I'm a big fan of the Tempur-Pedic mattress, but I am forced to give them a poor rating due to one inescapable fact: A mattress is only as good as its foundation. And their foundation (box spring, whatever you want to call it) is complete crap. Our first one broke after a few months of normal use. My wife called and it was replaced under warranty. It had failed because one of the cross-members broke away from the side frame, thus causing the mattress to sag. I hoped this was a fluke, but the new replacement broke on the 3rd day, as I was simply sitting down gently on the bed. Again, the same problem - the cross-member pulled away from the frame and then broke. So I procrastinated several months, using bricks to prop up the broken cross-member...do I call it in again and suffer the same problem? Or do I fix it myself, if possible? I decided on the latter. So I carefully removed the hundred+ staples and upholstery. Then I found out just why the cross-members broke. And it wasn't due to occupant weight (we're typical Americans), but design. The frame and cross-members are both made of thin 1/2" MDF, which is softer weaker than even construction grade pine. Worse still, the cross-members are attached to the frame by one (ONE!) very short screw each! This means that all the cross-members can pivot, changing stress vectors and thus weakening the structure. Worse still, the unbelievably flimsy top sheet is only 1/4" MDF and is only attached to the cross-members by a total of 4 brad staples! If you lift the box spring the top can fall right off because the staples are not nearly strong enough to hold it. Worse still, the top sheet could strengthen the box spring if it was actually secured to the frame or cross-members, but instead the whole structure just flops about. Worse still, the lateral and longitudinal cross-members are not joined or attached to each other! They are cut to overlap along the load axis and thus have less than 1/2 the strength they should! And, surprise, surprise, this is where the breaks occurred. So I attached the cross-members to the frame rails with 2" counter-sunk wood screws, similarly attached the top sheet to the cross-members, screwed 2x6 wood blocks to the broken cross-members to strengthen them beyond the original design, and then re-upholstered the box spring. It still looks OEM intact, but so far hasn't broken. I even bounced on it a few times to make sure. There's maybe $25 in materials in the Tempur-Pedic box spring, and of course it's mass produced for efficient assembly. Adding a few screws and reinforcing the cross-member intersections would add minimally to the manufacturing cost, and vastly improve the quality of the bed. Personally I would NEVER buy a Tempur-Pedic mattress again if they insist on supplying such ridiculously under-engineered sub structure for an otherwise quality product. read more

This is for Tempur-pedic online purchase. The customer service is horrible. They will not call you back and just leave random emails that have nothing to do with your issue. My wife is a disabled veteran and they dropped a mattress off at my garage after telling me on line that it would be delivery set up and haul off. After numerous emails requesting a phone call they never would call. So I decided I mentioned I was considering canceling the order due to the poor customer service. My wife suggested after reading the emails to just upgrade the mattress and before I could even do that, I receive an email that my order was waiting for a pick up date and there would be restocking fees. So they didn't care that my experience was bad and I had been given misleading information. I finally get a line to speak with a live person and she was very apologetic and I explained my issue. Hours later I receive a email from Mathew in customer service. This guy had no clue what my issue was but his resolution was to tell me no to numerous things I never asked for. Tempur-Sealy does not care about their customers. They only care about getting your money and that's it. I will never by from them again. It has a Wind Down program that cycles positions and massage to ease you to sleep. It talks to Alexa. It has an app. It is, by Tempur-Pedic's own marketing, a smart bed. WHAT SHOWED UP: A regular TEMPUR-Ergo Base. $2,299 MSRP. No AI. No sensors. No Bluetooth speakers. No Snore Response. No Wave Form Massage. No Wind Down program. No Alexa. No app. It goes up. It goes down. It has a massage motor that buzzes like a dying fridge. That's the entire feature list. It is, by any reasonable definition, a dumb bed. They didn't bring me the wrong color. They didn't bring me the wrong size. They brought me a bed that's missing every single feature I paid extra for. It's like ordering a Tesla and being handed a Flintstones car with the floor cut out. When I pointed this out, the delivery crew argued with me. About my own order. I had the confirmation on my phone. They had opinions. We debated, at length, which base I had purchased, as if I had wandered in off the street to guess. Then, undeterred by being wrong about the product, they decided to be wrong about the size too. They wedged a standard King base into my California King frame. For the record: California King is longer and narrower than King. These are different sizes. This is written on boxes. They forced it in hard enough to carve a gouge into the frame you could lose a set of keys in. While I was on the phone with Tempur-Pedic trying to sort out the wrong-base situation, I looked out the front window and witnessed the greatest crime scene of my life: two of the younger crew members dragging my $6,399 TEMPUR-LuxeBreeze mattress across the concrete sidewalk. Not carrying it. Not lifting it. Dragging it. Flat on the pavement. Like a rug. Like a body. Like a mattress that owed them money. This is the flagship mattress. The one with "Breeze" in the name, because it's supposed to keep you cool. Not because it's supposed to be dragged through the neighborhood like a float at a very sad parade. So to summarize: I paid White Glove prices for a premium smart base, a premium cooling mattress, and premium delivery. I received a budget base, a sidewalk-exfoliated mattress, a gouged frame, and an argument. The only premium thing about this experience was the invoice. I'd like: the correct ProSmart Base, a new or repaired bed frame, a mattress that has not been used to resurface my driveway, a refund for the White Glove service that was neither white nor gloved, and a formal apology from a human who has heard of a tape measure. read more

