I recently purchased two sofas from this store, expecting brand-new, high-quality furniture. Unfortunately, one of the sofas was delivered with a clear discoloration defect. When I raised the issue, I requested a reasonable solution--either a partial discount or store credit. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, the delivery team offered a bottle of cleaner to "fix" the issue themselves. I declined, as I paid for a new sofa, not something that requires cleaning upon arrival. What followed was even more disappointing. I asked to speak with a manager, and the delivery driver contacted someone named Jacob, who was identified as the store manager. The driver clearly informed Jacob that he was on speaker and that I, the customer, could hear the conversation. Despite that, Jacob responded in an extremely unprofessional manner--raising his voice, refusing to speak with me, and stating that I was "wasting his time." This level of disrespect toward a paying customer is completely unacceptable, especially from someone in a managerial position. This experience reflects poorly not only on customer service, but also on the company's accountability and quality control. Selling defective items is one issue--but refusing to resolve it respectfully and professionally is far worse. I strongly urge the company to address both their product quality standards and the behavior of their management team. Customers deserve to be treated with basic respect, especially when legitimate concerns are raised. read more

Decent selection of furniture available, and the service is quite friendly and efficient. The ordering process is easy, with the delivery/setup option being quite good. I would prefer though if they had an option for just delivery with no setup, as I can do that myself. The pricing and image they are trying to portray versus what it actually is though is a bit deceiving. They are not really overstock, and the items available here are available most other places for very similar prices so in that way there is not too much of a benefit. Might recommend if exploring furniture in general but mores as just another furniture shop, not so much as a "budget" or "overstock/warehouse" option as the pricing/selection is fairly average. read more

We purchased a brand new living room set in April. Straight out of the box the recliner was broke. Less than 6 months in hour love seat is stuck in the open position, the recliner is stuck open and both recliners on the couch have stopped working. I wish I could give zero stars! The only piece of furniture my husband and I own that we have purchased brand-new is our bed (and mattress). Everything else we have is a hand-me-down or purchased used at a yard sale. We are about to move to a new house in a couple weeks and want to purchase a new living room couch that would suit the space. We have been shopping around for awhile to see what we like and what's out there before we decide to bring one home. We came here a couple weeks ago after several people recommended checking them out. We know what our budget is and have seen several couches we like at or under the price range we are thinking of. We thought Lexington Overstock would have plenty of options in our price range. Wrong. They DO have plenty of options -- at a much higher price than we were thinking, even for the smaller sectionals we looked out. Most of the furniture looked nice, but only about half of it even looked like it was made well to last. Meh. If we were willing to spend more money, I think we could find a sectional here. But then again, I'm not sure about the quality (and it seems like previous reviewers have had problems with delivery, etc). We didn't find anything we liked. We do not plan to come back. I think we will stick with our usual places to look at furniture. read more

I'll probably avoid visiting if there is still snow and ice of the ground. No couch or bed is worth a back injury or broke leg or wrist. read more

Unfortunately having to update my previous 5-star review to 1-star. TLDR: Bait and Switch with Shipping Fees. Bad Customer Service. We purchased a couch and ottoman and paid $165 for delivery as we live out of county. Products did not come in at the same time - they shipped us the couch first. No issue with delivery and receiving the products separately didn't bother us. After receiving the couch, I called their customer service line to confirm the ETA on the ottoman and to make sure it would be delivered as we had already paid the $165 delivery fee - I was assured that it would be covered and shipped with no issue. Once the ottoman was available they contacted us and said we could either come pick it up or that we would have to pay an additional $100 to have it delivered, even though we had already paid $165 for delivery and were told by their customer service that the ottoman would be delivered with no issue. At no time during the transaction were we told that products shipping separately would incur an additional delivery fee - it was not stated to us by the sales person, listed on the invoice, or recorded anywhere on their 'Complete List of Policies'. I called customer service, requested a manager call back, to give my argument for why we would like the ottoman shipped to us at no additional charge to ultimately be told by Abe, Customer Service Manager, that he 'could discount the delivery by $35 and that is more than he even should do.' They do not record their customer service calls, so the conversation I had previously where the rep stated the ottoman would ship with no issue and no additional charge was moot - it became a 'he said, she said'. Had it been stated to us that split shipments would incur additional fees or had it been listed anywhere on the sale documents, we would have no issue with paying - it's about the principle of the matter. Not that this will hurt their business in any way, but this will be the last purchase we make from this company and we would not recommended to anyone. read more

