Ordered a single bed and 9-10inch foam mattress for my mother to come out of hospital with a broken femur, the ned dimensions were wrong on the website and so bed was not as high as advertised. They also delivered a 6 inch mattress which was £160 cheaper than the one I ordered. They have been promising a replacement mattress since 11/02/2026 and had me wait in all evening last night for delivery but never came and are now ignoring my calls/texts and emails!! First of all my bed took 2 weeks to arrive , at points I didn't think it was coming. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Was hung up on 5 times. No apologies, very blunt! Pretend excuses about vans breaking down, English isn't the first language for the customer service team and I'm Scottish so the accent barrier was pretty difficult, no one knows what was being said. THEN because of all the stress they caused me, I was offered for the delivery team to build my bed on delivery! This was not the case! I had to build it on my own! They also sent ONE delivery driver to my house which I clearly stated in great length I was 3rd floor no lift, after I placed & paid my order I was told this was a problem so I had to pay an EXTRA delivery charge at the door! Was not stated on the site , So I assumed I wouldn't have to carry my KING SIZE bed & Mattress up because I was paying extra CASH(dodgy), the man carried the base with great struggle, slamming it off every wall & stair, my LIGHT GREY bed isn't grey at all it's navy! And cheap , if I could leave zero stars I would. I tried to cancel this order 3 times! They do not take no for an answer! Was told I'll get the bed even after I told them I was contacting police/trading standards , It's take it or leave it , I have a bed to sleep on until I buy a new one , which I will have to soon because it's an eye sore in my house. Should not be operating a company with these standard in the uk. Cheap materials, flimsy bed. Wrong colour! Over charged, I had to help carry it, I'm a woman! They damaged one of the Sofas while bringing into my house. When I reported it they promised to exchange it and its been a whole week now of them promising (everyday) it will be delivered "tomorrow"... tomorrow never comes. They stopped answering my calls and ignoring my messages. Suddenly a week later after having promised they will exchange the sofa they told me "it was not our fault and we wont exchange it" This is a SCAM! when there is an issue, they don't keep their word and don't want to be held responsible. They even told me the sofa will have real leather which it clearly isn't. I have a witness and pictures of the damage. Its funny how they have so many phone numbers yet when they let it ring they all go to the same answer machine being the "claims department" and they never seem to be in office. We ordered some wardrobes it's been over a year they didn't have the product in stock and we are still unable to get a refund. A simple process like this has been stressful. Nearly £400. Do not buy from this company. Initially all seemed very positive , I ordered a bed and a very reasonable price, however, the bed that arrived was not what I ordered, even though I was reassured by the person on the WhatsApp that the bed was a double slatted style bed. What arrived was very different poor quality single slat style, clearly not what I ordered. I am now finding it impossible to get through to the customer service, when I do, I am told that they will investigate the problem, and no one calls me back, life is too short to spend hours trying to resolve what should be a simple collect and credit. Really bad customer service and bad quality furniture that was damaged on delivery and they avoid your calls.

BEWARE: AWFUL COMPANY BREAKING ALL CONSUMER LAWS. Not to be confused with Tendersleep Birmingham, who are taking them to court for stealing their name and ultimately their reputation. I purchased a double bed from Tender Sleep LONDON they sent me the wrong colour and said it was my fault as that's the colour I chose from the website. When the bed was being assembled it became apparent the frame was broken. I informed them about the fault and they replied 'you complained about the colour when it arrived and now you've had the bed for 4 days, how do we know you didn't break it'?' They also said that as the wrapping has been removed they can't take it back for hygiene reasons?!!' The bed has not been assembled let alone used. I've never dealt with such a frustrating, law breaking company. Online Consumer Law states you have a 14 day 'cooling off' period, so if you don't like the product you can return it and definitely if the product is broken. I will not give up and I will keep you updated on my progress. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I've never had to deal with a company as difficult as this. Ordered on Sunday to be told on Friday that they would not deliver due to an 'issue' with parking. There is no issue with parking. I said that there is parking but due to the gates being difficult, to pull up in the entrance way to unload (which I was told would take 10 minutes). The entrance to the parking area is large. It does not block off any roads or pathways. There are no yellow lines. There are no issues. I even asked numerous times for them to provide me with a rough eta the day before so that I could arrange for someone to be with me so all they had to do was the unloading and we'd do everything else. They wouldn't have to be there longer than the 10 minutes they advised. I don't understand how this is difficult to understand. I sent screenshots of the area where I was saying to the company and they still advised that they wouldn't deliver because there's 'no parking' Absolutely ludicrous. I've had larger deliveries arrive with no issues. Also, on the Friday when I received the text message about them not fulfilling my order (yes, text, no call), I then attempted to call them myself to speak to a manager but there was no answer on either of the 2 numbers stated on their website despite trying both of them numerous times. Finally received a message from the person whom I had been speaking with originally saying they would call me Spoke to them who then put me onto someone else who was even less help. Was told I would be getting a refund and that I would receive confirmation. Still not received said confirmation on refund despite being told I would receive this to the person on the phone and also 2 different people whom I had message exchanges with. Absolute Nightmare! Avoid like COVID We ordered a bed on a Wednesday, they called Thursday morning and advised delivery would be that day and asked us to confirm the address which of course we did. I took the day off work at short noticed but was happy to get the bed as my partner had given birth the week before and our old one was not very comfy anymore. The driver text to say 40 mins away which we responded to advise its ok. We then received a call an hour later from the driver to advise they have left and we were not in, i can assure you we were as believe it or not we wanted the bed and had removed and disposed of the old one. When calling to discuss this issue it took so many attempts to get through on the phone, i was advised we did not give a house number and was sent a copy of the order form (not as is online but a copy from their end), my questions at this point were we gave the full address to the agent who called in the morning, why was this not used? where did the driver go to if there was no number? (turns out No.1 when we are no.6) If no door number was given did no one think to query this when the order was being dealt with? I was advised the bed would be delivered the next day with some compensation. Next day i have to leave work early as my fiancee is in tears as they called that morning (Friday) to advise they have refunded to the card and can only deliver if we pay again in cash!!! How would we know if we did we would get the refund given the experience so far, when i asked why it was refunded i was advised that it is because the door number 1 does not match the address registered to the card, i advised that i had been sent supposed proof that no number was entered. I still have no new bed, a fiancée who after a week of giving birth is now probably going to be spending at least a few more nights on a mattress on the floor, no empathy from the company or willingness to sort it out just trying to get more money read more
