I ordered #4 sweet and sour shrimp and orange chicken, it had too much breading on both leaving the food slimy and under cooked. The fried rice was decent but ultimately came to the conclusion i'll never cheat on cantonese south again. Rice is never oily and little to no breading on chicken and shrimp. Literally the best Chinese food in Flint. The service always is top-notch. Tome will smile at you and treat you like family. There's a few tables and some flowers for ambiance but they FEED you . The prices are incredibly reasonable and I just cannot say enough positive things about Ten Fu. Come get you a plate. read more

I'm pretty new to the area, and Ten Fu was recommended to me from a gentleman on reddit who was kind enough to give me a list of restaurants that are considered to be the best in the area, me being a rabid foodie and all. The first and only time I've been there so far, I ordered the honey garlic chicken combo. It didn't take all that long to make and was ready for me when I arrived. I assume I was chatting with the owner of the place, who was very pleasant and accomodating. What you get for the money is amazing! a way overloaded container full of fresh honey garlic chicken, chicken fried rice with an insane amount of seasoned chicken throughout, and one of the best eggrolls I've had in a long time. This is sure to be my go to for Chinese in the area! The only reason I didn't give it a 5, is because I used to live in Honolulu, and nothing short of going to China in my opinion can hold a candle to what you can get in Honolulu Chinatown. Amazing chicken with onions and shrimp fried rice with large shrimp ( you have to specify large shrimp and it's an upcharge but worth it). Also have them add eggs if you love eggs in your rice. Very nice owners and enough food to last for a couple days. read more

I don't think that I would say it's gourmet Chinese food, but it is delicious and cheap takeout. When I first moved to town, I wasn't sure about good Chinese food around these parts, and I was skeptical when the next door neighbor told me this was as good as it comes for basic Chinese takeout. I thought he was drunk. I finally caved and tried it. The mongolian beef is some of the best ever. I was let down by the wonton soup, but thought the sweet and sour chicken is good, lean cuts of chicken and perfect sour glaze. It's around the corner from my house, so it's a neighborhood fave for all of us down by Saginaw St. The building doesn't look too inviting, but the owner is really nice. read more

Gross. I don't know how this is considered Chinese food. I ordered beef and broccoli and whatever sauce they cook it in made it disgusting.

For chicken stir fry with mixed vegetables, this is my favorite place. Very light sauce and healthy! This reheats well unlike a lot of chinese food. Owner is friendly and accommodating. Although there are a small number of seats for waiting, this is a carry-out place as there is no table service. Usually pretty fast prep time. read more

This is the best Chinese food place in town! Great food and friendly staff! He remembers our order unless I change up, but remembers my boyfriends order... seafood specialty with extra pea pods an extra white rice and shrimp egg roll! Yumm!
