We talked about the process and he got up on the roof and did his inspection. He shared the results with me, showed me the things that needed minor repair, and what we should expect out of this treatment. Price was just about what we expected so no surprise there. Got in the schedule really quickly. Daniel called me the morning of service, told me he'd be there within 30 minutes. Arrived as expected. He too was a really personable guy. They got started. Materials were delivered, crew worked efficiently, and most important - they cleaned up every night before leaving! The crew was courteous and respectful and did a great job. I received online progress reports daily, along with photos, and a final inspection report within two weeks of completion. Their price was very affordable and I would definitely recommend them!

On 11/14/25 the roof repairs started and was completed in about 3 hours. It took seven days to repair my roof from the day I called. Just in time before the rain started. Unfortunately, one of the toilets has never functioned properly--it constantly runs and struggles to flush. Despite John returning several times, the problem was never resolved. We later hired John for other odd jobs, including installing a garbage disposal and fixing water backup into our dishwasher. As always, he was punctual and friendly. However, the garbage disposal was installed incorrectly, which caused new problems. He also accidentally caused some minor floor barrier damage while working in that area. To his credit, he offered to repair the damage right away, but I declined because I appreciated his willingness to help. The next day, when the water backup issue continued, we called him back. To our surprise, he asked for MORE money to revisit the SAME problem he had originally been paid to fix. Even after paying again, the issue still wasn't fixed. We ultimately had to hire another company, who immediately discovered that John had not removed the knockout plug or connected the dishwasher properly--something very basic for that type of installation. Overall, while John is personable and punctual, I cannot recommend him due to repeated problems, additional charges for unresolved issues, and ultimately needing to pay another professional to correct mistakes. Seems like an overall good guy trying to make a living but he needs to take his customers into better consideration if he would like to keep them.

And I'm just a normal residential homeowner, ~1400sqft of roof, not even like a giant industrial complex! For that reason alone Mills was immediately out of the running. I'm sure they do great work based on these reviews, but you'll certainly pay for it.

It's a 12-year-old roof with 3-tab shingles, and I thought I would need a roof replacement because those shingles are no longer made, and I couldn't find them anywhere locally. David, the owner, came out, and instead of giving me an estimate for a new roof, he said he would try to find shingles and repair it. Within 24 hours, he located shingles and repaired the roof. The only replacement shingles he could get were brown, so he painted them after attaching them. If you look at this picture, you'll see that it's dang hard to see which shingles are the replacement ones. Comparing High Mountain to other roofing companies, two companies gave me email estimates for a new roof without even coming out, and a third company said they could repair it, but the estimate was $2,500 because they wanted to add a roofing treatment, which I considered unnecessary. My bill with High Mountain Roofing was less than $700. I am elated!

The most professional and thorough home inspection i have ever experienced and priced very reasonably (in fact, i would have paid more)....There were two inspectors who spent almost 5 hours looking over everything (top to bottom), testing outlets, opening windows/doors, photographing everything they reported on and then summarizing everything in a very complete and easy to follow video presentation...they found things that other inspectors may have overlooked by putting in the extra effort...they are completely unbiased and professional and i would recommend that anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, hire these guys...you will be just as impressed...cannot say enough good things about them... read more

I have already moved into my new home and wanted to write a review on my experience with TEK. The inspector was on time, thorough, walked me through all their findings at the end of the inspection and the report was emailed to me in record time. After reading over the report, I did have some questions and the inspector called me back the same day. During my inspection the crawl space could not be inspected because the hatch was blocked by the previous owners belongings, once we moved in I called to see if the inspector would come back out to inspect the crawl. Not only did he come back out, but he did not charge an extra fee! WOW. Great customer service and great company. Thank you. read more

When discussing the results of the inspection, Ty can dumb it down or geek out as needed in different areas of the inspection. That said, they found many minor issues and a major one with the sliding door to the patio but did not recommend replacement of anything. Issues not reported/missed in the inspection: The fire door to the garage is in fact NOT fire rated putting us in potential danger. The dryer vent pipe was badly clogged, again creating a fire hazard. While in the crawl space fixing the clogged pipe I discovered most of the joints of the copper pipes showed green corrosion indicating past or current leakage. Also, the exterior gate was too low to the ground so was totally non-functional. They did not inspect it because it was locked even though the homeowner was present and could have unlocked it. There are other minor things missed but these are what I found after 2 months in the home. I know they have disclaimers for things they cannot see, etc. but I still would recommend you steer away from these guys they seem to concentrate on the cosmetic and miss some more serious/costly areas.

Marc came out and got to work right away. I am used to an inspection being done without me being there, getting a report and paying the bill. Marc welcomed questions during the inspection, provided his findings along the way and even said I could call if I thought of any questions in the days following. The other reviews suggest that repairs and work was more than what was told in the report. The inspection points out potential problems but the extent of the problem is up to the customer to get further inspection for the specific area in question. Marc pointed out so many issues that we decided to cancel the contract to purchase this home. The cost of the inspection was very reasonable given how much we would of paid in repairs or problems in the future. I appreciated the detailed report, explanations, pictures and the summary at the end of the report was very comprehensive. I will need to look for another property and Armstrong will be getting the business to do the inspection and if anyone were to ask who I would recommend, it would be Armstrong.

I bought the house but later found out that Eagle Rock missed major issues!!! For example, they neglected to note that the roof was at its last leg and that the flashing was not installed correctly. Their oversight cost me a LOT of money which could have been addressed in purchase negotiation. They have undermined a bunch of other issues like the water heater, the condition of the shade structure, etc. I would never hire Eagle Rock to inspect a house I consider purchasing.
