FORGERY! This company claimed they had my signature when I did not sign for anything! F RATING by better business bureau, 1.5 stars on yelp, HUNDREDS of 1 star reviews, and multiple lawsuits. This company is simply incompetent. Management is lazy. You do not get these low ratings by having proper management set in place. I can guarantee management at this company has zero training, no prior experience, and no education, and of course no customer service skills. This company is very clearly poorly run, and because of that thousands of people have suffered. I ordered a $2,000 refrigerator. They sent me a $700 refrigerator that was not even the correct brand. After calling about 10 times, they were still unable to do anything. They kept directing me to whirlpool, Home Depot, and Frigidaire, and refused to take responsibility. Finally after 4 days, they came up with the solution for me to wait 3 weeks so they can order me the correct refrigerator. I understand mistakes happen but a mistake like this? With no solution for days on end? Come on. On top of this, they lied to me and said I signed off on my delivery and said they have a signature. Someone at this company committed forgery. I requested for them to send MY paper work and they refused. They said only Home Depot can request that. I had Home Depot corporate office request it from this company and they still refused! They know what they did was wrong and are refusing to take ownership. The "manager" is too much of a coward to call me back. I requested to speak to him 6 times over the past 2 weeks. Every time I call, they say he will call me back by the end of the day. I was told he was aware of the situation, yet he didn't even bother to give me a call back. Thankfully, I received the good news from Home Depot that they will soon be ending their delivery contract with this company. I never like to wish ill upon anyone, but I hope this company goes out of business. It's really only a matter of time. MAKE SURE YOU FILM EVERY ENCOUNTER WITH THESE UNETHICAL SHADY PEOPLE. If you do not film everything, they will lie about something that didn't happen. LOOK AT EVERYONE ELSES REVIEWS. This is nothing new! In the process of turning their truck around at the top of our driveway, they backed into our electrical wires & stretched them to within 5 feet of the ground, the pole they're attached to is leaning, & no electricity to our garage. No apologies, no nothing from the drivers. Accidents happen OK, but it's now Feb 24, 2023 & we are still trying to get reimbursed for the damage they did from this TWO BIT, HUSTLER, FLY BY NIGHT INSURANCE COMPANY. First off, I want to say that I usually don't leave Yelp reviews but my experience with Temco was so atrocious that I am willing to spend some time and detail my experience. I bought a washer and dryer from Home Depot at the end of August 2017. The washer and dryer were set to be delivered on Friday 9/1/17. So on that day the delivery team comes, measures the space and Jesus, the delivery man and installer, tells me that the dryer won't fit in the allotted space with the reason being that there isn't enough space in the rear for the air duct with the original drain pan. He recommended I go get a new drain pan so that the dryer could fit better. So with that said, they left the washer and dryer in my garage. Let me tell you something, after multiple appointments for installation another team came and installed the dryer using the original drain pan with no modifications. If only Jesus could have just tried a little harder and not been lazy I could have avoided all this loss of time. So the first team left, and I go to Home Depot to buy a new drain pan then rescheduled for another installation. On the phone I asked if the delivery team could install the new drain pan, and I got a non-reassuring yes. The next team comes on 9/6/17, and for some unknown reason their work order only states installation for the washer. In addition to that I'm told that delivery teams do not do installs. Alright, that's fine, but now this team is telling me that the dryer can fit with the original drain pan. The 2nd team leaves, and I reschedule for another installation appointment. And here comes the best part. For three installation appointments in a row nobody shows up! I later found out that when I called in to schedule for my dryer installation, my work order was being put under delivery. So when it came to my work order the delivery and installation team looked in their truck and didn't see my dryer so they would go on to the next work order. Let me repeat that, this happened for three appointments (9/12/17, 9/14/17/, 9/15/17) in a row. Just think about all the hours of lost time waiting for a delivery/installation team to show up! I was furious and tried to speak to Temco's supervisors about what was going on, but I always got an excuse from the customer service rep that the supervisor was busy and would call me back. None of them ever did. Not surprising at all given the horrible experience I've been having trying to get a dryer installed. So finally on 9/21/17 another team comes to install the dryer and was able to do install the dryer with the original drain pan. Throughout this ordeal I was told that I'd be compensated for all this and there were notes put on my order for compensation. So when customer service finally scheduled my appointment correctly, and the installation team had successfully installed the dryer (it fit perfectly fine with no modifications btw) I called Temco about being compensated. Not to my surprise, they denied compensation and told me they don't do compensations. So let me get this straight, because of your company's inability to get a work order right (mistakes such as a work order installing only the washer and not the dryer, and putting the appointment under delivery when it should be installation three times in a row) which led me to waste countless hours in waiting, you're going to make notes on my order about compensation and then turn around to pretend that it doesn't exist/say Temco doesn't perform compensation? What a great recipe for excellent customer service! Oh but it's gets better, because the customer service rep told me the supervisor would be calling me about this issue. Yeah that's just a bunch of bull excrement to get you off the line because they never call back. And this wasn't the first time a Temco customer service rep had told me a supervisor would be calling me back when I requested to talk them. In summary, If you're shopping at Home Depot for appliances, ask which company does the delivery and installations, and if it's Temco run as far as you can. It took one month from the date I paid for the washer and dryer to full installation when everything could have been done within the same week I bought the washer and dryer. read more