Waterproof Mattress Protector Failed to Prevent Liquid Damage We purchased a premium Tempur Pedic mattress along with a Tempur Pedic branded waterproof mattress protector, specifically to protect the mattress from liquid damage. The mattress was never used without the protector. During normal use, the protector failed and allowed liquid from a child accident to pass through, permanently staining and saturating the mattress. Tempur Pedic reviewed the claim and approved the protector failure, confirming that the waterproof layer did not perform as advertised. Despite confirming the protector failure, Tempur Pedic refused to provide any remedy for the resulting mattress damage. We were told that mattress replacement is only available if the mattress independently meets standard warranty defect criteria, even though liquid damage is excluded from the mattress warranty by definition. They also relied on an internal requirement that the protector and mattress must be purchased on the same day and receipt, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. The end result is being expected to continue sleeping on a permanently soiled and unsanitary mattress after relying on a Tempur Pedic product to prevent exactly this situation. My warranty claim was denied because of an alleged "liquid stain," determined just from a photo--no inspection, no dialogue, and no opportunity to clarify. I went through all the proper channels, including a second review, and still received nothing but a copy-pasted quote from their policy. The customer service was cold and dismissive. For the price of these mattresses, I expected real support and accountability. Tempura Pedic sells a faulty mattress pad. If you follow the care instructions wash in cool water dry on low heat. The water proofing separates from the fabric. I got one replaced under warranty. When the replacement failed they would honor the warranty a second time. Avoid this faulty product. read more

