He asks about your needs and explains about the least expensive to most expensive mattresses and how each mattress's features differ. I told Bill I was in agony because of my neck and back and I thought it was probably because of my old mattress. I purchased the second most firm king-size mattress and foundation along with two specialized pillows for neck pain. I have now slept two nights with my new mattress and pillows and my pain is already diminishing. The mattresses were delivered on the date promised and my old mattress and box spring were taken. The two men who delivered my mattress were very personable. Actually, they were downright charming. They took away my old mattress and foundation and delivered and set up my new one quickly and meticulously. They made sure I was completely happy with the set-up. I understand now why my neighbors speak so highly of Bill and Mattress Express. This is an exceptional, local small business with a very knowledgeable and personable owner. I reached out, they had my info in there system... according to them they denied my claim !! And it says they fix tears. What is the sense of having and/or buying a warranty if it's going to get denied. My warranty is up this September. I'm so done with this.This is the first time I had to put in a claim. Sofa was listed as $799 with tags indicating it was "Jedi". The salesman said he only had the floor model and noted a small inconsistency in color (it was hardly noticeable) but there would be no discount (weird, but ok) I went to pay but had forgotten my card/ID, so said I would return after work with a friends van. I happened to look online for measurements only to find the sofa I looked at in the store was called "Booyah" not "Jedi" with size and a $200 price difference. I was thinking, great now maybe I can buy my friend a coffee table or something. I went back to the store with screenshots of their website to show the correct sofa. The salesman adamantly refused to look, insisted that it was the jedi.... Even though it clearly was not because there's a difference in color and pillow pattern.... And then had the balls to say 'it doesn't matter anyway they're the same price" When clearly they are not. I drove an hour away to another store and it was confirmed I was 100% correct, but they did not have the sofa in stock....I left and ended up at Ashley Home Store...paid $900 for a sofa but wasn't lied to.

Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped into FCC by recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the show room was and by how many displays they had available for viewing and testing. The sales associates were polite and professional and showed me exactly what I needed. I didn't feel pressured and they made me feel like a valued customer. I also want to note that they offer next day delivery which was helpful since I have a hectic schedule. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite, professional, and quick. I'll definitely be visiting FCC again for any future furniture purchases.

I called back this morning and they attempted to reschedule the delivery but when they tried to reschedule it for this Sunday the computer wouldn't allow them to and offered a date that was a week later as there was a "stock issue with the mattress I had paid for ". Long story short, someone sold my mattress that was paid for to someone else and if I wanted the mattress I would have to wait. I ended up canceling the mattress order and reported Mattress Firm to the BBB.
