I was very worried after reading reviews of Temco Logistics because they were scheduled to bring in a new refrigerator that I bought from Home Depot and take away the old one. I thought the kitchen doors were too narrow but they removed one door from the new fridge and opened the other one all the way and fit it in. They took out the old fridge, all 400 lbs of it without complaining and without delay. HORRIBLE, in every possible way. The only thing they did right was to show up on time early in the morning of Saturday, December 28. The actual "installation" of my stacked washer/dryer unit from Home Depot was ridiculous. At this time it STILL has not been installed. On Saturday, TEMCO installer Diego Martinez and a co-worker pulled the old unit part way out, then informed me that the water shut off valves were corroded and must be replaced before they could install the new washer/dryer unit. I believed him and called my plumber immediately. This was at 9am. Diego told me that he and his co-worker would come back later that day or the next (Sunday) to finish the job if I would call him as soon as the new valves had been installed. That sounded good, so they dropped off the new unit on the patio and left. The plumber arrived quickly and the work was finished by noon. It took longer than expected because Diego left the old washer/dryer unit in place, so the plumber had to move it before he could start. Not his job, but nice of him to do. He took the old unit out to the front of the house so Diego could pick it up when he returned. Turns out the valves were actually okay and didn't need to be replaced (WTF, Diego?!). But since the plumber made the trip and had to charge for it, I had them replaced anyway. That added $300, on top of the appliance price. When the plumber was done I immediately started calling Diego so they could return...since he had offered. I had his cell number and he had given me another phone number for TEMCO. I called both. No answer at either number. I kept trying all weekend. No answer. Also left several messages on Diego's cell. No call back. Today (Monday) TEMCO answers the phone. They put me on hold for about five minutes. I tell the story and they transfer me to dispatch (I asked for a direct number in case I get disconnected and she won't give it to me). After another 15 mins on hold, dispatch picks up and IMMEDIATELY hangs up before I can even speak. So I call TEMCO's main number and go through it all over again. By now I've been on the phone or on hold for over 30 minutes. Dispatch FINALLY picks up...using a cheap headset that garbles the voice. Seriously? She has to repeat every sentence multiple times to be understood. I finally get a new install date of Friday, January 3... nearly a week later. So much for Diego's BS. Since it is supposed to rain today, I had to move the new washer/dryer unit under the eaves myself so it won't get wet. Diego left it exposed to the elements. I will never again buy from a retailer who uses TEMCO, and I will contact Home Depot and request a refund for this delivery charge. read more

We ordered appliances for our new home through Home Depot. Temco Logistics kept promising various delivery dates with NO SHOWS on each confirmed delivery date. Several months later, we finally receive our appliances and Temco damaged our flooring by dragging these appliances over our brand new flooring! Photographic evidence proves the damages were consistent with dragging these heavy appliances across the floor. We had 17 flooring repair companies provide estimates between $5600-6,500 in damages as the gouges were so deep that it exposed concrete in several areas. They also concurred that the floor gouges were consistent with the path of moving appliances into their spots. Temco has denied our claim. We are now pursuing legal action as we have gathered enough evidence which substantiates our case. read more

I wish I could give zero stars. We had FIVE attempted deliveries of a washer and dryer over the last 5/6 weeks. Failed attempts due to poor ability to follow simple directions on how to arrive to our condo. Well today finally our washer and dryer were delivered (into our bathroom/washing area). We weren't home all day and when I got up to get myself ready for bed... low and behold- a GAS LEAK! So profuse I became lightheaded and got a headache. Had I not gone into the bathroom or have a habit of closing the bathroom door when not in use who knows what could have happened! I am fortunate to have my INFANT breathing next to me as I type this. And thank God for the quick arrival of the gas company to help !! I hate you temco! I will never purchase an appliance from Home Depot as a result. read more

Temco not good. Can't get them to follow instructions. Live on hill, truck came and drove away 12.28.21. They rescheduled, no 30 min call before arrival, late to arrive, then they call saying their outside. I missed the call and again they drove away. I gave gate code to enter yard. No effort. Can't even get a supervisor to help resolve my issues. Staff say they can't giv name of supervisor. Just a ca ll center with no accountability. Horrible company and horrible customer service. I like home depot, but their delivery contact is sub par. Ge and home depot shouldn't use sub par delivery service like them. I've purchased a fridge and had the same issue with the driver's lying saying no one answered, no calls, took a picture and drove away. read more

I've been steaming or warming up all homemade pet foods on the stove since my 12 yr old GE microwave died. Temco Logistics was to deliver my new GE microwave ASAP. Temco Logistics let me track the microwave. I was given a heads-up call as to remove my big dogs. The delivery men greeted me with smiles and wore booties to prevent treking dirt in the house. They verified what we ordered with what they had and went right to removing the old microwave. I was impressed with installer being adept at handling the microwave so well. My husband requested the old microwave be place in the bed of his truck as we would dispose of it ourselves. They were more than helpful. I was so excited to use the new microwave but, when it came time to preparing foods I started to use the stove. Husband said, "You have a microwave. You can use it!" Ha ha ha. read more

I would like to recognize 2 delivery drivers that went above and beyond on customer service. Long story short, the first delivery drivers failed to deliver my appliances with careful consideration. By the time they got to installing it, both front doors were banged up badly. Of course, I qualified for an entire new unit and that's when Mauricio and Edgar were sent out instead of the previous delivery drivers. They provided me with valuable help. I explained that it was necessary to remove the refrigerator doors before going into the narrow entryway since they only had 1/2 an inch to spare. Without hesitation, they whipped out their tools and began to work. It took a little longer than their usual delivery and installations but that's what makes them exceptional workers. I wish more employees took the time to value their work and execute their tasks with accuracy and efficiency. I observed that they took their job seriously and their level of professionalism was unmatched. I was definitely one happy customer. I love my refrigerator! Excellent job guys! read more

