All in all, The Center Theatre is a great source of entertainment and an active community partner as well. My wife was interested in a limited run documentary film she learned about, and she was able to work with theater management to set up a showing. We became members, which is not an expensive proposition, and enjoy a few benefits like discount tickets and attending their classic movie nights free, and so on. You will find their entertainment schedule on their website, and usually a sheet with the month's schedule on the counter if you prefer something on paper.

I was very pleased with the movie and of course with the quickness at the ticket line. I did however have an issue with the lady at the concessions I had three children with me and I was trying to get her to focus on what I was trying to tell her instead of the kids. I was telling her how many ring pops we were taking as the kids were choosing their colors. She ignored my information on what was happening and started to become short with us and told us we needed to control our children better; they were picking out the candy that was placed on the counter for nice they had wound down after being excited I would have informed her if there was more then originally intended. My sister and I were so flustered I told her to take my card so we could go enjoy the movie we paid for. I didn't receive a total or a receipt. I am not sure why there was an issue with our kids but when I returned after taking a minute she still proceeded to be rude when all we were trying to do was take our kids out for a good time. Movie was great and overall the service was great but concessions; I hope she was nicer to the other excited children.

They then started the movie about 25 minutes late, so okay not so bad. Then on another visit they are incredibly busy (we arrived over 20 min before the start of the movie) and only have one employee selling tickets, this means a bunch of people were late for their movies. Then the employees are fumbling popcorn and soda across the counter, making people even more late. Then when I finally get into the theater - after missing the opening setup of the plot - the volume is so low I have to focus really hard to hear the movie over people 10 rows back making comments and rustling popcorn bags. I finally get annoyed enough to leave the theater and complain to the employees, and they didn't even raise the volume. I was extremely dissatisfied with this theater experience. The following morning I sent a complaint email and they didn't even respond to me! The customer service here is really lacking. If you have any other choice at all, I would not choose to go here if I were you.

Went in and was initially like "whatever, not Greek but I will stay" when i found out it wasn't but was I sure glad I did stay. Awesome services, really fantastic.