I ordered a refrigerator from Home Depot and it was delivered by Temco. The two-man crew was quick, efficient and friendly. They removed the old refrigerator, brought in the new one and hooked up the ice-maker, and for an additional charge, replaced the water valve in the wall. (It was probably a minimum of 15 yrs old, possibly much older.) read more

I honestly wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a chest freezer from Home Depot 6 weeks ago. I got a call saying it was back ordered on May 1, then on June 12 I received a message from Temco telling me that they have had my freezer in their warehouse for OVER a month and that if it wasn't delivered by the following Thursday my order would be canceled! I NEVER received any notification prior to June 12 that they had my products. I needed it more than a month ago and instead they have been sitting with it the warehouse. I have called over 15 times and everytime I am put in a que that the time never changes and eventually it just hangs up. I am furious with this company and just want to speak to someone to make sure that my order does indeed get delivered and they don't cancel it. so far this has been the worst customer service experience of my life. read more

They're supposed to call 30 min ahead of time. They didn't, and I couldn't get to accept delivery of the fridge for another 15-20, so of course they left. Now I've been on hold two days in a row ALL DAY to get in touch with them to reschedule. Their hold times that are announced while waiting just increase throughout the day. EDIT: LOL the 'business owner' commented asking me to call in. I had already called and emailed both of those addresses. That's the point -- these numbers just straight up don't work. Absolute fiasco trying to get a washer and dryer from Home Depot delivered and installed. I live on a military base. Driver needs a driver's license to get on the base. We put it in the notes at Home Depot. Delivery attempt 1 - no IDs. I offer to escort them on base so they can deliver, they decline. I speak to customer service and reiterate that driver needs ID.. they schedule me for 5 days later. Delivery attempt 2- driver shoes up with no ID. I tell them to wait at the gate and I will escort them. They are gone by the time I get to the gate. I escalate to a customer service supervisor "Wendy" who personally guarantees me delivery between 0830 and 1230 the next day. Delivery attempt 3 We receive a text that delivery will be by 1630. After receiving no delivery or contact by 1630 we call Wendy who gave us the direct number and she doesn't respond to call or text. When we finally reach her through the main number she at first can't recall who we were and then when we explain who we were she "personally guarantees" again delivery for tomorrow "at some point in the day". Attempts to explain to us, contra our experience three times that their drivers always carry ID. We called Home Depot Directly to escalate. Their notes indicated that the driver called the warehouse and said he didn't have id so refused to go on base. For delivery attempt 3. Didn't bother to contact us. When we called Home Depot to cancel after ordering the dryer and washer locally they didn't even argue with us. TEMCO apparently is consistently this bad. Lesson learned AFTER 2 wasted weeks. We will be more mindful about who the business contracts with for delivery moving forward and refuse to do business with any that use TEMCO. read more

