Everyone there, guests included were great. There were so many people that said hello and shook my hand I felt at home despite it being our first time there. One of the nicest owners of a cigar shop you will ever meet and outstandingly priced quality cigars. What more can you ask of a cigar shop? But that is only the beginning of your experience at this establishment. You can spend $4 on a cigar here and it will rival cigars that are double the prices at other shops. I have tried every cigar shop in the Omaha area and I choose to come here due to the amazing customer service. If you have time to kill and are looking for a good smoke stop by and talk to the owner; I guarantee you will become a regular like I did. I haven't gone anywhere else to buy a cigar since I starting going to the Omaha Cigar Co. I was never a big cigar smoker and I was always afraid to ask for help anytime I went to buy a cigar at other places. Do not make that mistake here. Matt will point you in the right direction even if you don't know what you like yet, and you can tell he truly enjoys educating his patrons. I really could not have made a better choice than walking into the Omaha Cigar Company before new years while looking for a new cutter. When I walked in, it looked like a typical cigar lounge. A couple chairs and couches up front with a few old guys watching football and having a cigar. I already liked it. It wasn't supposed to be some hoity toity fancy cigar shop. They had a decent selection of humidors and cigars, pipes and tobbacco in the front area. Their humidor is really where it's at though. I didn't know that their entire humidor was all hand rolled cigars. Hand rolled cigars you can't buy elsewhere in Omaha, or maybe anywhere for that matter. I was lucky enough to get a hand rolled scotch cigar to try and smoked it in the "man cave". I ended up buying two more (one for me, one for a friend) and am going to bring some friends back here. I plan on buying many more cigars here and trying everything they have to offer. UPDATE: I've since tried many more cigars including rum, cognac, rico (vanilla), brandy, Maker's Mark, nubs, habano presidente, and others. They are all top notch. I have my humidor stocked with their cigars now instead of offerings from companies like Gurkha, H Upmann or Arturo Fuente. I just like these local handroleld ones so much better. read more

We stopped in to buy a bunch of cigars for a party. The guy working was super patient with our almost non-existent knowledge of cigars. We told him what we liked and what we wanted to spend and he walked us through several options and helped us choose a great selection in our price range. There is a huge selection in a range of prices. He also answered all of my husbands random questions and was very friendly. This place has an awesome atmosphere. I travel for a living and make it a point to "google" cigar lounges near me. This one happened to be only 7 minutes away. It is small, and they do have their own brand... but that is why I stopped in. This is how I find out about other brands of cigars besides my favorite ones. Their own brand, at least the maduros and the Rico, were fantastic! Seriously, the taste of both cigars were comparable of much higher priced premium brand sticks....by a long shot. I actually went back each afternoon and tried different ones (2 a night) and wasn't disappointed with any one cigar. The humidor that the smokes are in seem to be at the exact humidity and temp necessary for stocking cigars. If you're willing to experiment with different tastes, I highly recommend going here. They do also carry the more popular brands as well, but you owe it to yourself to try their own blends. read more

I am a pipe smoker with an occasional cigar. They don't have a huge selection of pipe tobacco but the quality of what they do have and the staff more than makes up for it. I am always greeted and not ";hovered over". The staff always knows me when I come in and the guests are always friendly and greet you like an old friend. I occasionally hang around but most of the time I know what I want, get it and leave. I can always guarantee that my order will be just a "hint north" of what I ordered, and they always make sure my supplies are up to date. Occasionally they throw in a lighter for me. Okay, I'm admittedly a relative noob to the scene. At 45 years old, I've had plenty of "cigars" in my time, but went into the store today ready to learn the real deal... And these guys were GREAT! Super-friendly, very knowledgeable, and NOT snotty or impatient at all. I felt COMPLETELY at ease. Mark was great in leading me through the humidor and exploring what my true tastes were. He wasn't pushy toward anything, just listened and suggested. The way I like to be handled as a customer. Then Denny, the owner, came in and introduced himself. Great guy, young, honest, and willing to give me help as well. Ended up buying several sticks and a little humidor (which Denny even helped "season" before I left the store!). I couldn't wait for this evening to give these things a taste.... OMG!!! Their HOUSE BRAND IS ALL YOU NEED!!! These things are better, smoother, and tastier than any high dollar sticks you think you like. JUST TRY THESE! Holy Crap they're awesome! Anyway, this little place is a bit of a hidden gem. Its just south of the big Valentinos on 108th. They have two seating areas - the back one is all leather seats and a flat screen. Nice guys and great product.
