He called twice with questions and promised an estimate within the week. After 2 weeks I sent him a text asking for an update. No reply. Gave it another week, sent another text. No reply. He told my wife and I he didn't care if we used Fingerlakes construction to build the 24X36 as he called it our "Hobby barn" since he doesn't make any money off of them and he is only interested in big projects like Dairy barns and Equestrian projects. Wow what a salesman! Their price was the best and they could work with in our timeline so we ended up going with them for the construction. The lead Foreman on the job and his crew were very nice and great to deal with. November of 2017, 5 years later and I am back dealing with FLC for an issue with all of the lower metal trim pieces rusting. The website states "40 year warranty on siliconized paint on roll form steel" When I first reached out to the office I talked with a nice guy who was going to come out and inspect the issues. A week later, lucky me, Richard Krebs the initial salesman calls me. He tells the barn is too close to the road so road salt has caused the rust. Nope the barn is 300 from the road! Then he says the barn must be below grade and sits in water. Nope that is crazy as the barn is built up and if that was true there would be standing water on the floor! So he finally says he will stop and take a look. Now knowing the attitude and terrible customer service skills from Mr.Krebs, I chose to reach out to a manager, Bill Murray. Bill has always been nice and polite to deal with compared to Richard but still hasn't really done a thing for my issue! I get another call from Richard and he says he has problems seeing the pieces with the snow (there was very little on the ground) but will replace them per Bill Murrays request. May of 2018, 6 months from my initial request I still don't have the replacements to fix the rusted trim on my barn. I have placed multiple calls to the company and have sent and saved over 25 emails. Oh if they do show up did I mention I have to replace them myself! I agreed to that months ago to speed up the process. This process has not been speedy! What warranty works makes you do the work yourself?? It would be like buying a new vehicle and having an engine problem, the manufacturer tells you we will give you a new engine but you have to change it yourself. It's been months since the parts were supposedly made for me but they can't seem to find anyone to deliver them. When this started Richard Krebs was out to my house within 2 days to give me reasons why the parts would not be covered. I get one excuse after another on why the pieces have not been delivered. At this point and the time I have invested I would have been better off taking the pieces off and having them power coated myself. Do yourself a favor and don't use FLC they do not stand behind the warranty they quote!

We searched high and low for someone to makes some changes to our home theater and other custom paint finishes in our new home. After failing to find someone local... we found Bogue Art Studios. Nin traveled from out of town to meet with us to review the project. We are very particular and we're looking for the highest quality work possible. After the meeting we felt comfortable selecting Nin for the job.... Unfortunately there was a wait list to start. ;) we patiently waited. Now the project is complete and Nin didn't disappoint!!