They came to deliver and did not have the right equipment. Had to reschedule. Came back 2 days later and still didn't have the equipment. Eventually left the new machine uninstalled, refused to take the old one and we had to install it ourselves. Now I have to figure out what to do with the old one. Their customer service is horrible. I have no idea why Home Depot would risk their brand by using this terrible company. If you love terrible customer service, dishonest managers who lie to you over the phone, and delivery people who make sloths look energetic.....this is the delivery company for you!! Show up over 3 hours late, asking to just drop off new appliance instead of setting it up as agreed upon through a binding contract. Appliance fails to work at all. I spend over 5 hours on the phone with Temco trying to get them to schedule a time to show up and do the job that home depot (and customers) pay them to do. Most of those 5 hours were spent on hold. They couldn't care less about the customer because Home Depot refuses to get rid of them as a delivery service. I was told by Home Depot that they have worked together for over 20 years and that the they're "buddies" and "it's hard to fire a buddy". Buddies that like to provide sh*tty service to paying customers. Managers refuse to take the call or call you back. I was told ALL the managers were on a conference call...that conference call lasted over 4 hours. What a bunch of BS. Don't be surprised when you call to check on your delivery status, and you're told that even though they are late and that they can't give you any specific timeframe of arrival, you just "relax and sit tight". #FUtemco. read more

I work on one of the building adjacent to Temco, and by the name of GOD, that music they play is loud enough to make a wall crumble. It's disappointing to see all the negative reviews on here, we had a very good experience with Temco. We ordered a washing machine from Home Depot and had a set delivery date. Got an email the day before giving us a delivery window (9-1, hey better than cable companies!). We were able to see online that there were three deliveries before us. Was nice, let us plan the day a bit. Got a call when the driver was a half hour out and he got there when he said he would. Installation was great, they were considerate and careful. Very friendly guys. They did a quick test to make sure things were hooked up properly and then gave us a little primer on using the washer. All good, again we had a very good experience. read more

The first time no one called no one buzzed and left us a note saying they 'missed us'. The second time they told us that they forgot to put the fridge on the truck for the day's delivery. Then, today, we're told deliveries were suspended for an "emergency". The unfortunate thing is we only learned this by calling them for an update late in the afternoon..... they told us that if we don't get it a fourth time we should pick it up ourselves....unbelievable. This company is one of the worst companies I've had the misfortune to have to be involved with. We bought a Washing machine thru Home Depot. It seems they use Tempco to move thier appliances. They told us they would arriving to deliver at 1:30-2:30PM. They gave my wife a call at 11:15 am and said they were 10 minutes away. She told them no one is home and they need to stay with the time they said they would deliver. They then drove off with the washing machine. My wife was upset and called the 909 number and spoke with a few people who barely understood English, and were unable to assist her. She asked for someone to contact her in regards to this, and no one did promptly. I called and asked for the washer to be delivered, they said the hub was in Las Vegas and they would forward an email to the location in Pomona, refusing to give me the office in Pomona telephone number. After my call, they contact my wife and said the earliest they could deliver the washing machine was 10/28! It was to be delivered 10/1! We are going to cancel our order with Home Depot and let them know the company they use is imcompetent and not able to perform the job in a timely manner! read more

Disrespectful and dumb installation process. I recently installed washer/dryer stacking from HomeDepot/Temco. I forgot there is a medium size wood panel leaning on the wall of the designated installation space. That's for my belongs for other furniture assemble for loving room. Guess what? They just installed without asking me whether it should be removed or not. I was right there whole time and they didn't even bother to ask. When I saw the wood panel was now stuck behind the washer/dryer that couldn't be taken out without reinstalling everything. I asked 'what's it' and he said' It looks like a panel left for a construction or modification for future ' and I said It's stuck behind the washer/dryer, how am I supposed to get it out'. He went 'You reassemble washer dryer when you need it. Machine are working. It's not my problem.' When I asked he could've checked with me when there is an object occupying the space so obviously. He didn't answer and refused to help me to get the panel out saying his co worker is gone already( which I believe a lie as I believe the co worker must be waiting in a truck to drive back themselves) and literally ran away without even getting my paper work and signature. He didn't pick up the following phone call. It is just a common sense or minimum courtesy to check with a customer whether the space is truly secured. Homedepot didn't have any solution and asked me to talk to this company directly. Waited 30 mins calls and no solution. Now I have to pay $100 for hiring handyman to get the wood panel out and reinstall the washer/dryer. What a waste of time and money just because of the installation people's lack of common sense and training failure by HomeDepot. It is a lazy service and rude running away without getting signature , which is a violation of installation agreement, just to get away from the situation. read more

