Great home care for your pets! Our dog does not do well around other animals, and this is a great service that they can come to us.

She was there for us when we had to make difficult end of life decisions last year for our beloved Georgie that she cared for for ten years as well and she guided us with love and compassion. We just drove from Nevada to have our puppy neutered with her because we will not go anywhere else. This kind of care is not easily found. I brought my dog in for diarrhea, vomiting, and lethargy. It's just me and my dog here in Colorado, and so it was an emotional and scary experience for me, but also fresh off of a move, coming into their office on the first of the month, and now hearing I need to pay $500 for an x-ray and some IV fluids. I immediately broke down in tears, apologize for crying, stated that my financial situation is a little tough right now, but I want what's best for my dog. The Vet (a male, who never introduced himself so I can't tell you his name) and the two students, looked at me blank face and asked again if I wanted to do the x-ray. I said yes. When we proceeded for payment at the end, I asked if there was any healthcare discounts they offer-I am a registered nurse. I'm a nurse who works Oncology, and like their job I'm sure, have to handle emotions and people like me on a daily basis. I don't EXPECT a discount, and they didn't loose my business because they didn't give me one. They lost my business, however, because I want to go somewhere that offers compassionate! care. A young women sat there crying and voices financial concern, and even had to put her pride aside to ask for any sort of discount. Something that you manually punch in the computer to give me my total. I know it's a business-I know everyone needs to make money-but we've lost touch for human beings to treat others that way. Let's all be kind They also called me once I got home to tell me they had given me the wrong prescription medication. Im sure there are MANY other veterinarians who can give more competent care as well, but I wont get into that just don't go

She has been working with our nearly 14-year-old large-breed dog for the last three years. From our first intake/consultation and acupuncture appointment, Dr Becca has guided us on an incredible learning journey around the best approaches to support our dog's health. She has consulted on his diet and supplements, which, in and of itself, has made a transformative difference in our dog's general health and arthritis. She performs regular acupuncture appointments (she keeps a very organized and well-communicated schedule) where she's constantly talking through Max's health and considering any adjustments that would benefit him, while always honoring our approach. Max knows when Dr. Becca is en route and excitedly awaits her arrival; we know he feels amazing as a result. The fact that he still can hike 2mi/day on the trails is testimony to how well she's helped to preserve his joint function. Most critically, she actually saved our dogs life this week. He was preliminary diagnosed with a brain tumor and while we were told to arrange end-of-life care, she advocated fiercely for the possibility that Max had an infection and gave us a clear discussion guide to use with his regular vet to receive the right care. In this capacity, Dr. Becca "stays in her lane" but is always a text away, as if your pet is her pet. I've never known a veterinary professional to be this deeply compassionate, nor to possess such an encyclopedic breadth of knowledge around veterinary science while knowing precisely when to apply it and how to educate her human clients in the process. Our sweet Max would not be here today if it were not for Dr. Becca. You can be absolutely certain that every penny you invest with ZenPet will have direct returns on your pet's vitality and longevity as well as your own education as a pet parent. Finally, it bears mentioning -- Dr. Becca is great with people too. She is an absolute joy to be around. I'm eternally grateful for and in awe of the work she does; it is truly her calling.

