I will start by saying that if I could give them a -10, I would do so. Worst experienced. I would not let my company be represented by them. The reason why the refrigerator was not delivered. I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the delivery service that I received. I would give them a negative rating if it were possible. The delivery personnel refused to bring the refrigerator into my house because we requested them to wear booties to keep our floors clean. The delivery person claimed that it was unsafe to wear booties, which is absurd because every delivery company I have dealt with in the past has worn them without any issues.". The delivery person then called their dispatcher and I was accused of being "hostile." This word is used too often, typically when the person knows it finds themselves in a difficult situation. As a result, the dispatcher's only solution was to take the refrigerator back, since he made no effort to accommodate me. I walked outside, turned on my phone, and recorded a video because I wanted proof of our interaction, I asked him not to wear booties while putting the fridge. The person asked if I was videotaping and I confirmed that I was. After that, the delivery person received two phone calls, presumably from the dispatcher. He then informed me that he couldn't deliver the refrigerator. I called customer service at Home Depot and explained the problem, but he was indifferent. I asked him for the white glove service since the rep at HD advised me of the service. I had to request the white glove service myself, it was not offered. Afterward, I visited Lowes and asked about their delivery company. They informed me that they use Pilot and that the company always wears booties when entering the premises. Needless to say, I will from this point be asking who the delivery company is and what are the protocols they take when entering a house and will not make any purchases at Home Depot. The guys did a great job with the delivery of my new gas range. They took away all the packaging and didn't make a mess. They went above and beyond trying to actually hook up the range to the gas but it seems my out pipe in the kitchen was the wrong size for the current stoves. They had some different size hooker things and tried them all. And they were nice about it. read more

Almost comical, if it weren't such a waste of my time, and oh so aggravating! 4 separate service calls to have our dishwasher installed! Temco was scheduled to install our dishwasher. I took time off work to meet them. They looked under the sink and told me "your valve is frozen, you'll need to call a plumber" Hmmm, don't know why that would be, the valve isn't old, but trusting them to be correct, I called a plumber. The plumber came, "nothing wrong with this valve" and showed me how they could easily turn it off and on. The plumber said "lots of the young guys don't want to work. They make excuses to avoid the job." That 5 minute plumber service call cost me $110 service fee and hours off work. I reschedule Temco to install the dishwasher. I'm supposed to be "first call". Again, having to take time off work. At this point we've had no working dishwasher for nearly 3 weeks. I'm told to expect them sometime between 7:30am -9:00 am. My car was in the driveway. We have two dogs that sit on the couch by the front window and bark at EVERYTHING! Nearly 10:00 am rolls around and I'm still waiting.... I call and they tell me "they were there, you must have not been home." WHAT?? I haven't left my front window/kitchen area all morning, AND I have 2 dogs that bark at EVERYTHING, especially strange men who come to my door. "Well mam, they said you weren't home. We called you but there was no answer (OK, I admit my cell phone ringer was off since the movie we went to last night), but my doorbell works, and my dogs didn't bark... this makes no sense. She replies "We have a photo of your car in the driveway." Well, yes, that's because I AM/WAS HOME." Did they just not get out of the truck and took a picture of my driveway? They truly don't want to do the job! We've lived in our house for over 16 years and NEVER have we had a "missed service call" b/c someone wasn't home. "Too late now for them to come back, you'll need to reschedule." NO, not with Temco.... actually I am calling Home Depot and getting my installation money back, and filing a complaint for this lousy work ethic and inconvience. Our regular plumber came, on time, easily and quickly installed the dishwasher. 4 weeks after purchase date and 3 mornings I had to use vacation time from work. I've learned my lesson. Don't pay for contracted installation. Use someone you trust. I hope Home Depot severs the contract. read more

They were contracted to deliver for Home Depot. They were timely, careful and pleasant to deal with.

There should be a negative 100 for this company. Not only are their delivery people incompetent (significant damage done to my home) the claim supervisor does not return calls when I was assured a call back. Multiple messages were left over many months. Yes, many months. The delivery driver lied about the damage that was caused. There were multiple witnesses to the delivery clowns that had no idea how to assemble and install the appliance.I was left with all the packaging material, as well. If you have the misfortune to have this company deliver anything, I would suggest you video the entire process. Shame on any big box store for using this company. Furthermore, the delivery team left quickly (they sprinted out the door) without having any paperwork presented for signature. I don't believe the 4 and 5 star reviews. read more

