The first delivery, the item was damaged. After returning it, I was scheduled for the next delivery date which was 5 days after the original date. When the next delivery date came around, the delivery guys argued with my elderly mother that the item was "too heavy" to bring up the stairs, following he is not going to "break his back" doing so. The best I was offered was another delivery date, with a different team, 10 days later! I had to fight a hard fight to get next day delivery at a special time because I had no one to receive the furniture for me and I had to be at work. I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up! After the 2 1/2 hour mark, I got a call stating the delivery team is outside of my house, but I had already left. I was 2 hours late for work waiting for them to show up and all they had to say was they were delayed. Understanding, delays happen, however, that should have been communicated to me so we can plan accordingly. They shouldn't have just showed up 2 1/2 hours late, especially after the experience I had the pervious day. I've never had an experience as horrible as this over furniture. After going back and forth with delivery team and store associates, dealing with 2 managers and a supervisor, spending three hours on the phone about the delivery driver arguing with my mom while I was at work, then the next day, the furniture showing up 2 1/2 hours late, making me 2 hours late to work... I ended up canceling my order. All that for nothing. And the associates at store level... there's nothing they can do.

The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.

We were looking to have our dining room chairs reupholstered because we were seeing flaking on the…read morecushions. The material was some sort of faux leather and wanted to replace it with fabric. After doing some research and speaking with a few companies, we decided to choose Masterson. Ron and Scott were so easy to work with and took what was an overwhelming process and made it so easy. Scott pulled many sample books and spent time talking to us to best understand what colors and designs we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We dropped off the cushions in early May and from the very beginning, told us not to focus on price choose what we liked, and he would be happy to work with us on price. As you can imagine, looking at so many colors and designs can be quite overwhelming and Scott was extremely professional and helped by offering suggestions based on the information we gave him. After sometime, walking around the showroom and looking at many books, my husband and I chose d the fabric that we liked the best. Scott worked his magic and made some phone calls however, found out that the print we had chosen had been discontinued. Back to the drawing board, we went with Scott by our side, helping us along the way. After a couple of hours, we couldn't keep colors and patterns straight anymore so Scott offered to let us bring home some samples and decide what we liked in our home against our furnishings. Within a few hours of getting home we chose the fabric that was perfect for us! We called Scott the next morning and asked him to please place the order. When we arrived at the showroom to return the sample we had borrowed, we told Scott there was an event at our house in three weeks and asked him if it was possible to have the cushions finished by then. Scott was very upfront and told us he would do his best but could not make any promises as he had some clients before us. A couple of days before the date of our event, we spoke with Scott and he told us he would have the cushions ready for us by the end of the week. We were over the moon with joy! , Not only had Scott given us a very reasonable price for the reupholstering of the cushions, he was able to return them finished to us by the time that we had hoped. We cannot say enough great things about Masterson or Scott and his brother Ron. Masterson takes the time to understand what you are looking for and go above and beyond to help you sift through the tremendous amount of options available at their showroom. They are professional, fairly priced, and in our opinion, take the time to really understand what their client is looking for. If you find yourself looking to have a piece of furniture reupholstered, consider Scott and Ron at Masterson's upholstery. Masterson did a great job for us and they will do the same for you. Feeling frustrated and overwhelmed I stopped into FCC by recommendation of a friend. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the show room was and by how many displays they had available for viewing and testing. The sales associates were polite and professional and showed me exactly what I needed. I didn't feel pressured and they made me feel like a valued customer. I also want to note that they offer next day delivery which was helpful since I have a hectic schedule. The gentlemen who delivered my furniture were very polite, professional, and quick. I'll definitely be visiting FCC again for any future furniture purchases.

Felt less pressured or uneasy while working with Tre, the salesperson, at the mattress firm in Attleboro, Ma. Tre was easy going, funny, and most importantly not only did he know every which way around every mattress in the store and the ins and outs of the fine details of what they offer, Tre made this process efficient and simple. Tre showed us all kinds of styles of mattresses and when we didn't like something we were greeted with, "great onto the next!(even though he used his Jedi mind tricks as the first one he showed us was the one we chose.). We had measured our old sofa so we had a comparison and the new one is a little larger but the concern was mainly getting into the house. Which brings the delivery. Well thought out and went smoothly ( luckily legs could be removed ) sofa came in and out to the garage with the old.