Kitchen Table/chairs that I ordered was finally delivered after an additional month wait (paperwork and in person was told towards end of August 2020, instead end of September 2020 is when I received the item). Paid for delivery/assembly and one of the chairs that was sent to me was screwed up - it was not able to even be put together. Delivery service was great, but no one from Lexington Overstock could be bothered to even reach out to me. I had to drive over there the next day and find someone in person. Have to wait another 2 weeks for a replacement to be delivered - and will have to reschedule delivery. Not happy with the customer service. It was basically my problem. Got a call finally regarding my chair - and they wanted me to pay another $69 to deliver a chair that they didn't deliver properly the first time. Asked for a supervisor and Natalie who is an associate made excuse after excuse for why I couldn't speak to one. They delivered several items that were damaged. They promised to repair or replace the items. They never followed through. They said that I could come pick up one of the large furniture items, but I had already paid for the delivery and I definitely couldn't fit it in my car. They had promised to deliver it, and to send a tech to install repairs on the other pieces of furniture, but never followed through. They are just regular furniture prices IMO and it's kind of ridiculous that they only have delivery available M-F before 5pm... so I should pay you $150 to $200 to deliver AND have to take off work? This place is a SCAM!!! We recently purchased a TV Stand. When you pick up the furniture, they open the box and tell you to inspect the top piece. We inspected the top piece in the box and it appeared fine (Wife asked warehouse worker and said do you mean this piece here, which was the first thing you see in the box and he said yes). When we got the entire box home, there was boxes inside the box, and of course the the actual top piece was in that box . It had several scratches that is obviously a manufacture defect. We submitted a warranty claim and Lexington Overstock says that it's not their problem and nothing can be done. POOR Customer service and Products in my opinion. I'm guessing the furniture they sell is damaged goods to begin with. Why open every box and have you sign off that nothing is damaged? One would think that if you purchase a "NEW" item, there shouldn't be any problems to begin with. We found this very nice painting with gold high lights to put on our office wall. We didn't find the desk we were looking for but the painting was just right for our space. Buyer Beware!!! Purchased a loveseat sectional , paid in full. Had to wait a month for delivery. Delivery guys arrived, without measuring or attempting decided that the furniture wouldn't fit. The men who were supposed to be experienced movers did not even try. Mind you, we've had full sized sofas in our home for years and in the intended room for which the purchase was made. I have a mammoth sized sofa in my formal living room that so dwarfed the rest of the furniture I had to purchase new tables. Standard sized doorways. They then packed our purchase back up and declared it undeliverable. Called the store and we were met by the rudest most condescending manager I've ever experience, who advised us we were not entitled to a refund or any further service as all sales are final and sense we refused delivery would have to pay an additional fee to have the furniture redelivered - to be left in our yard. I will spare you the details of the all out war that ensued but we have some friends scheduled for the next free delivery date to come out and do the work of moving the furniture into the house. Needless to say we will not, nor do we recommend, endorsing this establishment and I will repost this and tell everyone I know from here to Mumbai what a bullshit experience we've had. I wish I had read a few reviews before purchasing. We picked up a bed on Saturday. After bringing us the wrong bed 2 times which my 15 year daughter pointed out, they hurriedly opened the box showed us the headboard and taped it back together. When we got opened and unpackaged the footboard was at the bottom of the box. It had two gashes out of the wood. I immediately took pictures of it and contacted LOW. I was told we signed for it and there was nothing that could be done. They blame the manufacturer saying they will not replace it. I got there before it opened. There was no sale. The prices were as high or higher than I had seen in other furniture stores. I stopped by a few days after they were permitted to re-open following Covid-19 closures, planning a quick walk through to see what was available for updating our living room furniture, but they were clearly ignoring most (or possibly all) of the requirements for re-opening. No staff were wearing masks, hand sanitizer was nowhere to be found, there weren't any barriers at check-outs, etc. The blatant disregard for customers and our city is a deal breaker. Are you kidding me? I paid $2000 for a custom piece of furniture that you want to repair with a staple gun? He then cops an attitude with me and tells me that I HAVE to take the couch or I will not see ANY money returned to me. I went directly over to the store and found a "Floor Manager" and explained the guys attitude and that the damages are unacceptable and they proceed to tell me that they can try to get it fixed but it will be a number of weeks to do so. AND ALSO, I have to drive back home, empty handed, and return ON MY COSTS, another 85 miles to pick up their piece of junk that they are trying to pawn off on me!!!! I told them (and they promised) the owner would call me within 3 days. NOT A PEEP! I am not the only one....READ other reviews! These guys are scammers who prey on people who won't or can't fight back! Don't take my word for it, go check other reviews online! I was so excited when I found this place because the prices are cheap and they have a really big selection. However, I have never had worse customer service in my life. I made a pretty large purchase there about 6 months ago, two of the pieces were in the store and one had to be picked up at a later date. At my time of purchase, I paid for all of the items that were in the store, and less than half for the piece that was to be delivered; the sales associate told me multiple times the amount I paid over was plenty enough to reserve my piece coming in the mail. A day before my delivery, their sales manager calls me and tells me that I owed 19 dollars for my coming delivery and at least half of the piece that was being picked up later. After telling her several times what I was told the day before, she said:​ "I wasn't there so I don't know what to tell you". So, already pretty bad experience. After this, my furniture gets delivered​ and everything looks great. Three months later, the couch starts coming​ apart at the seams. After three weeks, the loveseat's recliner broke. I have bought furniture at Big Lots for a fraction of the price that has lasted longer. read more