They kept us updated by text in regard to when they would arrive. They arrived within the window on time. The delivery crew was fast, efficient, friendly, and respectful of our home. If I can give them less stars, I would! I bought a Whirlpool fridge and dishwasher from Home Depot with free delivery and paid for haul away service for both old fridge and old dishwasher. Two guys from Temco Logistics delivered the new fridge and dishwasher on 12/13/2017. They installed the fridge but refused to haul away the dishwasher claiming that there's going to be leak. One of the guys gave excuses and insisted on not hauling away the dishwasher even though I asked for the reason and insisted I want the old dishwasher to be hauled away. The other guy said at a later time, that it'll be very easy to reschedule for a haul away afterwards so I shouldn't worry about it. It wasn't until I asked for the number to call that he let me know how to contact Temco Logistics. He then asked me to sign the papers anyway even though I was reluctant because they didn't complete their job. After the delivery guys left, I immediately called Temco Logistics to schedule a haul away. The lady on the phone was nice and said that I'm scheduled for Saturday (12/16/2017) and someone will call on Friday (12/15/2017) to confirm the time. Friday came and went and no one called. I called on Saturday early afternoon because I'm getting worried if they're still coming. The lady on the phone said that they're en route and I'm third in the queue. The pick up is between 1pm to 5pm and will still happen. At 4:30pm, there was still no call. I got more worried and called them again. This time the lady on the phone was very rude. She sounded really impatient and intimidating. She didn't explain why they were not coming to pick up the dishwasher anymore and I had to ask if I can reschedule again. She said Tuesday (12/19/2017) and I asked if I can leave the dishwasher on the front porch. *Some of us actually need to work, unlike Temco Logistics*. She mumbled and then hung up on me. So, until now, I'm not sure if they will still come and pick up my old dishwasher... read more

They were friendly, knowledgeable and fast. It took about 10 minutes for them to unload and install both washer and dryer. They we're also mindful about the position of the washer &dryer doors. The washer door only opens one way. So they installed them so I wouldn't have to reach around when loading the dryer from the washer. read more

I totally agree with previous reviewers who say Home Depot should stop using Temco Logistics immediately. They are unhelpful, rude AND astonishingly misinformed. The people who actually do the deliveries are contractors for Temco, and I was lucky enough to have a great one, Henry, show up to finally deliver my fridge. The contractor who came 3 days earlier to do the install flatly stated I didn't have a shutoff valve for the water line to the ice maker. At the time, I had no idea what a shutoff valve looked like, but when I pushed our old fridge out of the way after the guy left to clean up the years of built up gunk on the floor, I noticed a little mechanism with a knob that was, lo and behold, a shutoff valve. The guy had been looking right at it. When I called Temco to say that the contractor was mistaken and he should come back (he offered to if I could get a shutoff valve installed that day) the woman I talked to stated flatly that the installers wouldn't install the refrigerator because the current water line was copper. When I told her that wasn't the reason the guy refused to do the installation and that he had seen the copper line, plus I had ordered a plastic line with the refrigerator so why should I replace the copper line that was only going to be replaced again with a plastic one by the installer, she continued with her story. I made a new appt. for the install, and thank god Henry showed up this time. He couldn't understand why the original installer hadn't seen the shutoff valve, and he had no problem with the fact that the original line was copper. He had it all hooked up and running very quickly, and even explained some of the features of the fridge to me. I would recommend that if you need to buy a major appliance, DON'T buy it from Home Depot so long as they're using Temco! read more

