I LOVE this place. This was our second visit - the first was five years ago, with both visits centered around me enjoying my birthday. The cabin and location is just the most relaxing place and the owners have proven that 'rustic' can co-exist with 'clean'. The cabin now has electricity, which is an improvement from our first visit when the lighting was all gas-lamp. Those lamps were quaint and cool, but the electric lights are nice. There's a new picture window and newer wood stove now too, so the cabin is brighter during the day and you have heat all night long. Take a look through the photo album and you'll see that Hilda (check the calendar in the main room) has been a part of the cabin for many years. read more

We offer a peaceful and comfortable mountain cabin in the heart of the Klamath Mountains. The setting, nestled among large, ancient fir trees and majestic hardwoods, is a perfect base camp to explore the surrounding mountains and rivers or just relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The cabin features a large living room with wood stove, dining table, and two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a clawfoot tub and shower. The bedroom has a double bed. A screened porch offers a private setting in the clean mountain air. The porch is a suitable place for two cots or sleeping pads. The spacious back yard offers plenty of room for horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, or tents. There is a redwood deck with barbecue/fire pit overlooking the backyard. For those wanting to venture outdoors, our location is an excellent home base to explore the local wild and scenic rivers and the Siskiyou and Marble Mountain Wilderness Areas.

Wonderful comfortable cabin with a great kitchen, huge table, wonderful screened porch and beautiful woodland views. Just far enough to be remote yet not too far from the river and loads of great fishing. The neighbors / caretakers are wonderful people with a tremendous wealth of information about all things Klamath - peoples, wildlife, plants, geology, weather, etc... We had a tremendous stay and caught plenty of fish. read more