Once inside, because of the virus precautions, we wouldn't be able to visit. We couldn't just drop him off and leave him to tremble in fear for his last few days. We brought him back home and cared for him in his own room. When the time came days later, we were told that a home pet euthanasia service wouldn't come into our home; virus precautions again. It was cold and snowing so a backyard or garage service was out of the question. Our last hope was Dr. Rope. We were under the false impression that she no longer performed this service. My wife was prepared to implore her to help but was pleasantly surprised when Danielle quickly volunteered an afternoon appointment. We already knew she was great because of her previous treatments of my large labradoodle's various problems. She was an angel of mercy, today, as she patiently, professionally and lovingly released Tony from his final challenge. Our elderly, medically vulnerable dog was placed at unnecessary risk by this veterinary practice…read more We brought our elderly dog, who has serious mobility challenges after barely surviving a severe joint infection, to this clinic for physical therapy. Before the appointment, we received a text instructing us not to enter the lobby because of renovations and to call upon arrival for an escort inside. We followed those instructions. Although renovations had not begun, the receptionist still told us to wait outside. We stood in temperatures above 90 degrees with a dog who could barely remain standing on the hot pavement, while other clients entered and did business and waited inside. Staff could see us through the doors and windows, yet no one came to assist us. After waiting a while, I went inside to ask why we had not been allowed into the lobby. We were told we were already checked in, no apologies or explanations, and our exhausted dog then had to go outside again and walk down the block to a separate treatment room. The temporary-looking space was extremely hot and had no apparent air conditioning. Initially, no water or apology was offered. When we expressed frustration with the front desk's handling of the situation, the technician focused on our criticism of a coworker rather than our dog's immediate welfare. The veterinarian later apologized, treated us kindly, provided water, and gave our dog appropriate care. We appreciated her professionalism and were pleased with the clinical care she provided. Unfortunately, the assistant practice manager interrupted the end of the appointment and offensively defended the staff, explaining that the text had been sent in error by the corporate office and provided other excuses. She did not meaningfully address that we had been left outside in extreme heat or that no one apologized or assisted our medically vulnerable dog. Instead, she called us rude and we should have verified the false instruction and be nice to her staff. As the discussion became tense, she asked us to leave for not just accepting her excuses, while the veterinarian continued apologizing and encouraged us to stay to resolve the matter. This incident could have been prevented with accurate communication, better staff training, basic consideration for an elderly and medically fragile animal, and a sincere apology once their error became clear. Aside from the veterinarian, we experienced no accountability or meaningful apology, rather we were attacked for calling out their incompetence in handing the situation. The administrative and management response showed a serious lack of judgment, training, accountability, and concern for animal safety. Rather than addressing the circumstances that put our dog and us at at risk in extreme heat, management focused on defending staff and criticizing our response. If your animal is elderly and medically fragile, or unable to tolerate heat or prolonged standing, I urge you to choose another practice. Based on our experience, we do not trust this management team to put a vulnerable animal's or their owners safety first when communication or service failures occur. No pet owner should face the possibility that following a clinic's written instructions could place their animal or themselves at risk--and then be blamed for being unhappy with their poor treatment and raising the concern.

I have a huge (160 lbs.) dog and three cats and we were having several problems with them that I couldn't fix no matter what I tried. So, I ended up contacting Reanna as a last resort. First, one of the cats, Bumble, used to be our daughter's cat, but she couldn't take him with her to our son and daughter-in-law's house when she moved in with them because they have a vicious cat and Bumble is super-old and frail. Bumble was peeing where he shouldn't and not eating well, so we took him to the vet but the vet said he was fine, no infection, perfectly healthy for an old cat. That's when I called Reanna. She came out to the house and met with Bumble first. After communicating with Bumble, she told me that he wanted us to know that he was afraid of eating on the kitchen table (we feed our cats there to keep Daisy from eating cat food) because he thought he might fall off and that he was peeing outside of the litter box because he was afraid our cat Buddy would attack while he was in there (Buddy thinks this is hilarious). So, we installed a cat flap into the powder room door and put Bumble's food on the floor in there. He's been eating really well ever since! And Reanna told Buddy that Bumble is too old to attack in the litter box and that he should play with Moth (3rd kitty) instead. Lo and behold, Bumble has started using the litter box again and I was super-relieved that he hadn't been acting this way because he was so upset at living with us instead of our daughter. Turns out he was fine living with us because he wasn't home alone all day anymore and he still got to see our daughter when she visits. Second, our dog, Daisy, was barking non-stop, while also seeming sad. She was born on a ranch in Kansas to be a livestock guardian but got into the hen house when she was only 3 months old, so she had to find a new home. We've had her for several years, but only recently has she started acting like this. Again, we took her to the vet first but she's perfectly healthy. After hanging out with Daisy for awhile, Reanna was able to tell us that Daisy wanted to go swimming! We'd recently visited a dog park with a pond and were surprised that Daisy took to the water right away, but didn't think much about it. Apparently swimming is her favorite thing to do and was something she learned as a baby. And now that she knew that we could take her swimming she was pining away and also angry that we weren't taking her to swim again. Well! We started taking her to swim several times a week and it made all the difference. She's cheerful and much quieter and we never would have guessed what the problem was if Reanna hadn't been able to communicate with Daisy. I can't tell you how surprised I was that Reanna really could do this. You wouldn't believe how suspicious I was of the whole idea of a human communicating with an animal at that level, but obviously she was. If you're having problems like we had, then I can't tell you strongly enough to call her. She really changed things for the better around here and my animals are so much happier!