First bad experience was about 2 years ago when 2 gentleman tried to deliver a new dishwasher but claimed they needed to remove my countertop to get the old one out (it was installed with the same counters in place, made zero sense). After a lot of back and forth they finally installed the dishwasher. They immediately turned it on to run a cycle. My mistake was not opening the dishwasher to check it thoroughly, when the cycle was finished I opened the dishwasher door to find the inside of the dishwasher severely damaged! I took copious pictures and drove back to the Home Depot where I purchased the dishwasher. The appliance department person we dealt with was very helpful, and didn't appear surprised this happened.... It took dome doing, but we finally got a new dishwasher! Funny thing is.... the new installation people that came were dressed professionally and completely different demeanor the first crew! Fast forward to today! We were set up for between 8 and 12 delivery, they arrived at 7:40 AM. Early is a good sign....right?! When the installers opened the box there was a giant dent in the side of the washer.... another cluster! Refused delivery and spent quite a long time on the phone to find out we need to go through LG for a replacement. Kudos to the delivery people for noticing the damage.... it was nice to deal with honest people!! Why Home Depot allows this company to be attached to their name is beyond me! Read the reviews, negative reviews run deep! The best part, Home Depot was trying to charge us full price for a replacement.... which we had gotten on sale!! All around pain in the rear!!! read more

Avoid them at all cost. That is, do not order appliances from Home Depot at Bay Area, because this is the company they contract to do appliance installations. I already complained to Home Deport, as in the long run, this company is going to ruin the reputation of Home Depot completely if they continue to contract with them. Long story short: I order a Bosch 800 series dish washer from Home Depot, together with installation service. Big mistake. I should have hire some independent contractor to do the job right. These 2 guys showed up in my house driving a Budget rental truck, barely speak any English. Came in with face masks not covering but under their noses, but that's fine. They finished the installation fairly quickly, I tipped them nicely and they took off. But something does not look right when I took a closer look after they left: the toe board covering the internals of the dish washer below the door is totally missing. As I later found out, these guys installed the dish washer too low (leaving a big gap between the top of the unit and counter), and as a result, the toe board does could not fit. Instead of correcting the problem, they simply took off with the board and pretended that there is no such thing exist. And this is not the only problem. They also didn't bother to tighten the clamp on the connection between the drain hose and air gap valve. And the stripes attaching to the underside of the counter top are so stretched because they positioned the dish washer too low. I called HD to complain. A few days later Temco sent 2 guys over for a 'installation check'. These guys at least speak English and sounded more communicative. They immediately admitted that this was a bad installation, and promised to come back to fix it. But they never did. I guess they could not find the toe board. So I called their headquarter. And they pushed me to Bosch, saying they don't have the parts. Fortunately the folks at Bosch are really nice, they sent me the missing toe kit and arranged their contractors to fix the problems for free. What can I say. This company should really shut itself down instead of being total jerks in the area. Home Depot, watch out for this guys and they will definitely ruin your business. They are already doing that as I have more appliances to buy, but I am not going to order from Home Depot unless you ditch these crooks for good. read more