0 stars if I could How my delivery went: 7/13 3:42 pm : call from Home Depot saying my appliance would be delivered between 1 & 4 pm on the 14th 7/14 12:58 pm: call from Temco explaining that delivery is running late but will still be delivered today 6:20 pm: call from driver, rang twice and hung up 6:20 pm: I return driver's call, goes to VM, VM is full, I try again 2 minutes later, same 6:30 pm: text from Home Depot saying my appliance could not be delivered 6:30 pm: Me calling Home Depot to ask what happens. 6:30 pm: Door bell rings and Temco has arrived. Driver explains that I was "removed from his line up" for some reason. He says he needs to call. Other guy is unloading my appliance. Driver comes back and looks at old appliance with screw gun in hand. Says "well we may not get paid for this delivery." Shows me the delivery queue and explains that I'm not there anymore, but they still have one more delivery to make. Decides they can't go thru with the deliver/install. Appliance loaded back onto truck. Driver tells me I should get a reschedule call within 48 hours. 6:38 pm: I call Home Depot and they were totally baffled how delivery/install guys showed up but didn't actually deliver or install. They try calling the company, I try calling the company. Temco is MIA, voice mailbox full, nothing. This morning I rescheduled to for next week. So we'll see if they redeem themselves then. stand by for an updated review while I look forward to waiting yet another week to get my appliance. This company was contracted by home depot to install our dishwasher with our purchase. They came up with excuses why they couldnt install it and once we fixed what they asked us to, we scheduled for them to come back to finish the installation. On the day they were scheduled to come, they called to let us know they were on their way but they never showed up after an hour or so. When I called them back, they said they called us by mistake (same person on the phone as the first visit). After reading the reviews online, it was clear this company is a bunch of morons so we called home depot to have the installation fees reimbursed. Wasted 2 full mornings waiting for them. read more

They gave us time to clean the floor and the back area of the laundry room. I spent over an hour trying to get ahold of someone yesterday and finally spoke to someone who confirmed that I would receive delivery today between 11 and 2. I specifically asked if my complete order would be arriving without issue and he confirmed yes. Good news is the delivery guy showed up. bad news, he only had one of the two delivery items. What's worse is that it was the stove and not the microwave hood so if I install the stove I have to remove it to install the microwave. Given the comments that I have read, its not bad luck, the folks at Temco struggle to perform. I have to now get ready to be on hold for an hour to see what the next steps are. Update. I was emailed a phone number and I was able to speak to Alyssa without having to wait on hold. She was nice and sympathetic to the situation and placed me on hold while she contacted the distribution center. She reported a few minutes later that she spoke to the GM at the warehouse and that they were going to look for the microwave. I told her that it was the same story I had heard on Saturday and that they confirmed they had it then. She said she would follow up. I received a call less then 2 hours later from the manager at the warehouse and he said he would have the microwave delivered within an hour and they did. Alyssa also called me to notify me of the delivery. This is the customer service that I was expecting. Kuddos to her for pressing all the right buttons, to make this happen for us. I would give her 5 stars but having gone though this I cannot change my initial stars review but I hope Temco can build on this. read more

I am a 77 year-old widow who recently bought a new washer and dryer from Home Depot, which was delivered by Temco Logistics on Friday, December 16th. The delivery men were polite and, I thought, efficient. After they left, however, I discovered that we had no hot water, and the gas range wouldn't light. I went out and discovered that the gas was turned off at the meter, so I got a wrench and turned it back on. Then I went downstairs where the tankless water heater is located, and an error code was flashing. I tried pushing the reset and power on/off button to no avail, so I called Home Depot, and at first, they said a plumber would come on Monday I said that was unacceptable, and after 45 minutes, they said someone would come out that day, which did happen, and he was able to restart the water heater. He also discovered that the delivery guys had forgotten to turn the gas to the dryer back on, so he did that. On Saturday, we found out that the pilot light on the gas fireplace, which provides the only heat for my deaf daughter downstairs, was also out. Neither of us was able to get it lit, so I called Home Depot again, and after another extended wait, was told that Temco's only responsibility was to ensure gas to the dryer and they would not come out again. I had to get a handyman to come out on a Saturday to light that pilot light. I am a most unhappy camper, and assure you I will never buy another appliance from Home Depot, and have told everyone I know about this. read more
