When my assigned photographer suddenly became ill hours before my scheduled shoot, I was given the choice of coming in later the same day or rescheduling. I chose later and could not have been more pleased with the results. Andrei was a pleasure to work with. He was relaxed, personable and professional, which made posing easier for me. After the session, I found out that he had apparently delayed dinner with his daughter in order to make my shoot. I had my Eras pictures taken with Andrei. He was very professional and helpful throughout the entire process. I brought a few colors/styles of clothing for the pictures. He was great helping me choose what would work best. Helped the entire time with posing/smiling too, very patient with my awkwardness. What I found most helpful was the picture review at the end of the shoot. I'd honestly have no idea what pictures to choose. Just the thought of going through all the pictures to pick the best ones, makes me anxious just thinking about it (lol) He went through all the pics systematically and helped picked what he felt were best for my Eras submission. I took my daughter today to have her first professional headshots and met with the most amazing, humble, excellent mannered, professional photographer named Monica. My experience here was absolutely perfect. For starters, I liked that I was able to schedule my appointment online. They even have a package specifically for ERAS photos, which is exactly what I needed. I don't know NYC very well, so the location close to Penn Station was great. I'm rotating right now in the RWJBarnabas health system, and would say that it was totally worth the journey from NJ. My photographer was Monica. I really enjoyed working with her. I don't generally love having my picture taken, but Monica made the experience completely painless- even enjoyable! At the end of the shoot, Monica and I sat down together to narrow down the pictures that would be formatted for ERAS. Monica gave very helpful suggestions as to the pictures she thought would be best for my application. It was super helpful to have another pair of eyes for this; I found that I was picking pictures where I thought I looked best, while Monica had a good eye for pictures that she could see in a doctors office. We made the decision on the final two pictures together, and I'm so happy with how they turned out. I got the pictures retouched as well, and they are stunning. I think they'll be a great addition to my ERAS application. read more

Had a great time here! Did not realize how much work taking a "simple" headshot was until having a 5 star experience with Andrei. The price you pay is no doubt worth every penny. Very convenient location and comfortable studio. It is clear that they are professionals and have seen it all! Andrei made me and my girlfriend very comfortable throughout my headshot appointment and had excellent mask etiquette for those worried about COVID. After the pictures were taken he took his time and helped select the best pictures from the shoot, although all of them were fantastic. I never once felt like I was in a rush or that he had other appointments to tend to, despite only opting for the most basic package the company offers. A true class act which unfortunately hard to come by these days in the city.