Do NOT...and I repeat...DO NOT purchase anything from Lexington Overstock Warehouse. I ordered some furniture from them 2 months ago with an ETA of April. Not a big deal at all as they were upfront about the arrival time of my order. Feb 26th I get a text stating that my furniture is in. Wow! Came in early! Wrong...the text was accidentally sent out. So I unloaded my trailer and drove to their facility for nothing. Not a big deal! Mistakes happen right? April 7th, I reach out to check on my order and was told that my order is on the way. That it's on a vessel in the water. Niiiiice!! Let's go!! April 17th, I reach out to check on my order, and was told it's delayed until June. Wait a damn minute now...I thought it was on a vessel in the water? So I text the line back and say that will not work as I PAID IN FULL at the time of the order early February and was told April, not June. I was told on the 7th that my order is on a vessel in the water and should be in any time! They then tried to blame it on the manufacturer rather than admit they screwed up. So I asked for a refund as the terms of my purchase weren't met as agreed upon, that I'm getting misinformation and conflicting responses. I was told there's a 25% cancelation fee because we're still within the ETA. Let me get this straight...the ETA was April and now it's June, my order was on a vessel and now it's not...but we're still within the April ETA, even though they said IT WILL BE JUNE? So I will have to wait until May 1st to cancel my order, then 7-10 business days until my card is refunded? Am I missing something here? I gave them NUMEROUS opportunities to have someone contact me to resolve this issue over the last 8 hours. Instead they kept giving me the same blanket response of, "This is our policy, you can cancel for a 25% fee or wait until May 1st" AFTER I told them to stop telling me about the damn fee and to get me my money OR my furniture. The CSR also told me they don't have a system to update customers about delays. But they have a system that shows the current ETA? Why not let the customers with delayed orders know that...wait for it..they're delayed!! Why do I have to text in for and update to find out that they not only lied about it being on a vessel, but didn't update me about the delay? A few months ago we purchased a sectional suite in store that was on back-order a couple months. And we paid in full up front for it to be delivered to our home. So we waited patiently. At some point, we asked them through text if it was in. They told us we would need to pay an extra $10 because they put the wrong ottoman on the order. We finally got a response telling us our order had arrived and would be delivered. Of course we were excited. When the day came, the delivery guys showed up and basically delivered one end of a sectional and an ottoman. No corner. No chaise. No rocker. And we got one pillow. Not both. We were furious. Why would a factory send an incomplete order to the store. And why would the store neglect to tell us we're not getting the whole order? We got two version of the truth which led me to believe they were lying to us the whole time. Then we're told the rest would be in late April. Oh. And because of the trouble, they were going to do us a favor and not charge us for a second delivery. Even though our contract clearly states that the delivery charge we paid was for the WHOLE ORDER anyway. I guess they think we're stupid. It gets better. My son found stuffing around the couch the day of delivery. We didn't see where it could be coming from. So we assumed it was just a fluke. Days go by and we keep finding more stuffing. As it turns out. One of the back cushions of the couch has a defective zipper. When you move it, the zipper stays open on both ends. So it cannot be closed. That's what quality control looks like at Ashley Furniture. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. Check out the BBB and see how many 1-star reviews there are. Apparently, this company sucks. And I wish I had checked before handing them $1700. read more

My girlfriend went to Lexington Overstock Warehouse to buy a new bedroom suit for our new house. She was so excited to get it in and set it up and once it arrived one night stand was damaged so bad we had to wait to get another one. Then a drawer to the new dresser was already coming apart. So they said they would send us a new one which they did. Once the new one arrived I was taking the old one out and the whole drawer slide came completely off the dresser. It's been problem after problem with this company and all they say is that all sales are final and they just want to send us another dresser that is made of the same cheap material that our current one is. Don't buy furniture from this company. They are selling junk and they don't seem to care once you sign the paperwork. Lexington Overstock is selling cheap furniture to good people.
