Very conscientious. Mow in 2 directions to provide a nice cut. They have to go down a hill to do our backyard. It can be tough getting the mower back up if the grass is wet. They have come a day earlier than usual if rain is predicted our normal day. Their fall clean up is very thorough. They even clean up the street. This company is definitely on the spendyier side of the spectrum but worth every penny. Jamon is a stand up guy that follows through on every request that you have for your lawn. They help with some drainage issues we were having and really fixed the problem. They honor every request that you have (like not driving heavy equipment on an erosion prone area of your lawn) and do it with out grumbling. We have had hired TLC for snow plowing for several years. I often have early morning meetings and prefer to have the drive plowed so I can just get up and go. Unfortunately, there have been times when TLC has been late. The worst was during the heaviest snow of 2015-2016. I realize the snow was bad everywhere, but our street and all of our neighbors with different plow services were clear. As of 9 AM, our driveway was still not plowed, and the end had several feet of heavy wet chunks from the street plow. When we tried to call and find out what had happened and why we had not been plowed, at first we only got the answering machine. At 845, someone answered the phone, and apologized, but they did not know when we would actually be plowed and stated that all the crews were out. I understand that it was a big snowstorm, and it is busy, and hard to get around. However, it is very difficult to take when all the other homes with different plow services on our street are cleared and we have a hard time even reaching an operator. I will ask my neighbors who there plow services are for the future. read more
