But today, Kim at the Bracebridge centre provided me with excellent service. Kim was positive, kind, responsive and very helpful. Kim went beyond what I would have expected in providing service. She had all the answers to my questions and helped me to find the most appropriate way of packaging my package for sending. Not only did she help me select the right packaging, but she went on to assemble the box and helped me with safely stowing the items inside and then she took care of the rest (sealing, labeling, etc.). This was an excellent customer service experience and I would recommend this location with Kim's "service with a smile," positive service.

Notice lefty on dorr - no way to contacthe depot directly only thru the VERY unhelpful 800 line. Other delivery services in this area are much more proffessional and give much better customer service. Every time we have to deal with this depot the service is bad and we are frustrated!!!