Worst company to work with. We have been thru 2 adjustable bases and still issues, but the worst is they delivered the second base and damaged the stucco on our house. We used to be fans of Tempur Pedic, before we needed to claim warranty on our mattress. They do not want to exchange you the mattress and when they do, and if they exchange they will give you a used one and ask you to pay $300 for shipping. We escalated it all the way to executive level. It is even worse. Some customer Support Samantha J. was so rude with us, and doesn't care about your satisfaction or health. Her goal was for us to give up, not to help us. She agreed to change the used mattress that they supplied us, which is not even equal to what we initially purchased, if we wave the insurance! What does it say about their product? That it is a cheap product sold for a lot of money. Now we sleep on the used mattress which creates pain in our backs. The bottom line: Tempur-Pedic products are not the same anymore as they were 10 years ago, they are cheaply made and create real health problems. We bought our mattress and moved across the to the other coast. We still had over 60 days on our 90 day sleep trial, and the mattress was not working for us. We did not want a refund, just wanted it swapped for a different one. Tempur-Pedic would NOT work with us even though we had less than 2 weeks of sleep on it and it was pristine. They said we would need to go to the store we bought it at, over 2k miles away. UNEXCUSABLE. The lady on the hone was rude and no one would help us. We eventually worked things out where the store we bought it from made it right, but again Tempur-Pedic would not help us, even with the sleep trial doc and receipt in possession. Owning a Queen Celebrity Tempur-Pedic bed for 3 years has been a blessing. It's as people say... when you go on vacation, you dread sleeping on any bed other than a Tempurpedic. No, I'm not saying that you become a bed snob... it's just that your back is used to sleeping so straight that when you sleep on something else, your back (and often times neck!) get a weird crick, and you're uncomfortable throughout the next day because of "bad sleep." So a few weeks ago, we submitted a warranty claim on our mattress. Since the cover is made entirely of cashmere and is sewn in to the foam, it can be easily seen as it becomes undone. It didn't affect the stability of the bed in anyway, but we figured it was something to mention. Our foundation had a small dip and thus left me sleeping in a hole every night. My back was suffering as a result. Two weeks after we filed the claim, Tempur-Pedic got back to us, informing us that they had approved our warranty claim and would be delivering a new mattress and foundation... and would haul away our old mattress and foundation. Nice! Tonight, the bed arrived. Wrapping the bed with the mattress protector and smelling the great scents released by the new mattress reminded me of when the bed was first purchased. Oh how exciting sleep will be... yet again! Thank you Tempur-Pedic. You guys rock..! I can't wait to get their CA King sometime in the future and turn out current Queen into a guest bed. No refunds on a mattress topper! Watch for the small print with this company. The "cooling" material actually traps heat...I purchased the cooling version for $80 more and paid over $400 total. Wasted every penny because I can't sleep on it and they won't take it back even after one day. The Tempur-adapt + cooling topper is extremely soft and just terrible for the neck and back...you actually sink into it and have to dig yourself out if you want to change positions after a short time. These are so terrible it's no wonder they don't allow returns or exchanges. Horrible customer service too. read more

First off, I love Tempurpedic mattresses. We own two currently and I was ordering another for my son. We bought the previous mattresses from a local furniture store, and we have always had great experiences and wonderful mattresses. This time, however, I ordered a mattress and foundation on their website. I placed the order on the morning of July 31st. Before ordering I checked their shipping information on their website very carefully, which specifies that their "white glove delivery" would be "4 to 7 days after order" excluding weekends. As we are going to be away for vacation for part of the month I made sure the shipping was explicit. (Their shipping dates are listed here: http://www.tempurpedic.com/shopping-with-us/delivery-and-shipping.asp) After not hearing anything from them for 4 business days, I finally called. After waiting 5 minutes for the customer service agent to look up the order, I was then told that the warehouse would be *calling me* on the 20th! I tried explaining that the website clearly indicates 4-7 days for *delivery* if your are 50 miles or less from a "Hub" (yes I am within 50 miles of their Boston Hub). She maintained that I wasn't correct and it was 14 days after their hub received the shipment. At that point I asked to speak with a manager. I was then transferred to Jennifer L. who immediately began telling me that the order was coming from some far off warehouse to the local hub, and that can take 14 business days. I told her I didn't really care what their internal shipping issues were, and that the website clearly indicates other wise. I told her I checked very carefully before ordering because we would be on vacation. She then began to debate with me that I calculated the dates correctly, repeating, "but it excludes weekends". Finally I had to count out the calendar days for her, which she agreed would make the delivery date the 11th. At that point, she still maintained that they couldn't guarantee that delivery date until the 20th. Finally being fed up for being treated like an idiot and that I was the one who made the mistake, I asked to cancel the order. I was put on hold to be transferred. After waiting another 5 minutes or so, Jennifer came back on and told me that she was able to confirm that the mattress was received by the hub, and they should be calling me within 48 hours to schedule delivery. She also said she was sending a "note upstairs" to inform them that the website had the wrong shipping information on it. At this point I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait and see what happens. If they can deliver within the time frame they specified on their website I'll be updating this review and increase their rating. Overall it was an extremely frustrating call and I felt I was treated rudely from the very first interaction. How their customer service can be like this on $1000+ orders is unbelievable to me. Amazon treats me fabulously even on $20 orders and with overseas customer service teams to boot. Not acceptable. read more

