Do not give this dispensary your debit card for a purchase! I was charged twice for fees my purchase. The manager could not accept this fact saying it had to be my bank's error, not their error. My bank advises me that both charges went to Temescal. Additionally, my receipt shows that $1.75 was due me, the customer, which the clerk said would be a debit credit on my account. I never received the $1.75 in cash contrary to what the manager claims. read more

saw their employees walk out of their store, walk over 100 yards across the parking lot and out to the public sidewalk, and then they started demanding that some random guy cant take pictures, and they even tried calling the cops on the dude, lying and claiming he was breaking a law. the cops came and did nothing, cause no laws were broken, but the employees were still crying over it...so i will never shop here. read more

i've been going there for a long time since they opened. I've never had a problem but the first time they made a mistake with my order I went back and after talking to several folks who couldn't help me, they got the manager. After a back-and-forth where I where I was clearly becoming agitated the manager laughed at me wake me off and said have a nice day. really wish that I didn't have to get upset. I visited this establishment sometime last week from California with my husband. We had been traveling all day and I ordered online for pickup. I missed the do not park sign by one space because I was overtired and my husband got out of the car to throw out trash in a barrel. Within two moments a very unpleasant woman came sprinting out to my car yelling at me for parking and at my husband who she accused of going to the bathroom. I proceeded to apologize that I missed the sign and told her I had placed an order for pickup a half hour ago that I was coming in. She swore at me, and when I came in I made a comment about her being rude to the gentleman that helped me. The kicker of it all is someone at this location used my license information to contact me on Facebook!!! I have a copy of the message and person that sent it with the exact situation calling me outrageous names. I'm pretty sure there are laws about using people information from these establishments. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism at this center. I will not be back and nor will my family/friends that reside in the Framingham/Natick area. Absolutely disgusting my personal information was used this way. read more

Typically, its there so i go . But I've had ALL of my bad experiences in relation to this exact dispensary . I stood outside finishing a call so i wouldnt be on the phone inside and was told i was smoking weed on the property. MAKING A PHONE CALL ON AN S24 WHICH LOOKS NOTHING LIKE A VAPE OR BLUNT . But tonight i called to verify pricing . i was seeing the cost for cash payment and didn't realize the fee so i called and the women on the phone ... simply put it was like calling the DMV .. "I don't know what you want sir" . Well I'm trying to tell you ... then she goes on to tell me the atm fee rounds to the nearest 10 and goes on to tell me my order will be 20 something dollars . i figured it out by changing the payment option and it was only 3 dollars more .. NOT OVER 10 ... this place really sucks . i get its in Framingham but you can really feel the " We are on the line of Wayland" when your there .. ( for those who don't get it I took my kids for a walk in Wayland and had the cops called on me because i wasn't dressed like the people of the area .. which is what the cop said .. ) i think i wont be going back anymore .. The people here are very nice and the facility is clean and welcoming. The real problem is that they are often out of many products. I have found it easier to find a wider variety of products at other dispensaries. Call ahead to make sure products are in stock or verify online. read more

Overall, I think this place is OK. It's conveniently located, open when I need it to be, and the people are friendly. This may only be an issue for me, but whenever I visit the website to place n order, I'm hit with choice fatigue. There are too many choices and all of them are pretty average. The published numbers can tell a lot, but what they don't tell is will I like the buzz I get. Occasionally, I find a strain or two that's just what I like, but their numbers are indistinguishable from those tat I don't like. Two recent examples are Do Si Do #20 and Moonbow. I'd be happy with either of these for a very long time, but as soon as I can determine that I like them, so has everyone else and the stock runs out. I'll continue to shop here, but if I could find a store with many fewer strains to choose from that I like, I'd go where they are right away. read more

I have used Temescal Wellness for about three years, both the Hudson and Framingham locations and am very happy with them. They have certain products that I cannot find elsewhere and several of the staff have made fantastic recommendations that have served me so very well.
