Beautiful gazebo but you can't use it at the COVID19 moment.

This is a beautiful park and conveniently located right on Las tunas Dr. During the pandemic, all these wonderful restaurants unless tuners are closed for dining, so this place is a great spot for a picnic if you get takeouts. There are a few shady spots with nice benches. Parking is very easy right on the small streets next to the park. The lawns are very nicely maintained, and the entire park is quite clean. A few mature trees offer very nice shades and scenes. Great place to take your dogs for a walk. Note that you can't use the gazebo at the moment (Covid 19 safer at home period).

This small park is part of a complex that include the Temple City Library and Temple City City Hall. What makes this park really stand out is its proximity to indoor amenities such as relatively clean (for a park) restrooms, wifi access, etc. due to it being adjacent to the library and city hall. It also features a large picnic area is that is relatively well maintained. I really like this park because you get to enjoy nature without being too far removed from civilization. Amenities: Grills, play area, large picnic area, gazebo, restrooms. There are restrooms inside the library. There are also outward facing restrooms in the City Hall building. (You don't have to go into city hall.) Parking: You can parallel park on Golden West Ave. (There are segmented spaces.) There is also a tiny parking lot for the library and City Hall.

Great park to walk to and to take a stroll in. Next to the city hall, this park is the main venue for the city's events. I agree with Mikka M. that there should be an outdoor gym. Temple City has Live Oak Park, but it's mostly catered to day camps, tennis, and team sports. This park is decent but small; I wish it could be a little more like Almansor park, with scenic paths for joggers/power walkers. But Temple City park is mostly a place that's good for photography at the gazebo, and a great place for gatherings.

It's a decent park, but very small. The city library as well as the city hall is adjacent which makes the location very convenient. I wish this park had some exercise potential or at least be big enough to have walking trails. If not for the summer concerts, "Concerts in the Park" series, only three stars would have been given, but the concert series have the park a boat in rating. I will keep coming back... at least for the concerts!

Parking Enforcement is hungry tonight! It's a Free Concert...if you park legally, and bring a ruler so you don't park too far from the curb either.

Our small little park for our small little city. I loved this park growing up. Every year they have the Camellia Festival here. Parking is along the street or in the lot by the library. There is a gazebo located right in the middle. The park is surrounded by our library and city hall area.

Picnic tables, grass, next to a very small library. Needs to new playground. It's old, broken and sad. Shame on TC!!!!

I went to Temple City Park in Temple City, CA on 1/12/2016. I've been there man time before, but mostly for their summer concert series. A nice park. Plus, I took photos.

75th Camellia Festival. Lots of fun games and rides for the kiddos!

Again, there are 8 permanent pickleball courts. We used two of them. We didn't have to wait nor did we have to give up our courts during our visit. We got almost 2 full hours of fun play until it got dark. So cool! Courts were really nice. However, they may need to be swept and rinsed down. There are 3 entrances onto the courts. Benches are available on one side. The waitlist rotation paddle system is closer to the benches. Restrooms are nearby the courts, but if they are closed, you'll have to walk over to the other restrooms near the children's playground or basketball courts area. Btw, the pickleball courts do not have any lights for night play. Once it gets dark, you'll have to call it a night! However, the tennis courts do have lights for evening play. If allowed (not sure), you may bring your portable pickleball net and lines for use. Just a thought. Weekends will probably be very crowded. So come early to snatch a court for however long possible until waitlist rotation comes into the picture. I'll definitely be back to LOP for more fun pickleball play. Thanks LOP! Sorry, still no photos at this time.

It's clean and family-friendly, with plenty of room for kids to run around and for dogs to stretch their legs (on leash). Be aware that it can get packed on weekends--especially midday--so if you're looking for a quieter visit, heading over earlier or on a weekday helps. They also have open fields where you can play catch or have a picnic. They have some pave roads where kids can bike, scooter or rollerskate. They also have tennis courts on the side of the park and they also have lessons for those who were interested. Unfortunately, they recently implemented charging non residents during the weekends. I don't support this charge since public parks should be for everyone. Whether or not you are living in the city. Other than that come to visit during the weekdays when it's free!

This park is a great gathering and refresh place for the community of San Gabriel for leisure exercise nature walks for children and adults alike. There is a couple of playgrounds located inside Vincent Lugo Park, one of which is La Laguna playground with huge animal shaped installments for children to play & explore and a regular playground with swings & climbing/jungle gyms. For adults, there are outdoor exercise equipment, which I saw are located in two separate places.. There are more nooks & crannies for me to explore that I may find in my next visit. Picnic tables are found some shaded some not, bbq grills, too. Additionally, there are covered tables and chairs as well for the community to hold parties or any kind of celebration.
