They lie. I don't mean they're face down in their own b***s***; I mean they don't tell the truth. They offer "expedited" service for orders to arrive before Christmas, take two days to process, and then ship via 2-day service to guarantee delivery the day AFTER Christmas. They don't take returns without a re-stocking fee, even though the problem is their fault. When they're contacted by BBB, they lie and say they offered a full refund (when they didn't). Did not receive the correct shirt that I ordered. Logo was placed on the front only when the shirt I ordered was to have the logo on both the front and back. "Customer service" argued with me and did not offer any solutions except to order the shirt again with the extra cost for the logo on front and back ($6.00) and I was to pay postage again ($6.00). I would be paying an extra $12.00 to get the shirt I originally ordered. Totally unacceptable. read more

Beware! TSP is a Scam! They sent me a hat the wrong size, had to admit that they don't even have the size I ordered, apologized profusely and promised (in email) to fully refund me the charges with no restocking fee; and told me to just keep the hat they sent. Now they're charging me a restocking fee for a hat I can't use and they don't want, and they didn't have to restock! Restocking fee - the cost to produce a cheap hat = profit for TSP. read more

The exchange policy is bull. They make you buy a second shirt and then ask for a refund. Nobody else does exchanges like that. I didn't proceed with that method because I didn't trust I'd actually get the refund and would be stuck paying for two shirts. read more

My original order was not the item I received. I believe the individual who did this clearly has a distaste for Trump and wanted to choose the hat I received, mockingly. No matter what you believe, a customer has the right to choose whatever hat they want and not have someone decide it for them. Nice Tee but sizes are very small. I typically buy 3x tees and after a few washings, they shrink but are still plenty large enough to be baggy and comfortable. The 3x Eclipse Tees that I ordered are tight out of the bag. No washing these... If they shrank at all, they would barely be XL. read more

3 out of my 4 items arrived as pictured and good quality, but one of them the logo was way too small on the hat and was not as pictured on the website. The store offered to redo it but it was already too late, it was a gift and the window was already gone. In this case I hoped they would give me a refund on that one item but they never responded again. Its sad they have such a strict refund policy even when the mistake was made by them, and they wouldn't make an exception... so I doubt I'd be ordering from them again. read more
