They sell an inferior vape pen ( why would they have such a product that at some point, more than likely won't work, properly. I had tried to plea my case( long time customer.) Nope. 2 weeks to return a knowingly bad product. Again, I am fighting for a new vape. It s only $36 ( which actually is a lot of money for me these days, sadly). Of course, no owner was there on site to try and retain a customer. I told them they were going to lose a long time customer. And of course, they cared about as much as anyone working some retail job. All over $36 ( or around that price). That speaks volumes. Mark my words: They will be gone in a few years. I've had occasions where the front desk won't reciprocate a greeting and act annoyed about looking you up. I don't take it personally, but first encounters are significant in a business transaction. Please act grateful that you have customers keeping your business running. It's very important that you don't make medical users feel intimidated or unwelcome.
