This Is a great company. We had ordered a teleprompter from another company. Wen it arrived the prompter was broken. These guys not only got us a new prompter at last minute. (AND I MEAN 30 minutes before our shoot) They sent us an Operator. (which was included in the rental price. When the operator got there and saw that we were doing interviews, he suggested we use an INTERROTRON. I had never heard of one, and he called and the company bring us that device as well... It is an amazing pice of equipment, We were interviewing children.. so you can imagine the chaos... The interrotron not only helped us interview the kids, but got them to say their lines perfectly to camera. IT WAS AMAZING! we ended out shoot three hours early... Seriously these guys are the best. I will only use them from now one. (the only reason I gave them 4 stars was because I hear that Yelp will delete the five star ratings...) LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY!. read more

I am back in the Big Apple from a very successful visit to Los Angeles where we rented equipment from Teleprompter Rental's sister company. It is great to be able to trust both companies here and in LA. Their professionalism and passion for their work is unparalleled. I booked a standard Teleprompter over the phone for a small shoot at my younger brother's local school. We rounded up all the fifth grade teachers on a Saturday and they recorded a lovely graduation message wishing the students best of luck in the future. It was very touching. Michael, our operator, was very knowledgeable with the unit and set up in about 20 minutes! Unfortunately, our tripod wasn't strong enough for the TelePrompTer, but Michael brought back up with him - he saved the day! I remembered that their rental fee for a tripod was $35 and was expecting it to be on the invoice, but they said it was on the house and didn't charge me the extra fee! We just wrapped on a very successful 8 day shoot at the test facility for Jaguar LandRover of North America. Our clients needed an experienced operator who could work with the facilitator of the brand, who has never had on camera experience and never used a TelePrompter.
