Driving there was beautiful and I live in NH but still think NH is gorgeous! The parking is plentiful and has shade. It was a very hot day so we were very happy for the shade. The young adult at the entrance to the driveway is friendly and helpful! We entered the gorgeous old barn and were immediately WOW'D by the ambiance! Such a gorgeous place! They have a bar set up where you can purchase inviting mock-tails such a lavender lemonade with non alcoholic gin!!! There are other non lavender themed mock-tails as well. The presentation is gorgeous and it was a good size cup, probably at least 15oz, not filled to the brim with ice but enough ice to keep my drink refreshingly cold! Loads of wonderful lavender themed goods for sale! All very attractively staged. This is a beautiful venue. Once you talk to the young adult in charge of pick your own lavender and pay, you are given a basket, shears, rubber band, and instructions on how to cut and where on the plant you should cut. Despite the ungodly heat it was a lovely afternoon with our mom, my sister, and my daughter. The farm is dog friendly as long as they are on a leash. There are a TON of awesome photo ops! An old pick up truck, gazebo with Adirondack chairs in the midst of the field, Adirondack chairs placed in the midst of rows of lavender, the barn, and an adorable vintage camper which doubles as a snack shack with various bites for sale! There are benches and Adirondack chairs scattered all over the property making the entire place very inviting. Chickens were quietly clucking to themselves as they roamed the yards pecking for bugs and worms. They were taking advantage of deep shade and cool earthen hollows they made to keep cool. So picturesque! I highly recommend Pumpkin Blossom Farm. A very generous bunch of lavender is $18, and it is VERY generous!!

You can start off by taking brown bags or berry cartons at the entrance storefront. There are TONS of fields to explore: we explored fields of raspberries, elderberries, blueberries, and then you get to the apple orchards. There are SO many varieties of apples. I would make sure you have some good shoes because in some areas of the apple orchard, there are some steep inclines. If there is rain, it can also get slippery. There is also a HUGE pumpkin patch, flower fields that are available for picking, and a CORN MAZE - the latter is $6 entrance fee! Again, so much to do. Unfortunately I did not have time to experience the corn maze because it started raining by then. If I could make a suggestion, It would be nice for some of the trees to have a suspended net around the bottom of the tree (maybe this isn't optimal for weight purposes). But so many apples fall off the tree- or people drop them while picking. It seems a shame to go to waste, so would be cool if there were a way to catch them before hitting the ground and bruising/ resting in dirt. Anyway, that's my 2 cents. It was a ton of fun to visit the farm with so much to do, and delicious apples. PLUS Mac's Maple is also down the road so that was our next stop!

This is by far the best orchard that my family and I have been to in a while. We came to pick…read moreblueberries, but they also had peaches and apples, possibly even raspberries. The rows of blueberries were endless, and we easily filled up several cartons, which later turned into several pies at home. The petting zoo was a wonderful attraction for everyone, especially the kids. Baby goats, baby cows, peacocks, and many other types of animals were around for feeding and petting. $1 entrance fee for the petting zoo? Yes please, all day long. We also spent a few dollars in their gift shop, which had the world famous apple cider donuts that you can buy by the bag. Sugar or no sugar is up to you. Crispy on the outside, soft and warm on the inside. Made fresh to order. Lots of other snacks around too for those with impulse control issues. Freeze dried everything is apparently a thing. Can't wait to come back again.

My wife and I decided to visit here about 6:30PM on the Fourth of July. Normally we stay inside…read morebecause we hate holidays where everything is closed but we were delighted to find out this place was open. The entrance to the farm kind of sneaks up on you fast; the whole place appears much smaller on the outside, but once you pull in and get to the gravel parking lot, you realize how much bigger it is inside. There was live outdoor music playing and kids laughing and cheering while playing with the nearby caged animals. This place was a great vibe. We weren't particularly hungry so I can't comment on the food, but we did take a walk around and paid for a quart box for blueberry picking. This was our first time and we had no idea what we were doing, but soon enough we filled up our little box very nicely. I recommend you bring some Off or some kind of bug spray if you're anything like me and bugs love buzzing around your ears. Inside the one of the barns was their stores and I picked up a bag of caramel puff corn and a delicious Apple Cider slushie. Everyone was very friendly. Overall we had a very good time here, and I hope to come back on an empty stomach so that I can try out some of their cider donuts.

The farm wasn't open during our visit but we did get to check out their shop which had a lot of maple syrup, apples, and apple products. My friend bought a pint of their apple cider and when we tried it later that day we were really amazed by how crisp and refreshing it was. I bought a single apple cider donut for us to try and it was really soft and lovely, as well as some New Hampshire Maple Syrup. I learned that maple syrup from New Hampshire and Vermont have very distinct tastes so I'm curious to do a taste test at home!

But I passed on them in need of vegetables & herbs. If I'm not mistaken each item I bought was $ 1.00 it just over it. * They do NOT take credit cards... Cash or check only. And just so you know there is no ATM close by that I know of. Anyway, what I got for the amount I paid I feel was a real bargain for fresher produce than at the supermarket! I wish I lived closer...
