    I expected better from a company like Tempur-Pedic. My warranty claim was denied because of an alleged "liquid stain," determined just from a photo--no inspection, no dialogue, and no opportunity to clarify. I went through all the proper channels, including a second review, and still received nothing but a copy-pasted quote from their policy. The customer service was cold and dismissive. For the price of these mattresses, I expected real support and accountability. I won't be buying from Tempur-Pedic again and would not recommend them to anyone who values transparency or customer care.

    I have purchased a medium hybrid tempur-pedic from Ashley furniture store and the picture that tempur-pedic shows on their website on how the mattress looks inside is nothing like what it actually is. I am really disappointed with tempur-pedic. The quality is no good. Here is what the mattress actually looks inside and the other picture is what "tempur-pedic " shows everyone.

    Owning a Queen Celebrity Tempur-Pedic bed for 3 years has been a blessing. It's as people say... when you go on vacation, you dread sleeping on any bed other than a Tempurpedic. No, I'm not saying that you become a bed snob... it's just that your back is used to sleeping so straight that when you sleep on something else, your back (and often times neck!) get a weird crick, and you're uncomfortable throughout the next day because of "bad sleep." So a few weeks ago, we submitted a warranty claim on our mattress. Since the cover is made entirely of cashmere and is sewn in to the foam, it can be easily seen as it becomes undone. It didn't affect the stability of the bed in anyway, but we figured it was something to mention. Our foundation had a small dip and thus left me sleeping in a hole every night. My back was suffering as a result. Two weeks after we filed the claim, Tempur-Pedic got back to us, informing us that they had approved our warranty claim and would be delivering a new mattress and foundation... and would haul away our old mattress and foundation. Nice! Tonight, the bed arrived. Wrapping the bed with the mattress protector and smelling the great scents released by the new mattress reminded me of when the bed was first purchased. Oh how exciting sleep will be... yet again! Thank you Tempur-Pedic. You guys rock..! I can't wait to get their CA King sometime in the future and turn out current Queen into a guest bed. I'm sure our guests will enjoy it immensely!

    Worst warranty ever for something this expensive. I will never recommend or buy a mattress by tempur-pedic again.​

    Avoid this company. I've had two mattresses with the same issue, and they refuse to honor their warranty. They are not a reputable company.

    I bought a pillow from you guys and it sucks & you charged me again for that pillow 3 weeks later my debit is on hold now for 10 days smh

When I raised the issue, I requested a reasonable solution--either a partial discount or store credit. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, the delivery team offered a bottle of cleaner to "fix" the issue themselves. I declined, as I paid for a new sofa, not something that requires cleaning upon arrival. What followed was even more disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, and the delivery driver contacted someone named Jacob, who was identified as the store manager. The driver clearly informed Jacob that he was on speaker and that I, the customer, could hear the conversation. Despite that, Jacob responded in an extremely unprofessional manner--raising his voice, refusing to speak with me, and stating that I was "wasting his time." This level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. This experience reflects poorly not only on customer service, but also on the company's accountability and quality control. Selling defective items is one issue--but refusing to resolve it respectfully and professionally is far worse. I strongly urge the company to address both their product quality standards and the behavior of their management team. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when legitimate concerns are raised.

Jerry didn't crowd me or try to escort me through the store the way some salespeople do at other stores. He introduced himself and let me browse. We did have some questions along the way and he was happy to assist, but no high pressure or even suggestive selling. He was always available but left us alone. Finally we decided on a sofa and Jerry explained the features and benefits of the sectional we chose. He explained financing options and the warranty. After taking our order the manager came by to double check that all the information was correct and to thank us for our business. I highly recommend Bob's if you're in the market for furniture. They have a huge selection and very competitive prices. I researched the item I ordered online at other furniture stores and I got the best price at Bob's!

I got the Goof Proof plan they sell you, which is an absolute fraud. The phone chargers went out on it after a year and they said they can't replace it so they gave me a voucher to replace it. I think go to Bob's and there is nothing they can replace it with. Of course the people that sell you the plan can't help you.. its outsourced. And trying to get ahold of the company to resolve it is a nightmare. I'll never buy anything from here again.

I would like to give props to their salesmen, honestly our salesman (Brian) was so helpful and guided us in the direction to designing my Fiance and I's dream couch! It was beautiful, the couch was expensive, but it came with a warranty, and it really was a dream couch down to fabric, spacing, feel, everything! It was paid in full on the store credit card so we were just waiting for our couch! Here's where it goes downhill.... I was told in September that my couch would be delivered to my home less than 10 minutes away from the store on December 26th. Perfect! I got everything ready for the delivery on Christmas, and got a text at 8:46am on the 26th, saying that my couch would be at my house in 14 minutes. Yay! So exciting! .... 1pm comes and I still haven't gotten my couch... I call and here's the kicker. I get told they don't even have a delivery for me. What? You told me it was 14 minutes away? After a million transfers, (totally understand! Pls get me to the right people!) they tell me that the couch fabric was never ordered and now it is back ordered! Okay, when can I get it? February 25th! Obviously not happy, but it's my dream couch and they agreed that it would be here on the 25th unless something major happens. Yay! Finally! It's February 24th and I get a call saying my couch still isn't here...at this point, just give me a refund. I can't wait another 3-6 months for something I already paid for, please! Anyways, do what you want with this review. This was my experience with Value City Furniture. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, because of the communication aspect and the terror I went through.

Even better is the service I have received when trying to make a claim on my warranty. The person who handles claims is amazing and truly goes above and beyond my expectation to get my replacements. I've worked with her several times and she always follows through. I love their customer service ethic even more than I love my furniture.

    I've been here at least 50 times throughout the years. If you know me, you know that I take my…read morelarge purchases seriously and I'm never one to make a quick decision. I will say, that several years ago they were much more pushy. Now, they're not pushy at all. When we finally decided to pull the trigger and get a mattress set that costs more than most people's first car, our sales person was rather new. Even at the end of the transaction, she didn't mention that the bed didn't come with a remote. That sounds minute, especially since you can make all of the same adjustments via the app, but only one person can have the app access. So, if I have the app and I'm not there, that causes a problems for the other person at home. It just so happened that it was delivered when I wasn't home, so until I got home from a business trip, it was not usable other than the one setting. Delivery is very pricey, but the setup process is very detailed, considering that all of the components come boxed up. Generally the set up fits right into your bed frame, but the adjustable head requires a large gap away from the headboard. After the initial set up, it was even further from my headboard than necessary. They did come back out and readjusted it, but at first they wanted to charge an additional fee... um, no! I assume a lot of people, or more people than usual, purchased these beds over the holidays, because they're running this bogus "sale" 30% off bedding. Since the sheets run at almost as much as a cheap brand mattress, I've been hesitant to purchase them, and have waited until the sale. Why are the prices of the sheets now MORE than before the holidays, BEFORE the 30% off of bedding sale?! Because of the adjustable head/flex top, you really need the customized sheets. I even have designer brand, deep pocket sheets and those wind up falling off. I have to break down and get those custom sheets! I do love my bed, and everything about it though. After several months, I still haven't "found" my number yet, so I set it on a different number (soft/firmness) every night. The adjustable head has also helped with some health/reflux issues that I have. Overall, I'd recommend a Sleep Number to anyone, just don't be fooled by their annoying "sales" and price the one you want. Holidays are the best sale times, wait for it.