2 stars, because we like the mattress and the customer service was good, all things considered. I'm about to tell you a horror story, and every word is true. We ordered a CA King bed and adjustable base over the phone. About 2 weeks after the order we get a call from a third party delivery service to set up delivery. The delivery guys show up and one is a young small guy, and the other is an older almost cripple looking guy. They could barely get the bed out of truck. They get the bed inside the room and begin to set it up when we notice they brought a queen mattress and base instead of what we ordered. They also had half of the base order for are CA King. We call the company and they agree to leave the Queen bed set up and agree to be back in 2 days with the right delivery, they also take are old mattress. Two days later and another delivery. This time they bring the right mattress, but they bring the same CA King base frame that we already had. They load up the queen mattress and leave the CA king mattress on the floor and the two base parts that are exactly the same. We call the company and they say they will deliver the right frame. We decide to sleep on the mattress on the floor and realize it's really hot, like uncomfortably hot. A couple days later I call Tempurpidic to find out the status of the frame delivery and they tell me the person accidentally put an order in for the same base frame that we already have two of sitting at are house! Tempurdic does agree to switch out are CA King mattress for the cool breeze one which was good customer service. The third delivery comes about 2 weeks later. Its suppose to be the right frame. The delivery guys show up and the first thing one of them does is uses the bathroom and takes a stinky poo. The guys bring in the frame and scrape our walls when bringing it in. Then the other guys asks to use are bathroom and also takes a stinky poo. The guys set up the bed when we noticed the handle is broken. We tell them we are refusing the order because we wont accept a broken product. The guys argue about how it's more work for them, but they begrudgingly take it. Now we are left with the original CA king mattress and nothing else. Later we look in are medicine cabinet and notice are codeine cough syrup was completely gone, looks like drivers raided are medicine cabinet. Tempurdic agrees to upgrade are base and set up are next appointment. On the fourth try we finally recieve are order, a new tempurpidic breeze, and an split adjustable base. Great set up, and we love it so far. Like I said, the mattress is good and the customer service was helpful. But when you are paying over $5k for a bed you expect things to go perfect, not have to have them come back 4 times, and then worry about crooked delivery guys. Also none of the guys wore white gloves as advertised. The buck stops with tempurpidic. They did upgrade are bed, and gave us free pillows, and sheets, but that's the least they can do for all the trouble. read more

Horrible customer service. They actually drove me to tears of frustration! We ordered a $4600 bed from tempurpedic (the choice supreme with air chambers for customizable softness). It arrived and immediately one side of the bed sank inwards and the other side blew up like a balloon. The pump system is pumping air but nothing is changing in the bed. Obviously we got a lemon - no problem. We call them the day after it arrived - 3 days go by before we get an email that tells us to call returns. Mary says they will "rush" the replacement order when I informed them we are stuck sleeping on the floor or the couch. And to call customer service in two days if we don't hear from them. 3 days go by - we call customer service, we get the run around... transferred multiple times. Nobody has any information, not a single supervisor in the building, but they will send an email out - and we can call back the next day for more info. Long story short, we finally get ahold of someone and the response is "a mattress is a big thing, you can't expect it to be sent out quickly..." $4600 is not that much money, we should just be patient... people aren't perfect - at least they're trying to fix it. Her end solution was that the replacement bed might arrive around the 30th (which is a month after the original broken bed was purchased)... it costs a lot of money to expedite shipping, we can't expect them to spend that money to make it right. All in all, they actually made us feel like we were unreasonable for wanting to return a BROKEN bed - and they treated us as if we were idiots for expecting a replacement to be shipped as quickly as the first bed. Funny - when they wanted to get $$ from us they shipped it within 8 days. When it's on their dime because they made a bad bed - they were in no rush. We cancelled our entire order and went with a local family owned mattress manufacturer and we are THRILLED with our experience there. Apparently the economy is not affecting Tempurpedic. read more

