Dr…read more Marks has been pediatrician to my 3 girls since my twins were born 14 years ago and has never once not been great. He encourages questions. he answers emails very quickly. I've never waited more than 30 mins to get a response. I've sent an e-mail evening time for a concern, and received a call within 20 mins to review the scenario with me and guide us. I've never been billed for all the above and beyond contact but would have gladly paid it for the security he provides. He doesnt push meds as first options if other options might work. He asks questions about things to try and find reasons for any medical complaint the girls have had. if Parents are willing to comply, he provides helpful suggestions to practice after visits The two main nurses he has had since weve seen him are great too. I feel very lucky to Dr Mark's as my girls' doctor.
