I was surprised at where it was located and wondered how many times I may have passed it by during the day time; but at night, the synagogue is noticeable and unmissable from its glowing stained glass windows. Amazing! This is the last remaining free standing synagogue in the city (Detroit). Anyone in the City, if you work there, or if you are visiting, or planning a meal or afternoon in the City, should not hesitate to attend services for Shabbat on Friday evening or Saturday morning.
