He responded almost immediately and confirmed a time for the next day and arrived on time. Brandon was professional, polite, and he communicated what he was going to do. He repaired my issue and charged a very reasonable price. I thought it going to be more. Everyone seems to have a tip jar out these days and plumbing is not a service you thing about tipping, but I actually thought about it after he left. Brandon added an enclosure to my water heater earlier this year, to help prevent any freezing issues we may have in the winter.