Bought the most expensive mattress on this site. Waited a few weeks for delivery which is totally understandable. After getting the delivery scheduled, communication was excellent. Delivery day and time was e-mailed and texted. They even sent reminders the day before. My wife took the day off work for our noon to 3PM appointment. When the delivery had not shown up by 4:30, I called. They informed me that the mattress did not get loaded on the truck and that now I have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the next delivery slot. They did not call. They did not text. They totally blew us off and made us call them to find out what happened. Not what I would expect out of a company like this at all. read more

Knowing that you have absolutely zero customer loyalty I would have and will not ever purchase from T-P again. I am also informing my circle of friends of this horrible customer service experience. Deceptive Trade Practice I purchased a mattress topper which turned out to be NOTHING like what was shown on both their website photo as well as product packaging. It was 4.5" shorter than it was supposed to be and did not have the right angle edges as shown but rather a random slab of foam. When I contacted their customer service I never received a response. I finally posted images to their Facebook page and customer service responded with "this is a warranty issue". I think NOT! It's actually a case of Deceptive Trade Practice according to New York state law. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. When Tempurpedic did not receive their payment they came back to me with a threat to turn the matter over to a collection agency. I repeatedly asked them to take the product back but they claim that a "no return policy" is clearly stated on their website. Sure, if this was just a "change of mind" I can see that but this was clearly an issue with a big corporation trying to push off inferior product on a consumer. In fact, on their website it says: "we accept returns only if the item is damaged at delivery or if there is a product defect. " I don't know about you but when I read that, it says they accept returns if the product is defective! So if a huge corporation can threaten a mere consumer with collection agencies when they are clearly in the wrong, then they leave me no other choice than to protect my rights as a consumer. I intend to pursue this to the full extent of the law. If anyone else has had a similar problem, please reach out to me to see if we have enough for a class action suit against this company for misrepresenting their products and making false claims. I've begun the process of filing a complaint within their state of Kentucky as well as in New York State which I reside. They have rebutted my complaint and i've refused their response. I wonder if I could do it. I wonder if I could set up my bed like one of those foam bed modules in Avatar. I could hook up some wires, then become a "corgi avatar", and go play with my dogs. That would be sweet. I could sneak my way into "corgi society", learn their ways, be all environmental, instigate an "indigenous horde", and then turn into a better corgi than even the REAL corgis. I could save their world & they would tell stories about me as I became their legend..... ZZZZZZZZzzzzzzZZZZZZZzzzzz.......ahem. Then I woke up. Sleeping IS an otherworldly experience with a Tempur-Pedic. Tempur-Pedic is a technology much different from your typical spring mattress. I'm all for technology. I've had my Tempur-Pedic for only a few months, but I can already feel a world of difference. It takes some getting used to. The mattress (and also the free pillows which were included) is heavy & firm, but when you lay on it, you are enveloped by memory foam. It's a different feeling. It's a trip to sink into the foam. It takes a few seconds for the initial plunge, but you have to wait a few minutes for the entire experience. After that, it's sleepy time. It's amazing how incredible a good night of sleep can be. After my first night's sleep, I awoke without any sore muscles! And then theres the actual sleep. So, I found that I didn't move around much during my sleep---I was in the Tempur-Pedic's tractor beam the whole night. When I'm not in my bed, I dream about sleeping. It's that good. Now I must admit, I'm a little wary of the heat. I run hot, so one issue I might have is a hot sleep, but I'm sure this will be a minor and tolerable issue. The Tempur-Pedic also just looks cool. When it was delivered, I was mesmerized by its coolness. Then there is the 20-year warranty. You can't go wrong with that, right? With major purchases, it's sometimes hard to feel good about it. There's always some buyers remorse. With my Tempur-Pedic, I've had nothing like that. I'm excited to make my bed, buy linens for my bed, jump into my bed, and so on and so on. I bought a tempurpedic mattress after being told by the salesperson that they last a decade. That was two years ago and this mattress is ready for the landfill already. To add insult to injury, these Tem-poop-edic idiots CONTINUALLY clog up my physical mailbox with their catalogs, as they are grasping for straws to make a sale. Customer service is a joke. I paid $8700 for this bed and it stopped working after a year. The bed was stuck up right. I had to flip the bed on it's side and unhook the hydraulic arm to get the bed straight. The people at Tempurpedic we're rude over the phone would only send a technician out if I agreed to pay $135 for the service call. I had to crawl around on the floor under the bed and the problem still didn't get fixed. For the amount of money I spent the customer service sucks. Seriously thinking about not making my payments and saying fuck you to them. I don't even care about my credit because it would almost be worth me taking a hit on my credit just to prove a point. read more