Let me just start off by saying whoever you are buying from and if they are using Temco as 3rd Party delivery service, save yourself the time and trouble and STAY AWAY!! YOU WILL THANK ME LATER!! I bought a dishwasher from Home Depot. Delivery was scheduled for a Saturday with a time window of 1pm to 5pm. That Saturday came, I waited with the entire family until 4:30pm and still no delivery. I decided to give HD a call. They told me Temco came and I wasn't home(!!!???). I was like WTF?? She said delivery gave me a call and no one was home and they took a picture. I said what was in the picture?? She said too blurry and she couldn't make out the picture(!!!??).  Here is another thing: so I did get a call around 3pm with like 2 rings and stopped. But I did call them back and no one would pick up or return the call!! She couldn't call the Delivery to come back and all I could do was schedule for redelivery. At this point, I was just livid. I wasted an ENTIRE Saturday afternoon for these morons to deliver something which they didn't even attempt to. I called HD to file a complaint. They were sorry about it and said they've had similar complaints for TEMCO!! Then they said TEMCO would call me for redelivery. I spoke to a lady and just complained to her what had happened. All she did was just listen to me, did not seem apologetic or offer any apologies. I am pretty sure its because she probably gets these types of calls all the time!! Hey HOW DO YOU STAY in business with practices like this? Its pretty sad and pathetic honestly. YOU ARE A DELIEVERY COMPANY!! You are paid to deliver goods!! How do you or allow your employees to just NOT SHOW up and waste a family's entire weekend afternoon waiting for you??!! And apprarently, after reading your reviews, its happened more often than not. Maybe I should be considered lucky because I've read that some people had to reschedule 5 or 6 times!! Oh here is another thing: Say you are 'fortunate' enough to have a successful 1st time delivery. Wait, you are not out of the woods yet.. Once they've delivered it and now waiting to get it installed; They will tell you they can't install it!!! This exact situation happened to my neighbor!! I later decided to just cancel my order. I didn't want to waste time from another potential non-delivery or " can't install it" situation. Absolute worst experience. Now, I am trying to get this despicable company to push a button or whatever they have to do to show that my washing machine was not delivered, so that Home Depot can get me my refund. This company takes your delivery HOSTAGE! I thought it was only in movies but this delivery company TEMCO actually takes your item hostage. They do delivery for Home Depo and it took them 3 attempts to deliver my Stove. Per Home Depo's delivery procedure TEMCO suppose to call you 30 min before showing up. But they NEVR call you . They just show up your address and then their dispatch will call to let you know they are waiting at your door! When the dispatch call me the 1st time I told her I will be there in 5 min. When I arrived the truck was parked in front and when saw me started leaving . I waived the driver he said he's been waiting for 20 min I said I never got a 30 min advance call and since we are here now so please let's bring in the appliance , he drove off while I was talking to him ( below is the photo of him driving off) lol When I called the office and explain the situation and ask to talk to a supervisor I was told there is no one and gave me a phony number to call . They rescheduled the delivery for two days later and this time they showed up with no Stove in truck. they called dispatch and was told appliance is in another truck which they have to look and find by this time I knew they were playing with my deliver and appliance was being taken hostage. LoL I called Home Depo and complaint they scheduled agin for next week. Same deal they never called 30 min prior to delivery and the dispatch called and said they are waiting at the address . I wouldn't recommend them. It would be an understatement to say that I had a very bad experience. The delivery guys did not have masks on. I expressed my discomfort about them not wearing masks (given that the Covid-19 cases were going up at the time of this writing and the state mandated people having masks). When I asked them to wear masks before entering my home, one of the delivery guy asked me if I wanted to reschedule. I offered them masks that I had bought for myself since I didn't want strangers in my home without wearing a mask. They refused to take off their shoes or put on shoe-covers before entering my property (most vendors are pretty good with this; and yes no prancing around in my home with shoes on). Wow! That was the fastest install and haul-away ever! Thank you for an amazing job, Hector and his sidekick! Our old washer and drier were taken out and away with no problems. Our new washer and gas drier were installed, test-ran with no issues, no dents, and with us feeling very safe and secure. The hoses were all connected, including the outgoing air vent. Our laundry room walls were not dinged either... bonus! We purchased these appliances via Home Depot. They said to not sign anything if there were scratches or dents that we were unhappy with. We didn't have any problems. Woot! These guys were so efficient, that I didn't even notice them un-hinging the door to fit the appliances in and out! With an 8-Noon 4-hour delivery window we were ready to be annoyed... but Hector called within half an hour of delivering as expected. These guys are super busy with 14 deliveries today... So after Temco responded to me here, I reached out. They kept transferring me back to home Depot. I finally got a manager involved at home depot, who finally got Temco out to fix the installation of my microwave, only to find out that they previous installers DRILLED A HOLE IN MY MICROWAVE. Seriously, see the picture. I was told I could request a new microwave from GE, but Temco wasn't responsible, even though they were the ones that messed it up. If you buy any appliances, and the company is using Temco to deliver/install them, I recommend that you buy somewhere else. read more

I did not accept delivery of the dryer I purchased at Home Depot because the delivery guys refused to wear shoe covers that I'm providing (I'm actually surprised when they said they don't have any shoe covers, come on we're living in a pandemic). They said it's for their safety because shoe covers are slip hazard. First of all, they're wearing what appears to be Nike sneakers and not work boots. If slipping was an issue, employees should be wearing work boots for protection. Second, I don't understand why it would be a slip hazard when my floor upstairs is carpeted. I get that that they want to be safe and they have to keep working to put food on the table but what about the customer's safety?! I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that the supervisor was "in a meeting" and was told I will get a call back. Not heard back from anybody. read more

Total delivery fail. These guys were tasked with delivering and hauling away kitchen appliances. Despite previously leaving delivery notes about my house being located in an alley, they brought what is probably the largest truck in their fleet. This wouldn't be a problem if the driver was competent. We (myself as well as my neighbors) have had trucks this size perform deliveries in the past, but the driver wouldn't even try. He made excuses about why it wasn't 'possible.' Excuses ranged from a trailer that was encroaching into the street by maybe six inches (not impeding his path of travel), to power lines (yup, they are much, much higher than your truck's clearance levels). He ultimately admitted he just wasn't comfortable driving the truck in general. I proposed solutions such as them bringing a smaller truck, or even walking the appliances down the street. They refused to consider either solution. At one point I was on the phone with their dispatch manager, and she said there was a smaller truck but she wouldn't send it. She also wouldn't propose alternate delivery dates with the smaller truck. No apology was offered at any point during this entire debacle. Awesome. So glad I took the day off of work and arranged for my dogs to be off site for their convenience. The bottom line is that these guys just didn't feel like working today, so I got the shaft. My delivery had been rescheduled 4 times, with them only explaining the first time that "someone got hurt". Fine. Since then they've rescheduled my delivery with no reason and no call as to why. I'm going to their office to speak to someone personally. Update: I'm updating this to 3 starts to reflect that the people I have spoken to, have tried to rectify the lack of professionalism and communication.
