10X10 is a nice store filled with gotcha machines, stationery, cutesy accessories, K-Pop merch, fidgets, and more! Since their remodel, the selection has expanded; and they offer a Photo Booth in store now (self-pay). This is always a nice and welcome addition to any store! The store is also significantly bigger and easier to navigate! The pricing is very fair in my opinion. I am commonly coming for sticker sheets and can get them for $3 most of the time. I was just over at the H mart gift shop and saw some of the same things over there for cheaper. Not only that but here they are selling brands they are easily accessible on aliexpress and then mark them up. The selection is sub-par at best, as far as the stationery/journaling items. I've seen much better. I purchased an Army bomb, the associate cut the seal on the box to "test that it's working," which is unfortunate if giving the item away as a gift - because its now OPENED. The experience left a real bad taste in my mouth. Me and my friend were overly excited taking our time looking at every little thing they had in store (we're not from Dallas) when I heard the owner tell one of the workers to keep a close eye on us to make sure we're not stealing. His words exactly. As soon after I heard that I turned and looked at him, gave him a smile and kept on looking. I was uncomfortable the whole time because that employee he told to look at us was hovering over my shoulder and I couldn't really walk around because when I wanted to turn around, she was right behind me. I tend to prefer this place instead of the shop inside Hmart because 1) The owner is a sweetheart and 2) there's more stuff and more room to walk around! In terms of price I find both ten by ten and the shop inside Hmart to be about the same as they both offer the same things: pens, notepads, kpop stuff, stuffed animals, hair clips, phone cases but ten by ten has a larger selection. It's hard to not stop by whenever I'm in the hmart area and even harder not to buy something when I do stop by. Came here to get my friend a graduation gift. I saw the if you break you but sign and automatically knew to be careful. I picked up an item to look at it and saw that the item was broken so I immediately put it down because I did not want to be responsible for an item I did not break. I put it down and my friend picked it up. I quickly informed them to put it down because it's broken. The store employee came over and accused my friend of breaking the item and went to check the cameras. And of course he didn't say anything after to us because we did not break the item. And of course they follow you everywhere in the store. I felt very uneasy and don't know why anyone would want to shop in a store where they feel unwelcome. First time coming here on 05/30/21 rude service I didn't buy anything cause I forgot my bag but the younger girl who worked there followed me around (not noticeable but I noticed quickly). *I also did not have a bag on me at all cause I noticed the store was small so I only kept my wallet in my pocket*. Also upon leaving I accidently knocked over a stuffed toy which I went to pick up but the girl quickly snatched it and shoved it back. I only started buying at this store a few months ago back in 2021! They're a really good store and many of the workers there are super sweet! The store may be small but there's several things there that you can find! Most of the front of the store has plushies, journals, pens, pins, all that kind of stuff! In middle to the back there's some anime merch like figures or other stuff and there's also many Kpop albums in the back! They sell all types of group light sticks as well! I definitely recommend this store because not many things there are pricey and season greetings are priced at the right price for one! Many things there range from $8-$80+ depending on what you buy. The store is really clean and they always fix whatever is on the floor and they put a lot of work into making it look nice! Plus you can buy whatever poster of your group you find back there! They even have a lot of different girl groups and I've bought some loona albums from there too like Chuu's solo, ++ regular version A, and # regular version b! I came here randomly because I was curious to know what BTS merch they have. I ended up getting a mask (which didn't last long in the laundry as the logo quickly disappeared) and some BTS socks (which still are great)! If you go towards the back, there is a big section for kpop stuff. Obviously a lot of BTS stuff but a lot EXO, Blackpink, NCT, etc. Other than kpop stuff, this is mainly a gift and stationery store. You can find Sanrio based items and similar. Pricing is somewhat in the middle; not cheap but not super expensive either. The staff member who was working at the time was nice and friendly during my visit. Overall, this was a cool gift shop to check out and plan to come back whenever I'm in need of a gift or just need more BTS stuff, haha. read more

AHHH SUCH a good kpop store and stationary !!! They had BTS album,photo cards,jackets,posters and seasons greetings . The albums are about 35$ which is a nice price and the photo card packs are a bit pricy from $7 but they have Sumykko Gurashi, Gudetama and Kakao Friends stationary like notebooks,sticky notes, and letter sets ! Love this place! It's always so clean whenever I walk in and the people at the register are super nice to me. They have SO many cute stationary products which is great for students like myself. I went here a couple months ago during the pandemic and they had plastic gloves customers could use. I used them while looking through their great selection of journals and notebooks. This is a really good place to get gifts; I bought a cute pen and notebook which were french fry themed. Their stationary items are fairly priced, good quality, and I love the colorful and expansive selection. I was looking around and prices not bad in fact some were really good. I asked a couple questions and was answered politely I was even told where to look for an item the didn't have! As someone who has been going here since middle school and is in college now I absolutely love this place! Staff is friendly and helpful and everything is reasonably priced! I've gotten gifts for friends at this store and there is something for everyone. Many of my friends don't enjoy k-pop like I do and they always end up with something after visiting lol. Also, this place and many others in the area deal with a lot of theft so please be kind, respectful, and understanding.