Their products are terrible. Hard like a ROCK. It is a pain in the butt to deal with Customer Service who are unprofessional, takes forever and never take care of anything. It took me a lot of time to call and finally to get a return approval, send it back but never receive a refund. I was doing cleaning and found shipping slip in the house almost half year later. We purchased the Temper Cloud Supreme mattress back in 2008. It failed us in 2017. We upgraded to the Tempur contour rhapsody luxe via a warranty claim and paid $1200 more. The new mattress has been nothing but a nightmare. We turned to Tempurpedic and they were zero help. Told us we need to file another warranty claim after we told them several times there's no defect in the mattress, it's just not the right mattress for us. Told us it didn't matter. 45 Days later the rhapsody was $200 less. They wouldn't price match it either. Told us because we were a warranty claim we are not entitled to anything. We sold our rhapsody mattress for well below its cost and we bought a Sleep Number. Couldn't be happier. Tempurpedic should be ashamed of themselves. We purchased a Tempur-Pedic base and split-king mattress in October 2020 from the Central Point Store in Oregon. We told the company that the base has NEVER worked properly since it was delivered. We informed the company 3 times and asked for help, but no action was offered. We changed to a full King mattress because the split mattresses moved and, well, just didn't work well for a married couple. That took 6 weeks to change out. When the King arrived, the installers connected the bases, yet again the base did not function as promised. More parts, including remote controls were ordered by the technicians. Service finally came out today Jan 26, 2021. Once again, they could not get the base to function properly after working several hours to fix the problems. This bed is a total LEMON, but Tempur-Pedic insists on making us jump through all their delays and extensive hoops before we can move forward. The average wait on the phone to talk to a person has been at least ONE HOUR. The right thing to do for a bed costing almost $10,000.00 would be to REPLACE it with a new bed- immediately. But, the company is not cooperating with our very reasonable request. I am so disappointed in the service and quality of the base equipment that it brings me to tears.(On a side note, my husband insisted on buying the bed for me because I'm going through chemotherapy and spend a lot of time needing to rest.) I can NOT recommend this company based on their customer service. It's so sad. read more

