They had evidently been out here and just gotten back. They came right out. The people were very knowledgeable. He did a wonderful job. He went over and above what I was expecting. Unfortunately, the dryer couldn't be fixed but the washer could and it's running perfect now. I would definitely suggest trying these people out, I was very impressed with their professionalism and their knowledge. Re: And you do get back! As I mentioned, I would use you again. The woman who brought me from the room to the exit door to show me how to access the lab was very kind and professional. The lab staff were pleasant, welcoming and very kind. I received a call in less than 24 hours from Karen in the lab reviewing the results with me. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and the kindness that was shown to me. As for Dr. Sanner, he spent about 30 minutes with me, reviewing my history, meds and any concerns that I might have. He was very collaborative when we discussed my personal health care and I felt heard and my opinion and knowledge were valued. As a new resident to this part of the country, I am relieved to have met this wonderful team and look forward to working together fo a very long time.

WELL the online scheduling tool does not state what time slots are for what appts. PLUS it's very unprofessional to call a patient 5 mins before the appt time to cancel. I asked if there was anything open later in the day as I really needed to be seen I was told no but clearly there is I wk in a clinic so I know that appts can be combined to make a longer appt. I wouldn't go back here if it was raining bricks and I needed just one to complete a house! Worse experience I've ever had from a doctor clearly they could care less about the patients or maybe it was just me!
