These people NEVER answer their phone, return your calls, or respond to your emails…read more A few months ago I called this business a handful of times to get my gas tank filled. I left messages but no one returned my calls. Two weeks ago I got a call and a email invoice asking me to pay for my tank and service for the next year. I told her about what had happened a few months ago and how I haven't been receiving their services. No real sympathy, just continued to ask for money telling me it was my annual service charge not a filling fee. I asked her to cancel my account and send someone out to get the tank. I followed this phone call up with an email. 2 weeks later the tank is still at my house, I have called numerous times and spoke to no one. I have left messages and no one calls back. And I have received no confirmation email that my account has been closed.

He claimed he does not even know the owners phone number. Obviously he does know who is employer is and how to contact them . He was not able to give us a receipt. I need answers from this company . Tank delivery and set up went flawless, propane delivery's are on a set schedule that I can adjust to my specific needs. All interactions with company personnel were friendly and professional. Owner showed up at my home to oversee tank installation, answered my questions. Customer service at its finest! FYI - Can hire them to install the LP piping for you.