I had a Tempur Choice mattress, which had adjustable air chambers to change the firmness. The mattress was only 3 years old when one of the air chambers burst and wouldn't hold air. In fairness to Tempur Pedic, when I contacted them initially, they approved my warranty claim with no questions. However, I then learned that the Choice mattress had been discontinued and that they offer no similar mattress or any spare parts. I am told I am will be given a credit for the original purchase price. I tried a new mattress in store, and upon contacting them to order replace, I'm told they won't offer 90 trial period on my replacement mattress, even though they offer the trial period to all new customers. I would understand if my mattress was replaced in kind but since I have to get an entirely new mattress, I find it unacceptable that the trial period is not an option on my replacement. They also won't give me a refund for my original purchase price. After arguing with multiple agents and a supervisor, they still won't provide 90 day trial option so I elect to simply order new mattress and be done with this. I'm then told that although the price for my new mattress on their website is showing $4,000 (for 4th of July sale), I have to pay the original $4,500 price because "warranty replacements aren't eligible for sale prices". What a joke! I become increasingly angry and after more arguing, Tempur finally agrees to honor the website price but how pathetic that they try to gouge you for even more money after their product failure caused the issue in the first place. This will be my last dealing with Tempur Pedic and I'd recommend others purchase from a different company. read more

DO NOT BUY TEMPURPEDIC! We purchased a king mattress with box spring. The box spring broke and when we turned it over to fix it we found massive amounts of mold growing inside the box spring. No mold on floor or wall or bed skirt or carpet. INSIDE the box spring. Tempurpedic said there is nothing they can do as the warranty does not cover mold. I've had box springs of all types over the last 30 years and this has never happened before. read more

I have never in my life had such TERRIBLE Customer service in my life. If I would have known what a headache ordering from this horrific company would have been like I NEVER would have done it. Read the reviews before ordering or it will happen to you as well. No manger ever available, no one knows anything, says they will call you back never does on and on and on. They charged my card over 6,000 when I only spent 3,000 and it took weeks till finally I called my bank to refund charges. I will be canceling my order and looking for a better company. read more

I bought a Tempur Pedic Cloud Supreme back in February 2013 for my wife's birthday. Upon first laying on the bed, it felt amazing. 15 minutes in the store on the bed---incredible. Took it home and I slept great on it for many weeks. The wife started experiencing some back pain and we were told (and had read) that it takes some time to adjust. We called back to the store within 90 days and they said give it some more time. My back was fine still at about the 60 day mark. At about day 60, I started to experience some back pain and my wife's back felt just as sore as it had since buying the bed. The next firmest bed available was another 800 bucks and we were told again that some people take longer to adjust than others. Day 90 passed and Tempur-Pedic said there was nothing they can do unless there was a physical problem with the bed. Unfortunately, my wife and I had to move out the $3000+ dollar bed (bday present) into the unused guest room and we now are sleeping on an old family hand-me-down mattress because we can't afford another one and the bed we are making monthly payments on is causing some serious pain for both of us. It makes me sick to see it, and I will be making sure all my friends and family that are considering a bed will hear this story. The woman on the phone at Tempur-Pedic was very kind and pleasant and I understand that it's not the policy to buy back the bed, but I wish that something could be done about this. read more

I bought a tempurpedic mattress a little over a year ago since then I have experienced severe hip pain including back and arm pain and neck pain all in varying degrees I am still making payments on this instrument of torture today I went out and bought a real mattress to sleep on again I will be putting the Tempurpedic torture device in another bedroom where it will rot for as long as possible at least until I get it paid off then I am going to give it to my step daughter I hope she can live with it but my wife and I cannot anymore this is the worst purchase I have ever made in my life and have nothing good at all to say about the Tempurpedic mattresses please forgive the lack of punctuation I am using voice recognition read more

Worst bed I've ever owned. We bought the $2000 bed from tempur pedic and boy am I thankful I didn't spring for one of the more expensive ones after I am now seeing how bad of reviews these beds are getting. There isn't a day that doesn't go by that my back doesn't hurt incredibly bad when I wake in the morning. My back doesn't hurt when I go to bed but it's killing me when I wake up. Not to mention they claim the bed is naturally cool and all that. Complete lie, it's more like naturally very warm and that's not a good thing since I've now moved to Florida and it's hot all the time here. Makes it very difficult to sleep. I warn anyone that is considering buying one....DO NOT DO IT. You will regret it. read more
