It has now been 20 days, and despite contacting multiple representatives within the company, I have not received any updates or resolution. The lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating. Additionally, there were several scratches and damages to the walls of my brand-new home, which was very disappointing. As a teacher, I am mindful about where I spend my money, and I expect honesty and professionalism from the companies I work with. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values. They did not try to waste time to extend the hourly rate and were never idle...in fact, I had to force them to drink something cold for a moment's break in the terrible heat. These two men were kind and respectful to me and my mother and took direction easily. Because of the weather, the lady from the office kept me updated with changes in times and was also very accommodating when I needed to change the time as well. We were told by the delivery team that they would return a with wood glue to repair the handle and their office was going to send someone out to replace the glass in the cabinet. None of this happened. Our quote for the move was far less than what we were charged. I would avoid this company completely. Their quote may sound good, but it's just to steal your business away from a more respectful company that has integrity.
