However, upon attempting to read the message (my reason purchasing the cup)...it was too small to read without a magnifying glass. Upon reviewing my personal record of the purchase, I realized that your photo of the cup had been significantly enlarged...but without any mention of that fact...therefore the enlargement didn't register in my decision-making process. The website said it would ship in 1-2 days after the "handling time" (which wasn't listed). After a week with no shipping notification, I emailed them. No response. I waited two more days and called both customer service numbers during business hours (after 10 a.m. on a weekday). The print that was placed on a large area of the front of the tank top is the thick, solid square of plastic material. I ordered a shirt about two weeks prior to needing it. There was a strict deadline by which I'd need this shirt (for a march). The expected delivery date said a couple days before the march. Well, three days ago it still hadn't shipped. Worried, I called customer service and inquired. I was apologized to and told that he understood I needed it for the march, and that he would absolutely have it shipped it that day. To my satisfaction, I received the shirt in the mail yesterday. Description said polyester and cotton so I was expecting a lighter weight tee. It is 100% cotton and heavy. They do not accept returns only exchanges. They have no lighter weight shirts so there is nothing to exchange for. Guess someone at Goodwill will be getting a new Tshirt. It's not even close to being soft after a few washings, and its shape has become distorted. It just looks bad after only a few wearings.