Terrible experience. Years ago, we ordered a dishwasher through Home Depot, and ordered the installation too. That time the dishwasher was installed without issue. It was time to replace our dishwasher, so we ordered the same model, just the current version. They came out and said it won't fit. I told them its the same model and same height as the one that we have. We went back and forth a bit, and his response was basically "it won't fit" and that I need to have a professional take out our floor tile to make it fit. I was frustrated so I told them to just take the old one out, and I would figure out how to get the new dishwasher in. I then had to argue with the guy again because he would have to leave the hot water off at the sink. I said I understood that and that i'm ok with it. But I still had to tell him that about five more times. Eventually they go to take the old dishwasher out. There were 3 of them trying to get it out and after about 5 minutes, they come to me and say they aren't able to take it out. They showed me them "attempting" to get it out. One guy had a crowbar and showed me that he couldn't get it under the dishwasher. It really felt staged. Like they just didn't want to take it out. This really got me really frustrated. I told them to leave the new dishwasher. Once they leave, without using any tools, I get the dishwasher out myself. It literally took me about 30 seconds of jiggling it back and forth. Also, once I took it out, I found that they had broken one of our tiles when they were doing whatever they were doing. I decide to just install it myself. I read through the manual, and had the dishwasher installed in less than 2 hours. As it turns out, the dishwasher did fit. This was such a bad experience. I don't think i'm going to be purchasing the installation option through Home Depot anymore. read more

I would like to give ZERO star if I could. Please do not use this company. The delivery people lie at their convenience about their delivery time and method. They even lied that they came and waited for us, and left without delivering because we weren't home when we were actually waiting for the delivery the whole day. (Who would not be home when a refrigerator was to be delivered, especially when we took all the food out of the old refrigerator and put in the icebox already from the morning???) I have called their office more 20 times over 2 days to talk to their general manager, Jose, and guess what?? I was put on hold for more than an hour. I hung up and called back and the same thing happened. Just outrageously speechless... Their driver somehow did thousands of dollars in damage to our property with a truck, driving 50 ft off our driveway and spinning the truck wheels digging 3ft deep ruts into brand new landscaping and electric and irrigation and literally parking on our new trees, and ending in being towed out of our yard. Ordered a washer and dryer from home Depot beginning of December. January is almost over and STILL don't have it. Here is all the tea: First attempt: they say my washing machine pan is too small and they can't install it without the pan. They give me the dimensions I need. Reschedule delivery. Second attempt: same delivery guys from the first attempt come to the home. They ask if I have a washer pan installed as previously requested. I told them that I do. They then state that they forgot my washer and dryer so they can't install it.. And they actually laugh about it. How they forgot to bring a washer and dryer to the home is beyond me. Like what exactly did they believe that they were going to be doing at my home? Having tea? I digress. Had to reschedule delivery again. Third attempt: they come, they go upstairs to install the washer and dryer. They told me I have the wrong size washer pan. At this point I'm beyond frustrated. I told them that it's not wrong, that I got the exact one that they instructed me to, and to bring my washer and dryer upstairs and leave it. I told them if they wouldn't install it I would find someone who would, but at this point I just want my products that I paid for. They bring it upstairs. The washing machine fits perfectly onto the pan! They install the washer and dryer and leave, apologizing for their mistake. 20 minutes later, I get a phone call from their dispatch, that they installed the wrong brand washer and dryer in my house !(the models that they gave me were the exact same size and color as the ones I ordered, so I didn't notice that they were Samsung and not lg's. But again I digress.). I call home Depot and go off. They call this company's regional manager. The regional manager says they do not know where my washer and dryer are, and the guys don't have it in the truck. They say that I will have to wait a couple of days to find out what will happen and to locate my appliances. In the meantime the appliances that they installed will stay in the house. It gets worse from there. About 45 minutes later, police show up to my door! No lie! The police! Turns out the delivery men called my local police and accused me of stealing the appliances and not allowing them to come into my home to remove them!! No lie! Luckily, I have all kind of receipts. I showed the officers the phone calls I made to home depot, and even called the manager that I spoke to at home Depot who had spoken to temco's regional manager already about this issue! By the time I got done with them, the officers were so upset that the delivery men called about this issue. They actually said they couldn't believe that they called the police on me. As of now, I still don't have a washer and dryer. My issue has been elevated to the CEO of home depot, as I have filed better Business bureau complaints against this company and home depot. Worst experience of my life! Do not use this company above all! As the other reviews have stated and home Depot has explained to me that they are not going to be contracting with this company soon. They have received multiple complaints about their lack of professionalism, disorganization, and customer service. Yes, these guys really are as awful as everyone describes. 100 points to anyone who can decode the meaning behind this voicemail that I received from Temco on the scheduled the day of delivery, after already building my day around the four hour delivery window: "I was just calling to advise that you are on schedule today but unfortunately my delivery team is not going to be able to go ahead and continue with the route." For anyone who possibly thought that the words "your delivery is on schedule" actually meant that my delivery was on schedule... you would be wrong. For anyone who correctly guessed that "my delivery team is not going to be able to make it" means that the delivery team will subsequently RECONFIRM that the delivery is in fact ON SCHEDULE and would be there IN ABOUT AN HOUR (!!!!) before not showing up without further detail, you are the winner of the Temco Logistics interpretational challenge. Home Depot provided this delivery/installation service as part of my purchase. I was leery: but greatly surprised. Service tech called 20m before arriving, as promised. They were neat and knew their stuff! Delivery, installation, clean-up went perfectly. They tested appliances, too. Only one thing-- I was stop #2 of 29 scheduled stops for them. Wow!
